I own QX60 purchased from agency with warranty. Vehicle is always maintained in agency. But showing up one or the other issues. Very bad situation is when sunroof blasted its own while driving. No one in agency cares about it and also Infiniti Middle East as well. Vehicle is standing in agency for past one month. Truly unprofessional towards handling critical issues

Very good experience with them. The sales team are friendly and helpful, I would highly recommend safaa, even the sales manager rania is great and she personally follow up and does her best to accommodate the customer needs. Now for the car I bought the qx50 and I love it, the car fuel consumption is very good and the performance is great, on the highway its very stable and the seats and comfortable, it has all the options and feature you need in a car. So I highly recommend this dealership and this particular car.

Slow service. At times, will keep your car for 4 to 5 days if you dont push.Quite expensive service as compare to other big brand cars. If you think you have gotten a good deal for the car when you bought it. You will see when you come to service. You will end up paying the same price monetary wise and time wise when you come for service and will regret the decision.Parts of the car isnt long lasting. Requires frequent change which is again costlyOverall, you can get a better car than these in the same price range.

Extremely rude and unprofessional receptionist Khyati, reception supervisor Paul and his manager Anil. They are not helpful, provide wrong information, and tried to blame other departments within the same company instead of fixing the issue.

I have been trying to contact infinity series center since morning but every time machine answer that they are unable to take my callI tried to call many numbers but no use.

The center is neat and organised, the staff are kind and professionals specially Mr. Alaa he is o e of the best.

They have to deal with last editions. When you sit inside- in all models you see the front hover as it is a hump on the road. Very old fashioned look

They are good but they have to fix the marketing department because they are not having a great offer or promotion which make the customers happy.

Could have better customer service. You are facing Unfriendly staff at all levels in case having a complain. Once getting the car you have to accept all issues as is and should find a solution away from the dealer.Booking for service is also a nightmare as you will not get the car same day. If you are thinking about alternative car, you need to wait 2 weeks with no assurance to have it.

Very nice layout for a car showroom. First showroom I have experienced which provides valet service and they provide with wet wipes when they serve you with tea or coffee.

Its good. But I was sad to find there was no prayer room. It is a pretty standard feature at every organizational building in the UAE.Everything else was as expected and in good quality.

Scheduled service 3 days prior, drove there during lunch, they kept me waiting for 25 mins just to say after another 10 mins that they don’t service Hybrid Infinitis and I have to drive further to Deira. When asked to transfer the car there themselves - said they have no staff to do this. Was late back to work and no service for the car.

Not that many derivatives and the v8 has been discontinued,accross the board.Disappointing,to say the least.However the Red Line derivatives are REALLY cool.

Good Location on Sheikh Zayed Road

If u take ur car for servicing plz make u tell them that the driver is not a female otherwise the service people will tell you that bcoz ur a lady ur car is having issues and if you make complaint abt it u will have to face a very crappy customer service. They donot care abt their customers. They will never call you to follow up on the complaint you have made. We have to call them everyday and ask about the complaint made. Their customer service will tell u one standard line we are sorry for the inconvenience caused but you have to wait for 24 hrs more for the complaints department and even after 3 days no one will contact you. Customers have to fight to get in touch with the complaints department.

I have a g37s 2010 with 55k kmI just dont get how a huge and luxury car company as infiniti can accept to produce a 2010 luxurious car and has this defect in the dashboardMy car never parked in sunlight , always in indoor parking and recently I realized a big cracks on my dashboardIf i buy a cheap old hyundai wont have this defect.Thats a manufacturer defect and i ask you for a solution for my problem as the manufacturer must take responsibility of this.Its not my problem to pay thousands of dirhams to change it.I took the car to infiniti service they took a picturesThey called me after 10 days and they say they cant fix it coz the warranty is expiredSo a 2010 luxury infiniti car with only 55k kmShould look like this ???Im sure if i buy a 1980 car the dashboard will look brand newAnd as i told ur service consultant savio that i had a g35 before and now g37sAnd i was selling it to get the new q60But with this defect and bad services i prefer to buy a peugeot insteadWhat a shame
