Least attentive staff. We went to check the Sportage. Staff was sitting and not even bothered to come and explain to us. They asked to come another day and didnt even bother to provide information about the model until I asked them. This would make me worried about how after sales service would also be. Not recommend at all

I got my new car from kia but I was surprised that I paid some extra money even after the quotation was made and paid by the bank. the change of the registration for the plate given on three splits one for me and two for the staff without asking if I will leave a tip or not which I swear I wanted to leave off course but as its my money I would love someone to leave the decision for me. But its a nice place and the whole brand I trust and recommend for others. Thanks.

Came in with my family to take a look at new/pre-owned Seltos. Walked out of the showroom because the guys at the front desk wouldn’t even look at our faces, let alone anyone asking if we needed anything. I’ve seen friendlier faces in exotic car showrooms.

No response from anyone.. And in todays times sales people jump on opportunity. Came out the way went in...

Cool service center good staff

Giving this place a 5* review only because of Ziya, the most respectful and attentive salesman ever. This is the 2nd time I buy KIA from Ziya (nice rhyme :D ) and I am extremely happy with his attitude pre and post sales. Service for my previous car was very average, sometimes the car would be handed back over with grease and fingerprints. Not sure if it has gotten better or worse with corona lately.

The 7 seater “Carnival” is a good family car at a reasonable price. It is 6 cylinder and comes in 3 tiers and a range if colors. customer service was not the best.

I had 3 Kia and always serviced here. Its not a cozy place but well organized and efficient as you expect. They dont change parts if not needed and they deliver on schedule. Very nice the 7:30 am service: it allows you to drop the car before work and pick up serviced and washed in the evening. All of this at very reasonable price. Good job Kia!

I bought Top of the range Telluride. I had vibration issues since new but according to Kia, suvs are supposed to have vibrations. After 8 months and many visits its better but not perfect.Picked up car from service today and it was dirty inside, nothing cleaned, oil and fingerprints several places. Surely not good in covid times when its supposed to be sanitised.Sad how a company care so little about the customer the second they have collected the payment. Telluride is an awesome car but the experience is ruined by this service centre.

I am so disappointed with the KIA brand. I was so excited and proud to purchase a 2020 Telluride which had great reviews internationally but when they delivered the car there was a scratch on the door handle.They agreed to fix the car in 1 day but all they did was cover the scratch with paint and you can still feel the rough surface. Then they said they needed another 2 working days to properly fix the scratch.Shame on you for such a half-hearted effort to fix problems with your new product. I wonder what other problems are hidden in my supposedly brand new car.

I have had a wonderful experience in KIA service center and as usual Mr. Hossam ( Sheikh Zayed service center) is always surprising me with his professional attitude and helpful Advices.Hossam is the right person in the right place, I always recommend KIA because of the quality of the service center managed by him.Again I totally recommend KIA, for these reasons

Really like the cars, but the dealership is pretty much a joke. I purchased a brand new car here, then proceeded to fight with the service center for the next month to get tires properly balanced. I finally had to bring them a report from a 3rd party tire shop, showing that the tires were 3 times (triple) the acceptable limit out of balance. At my own expense. Thats right. Even with counter weights, it wasnt possible to bring these tires back into a safe & reasonable condition.This happens with a new vehicle for one reason. Stagnant inventory. In a properly managed dealership, vehicles arent left to sit in the same position for months at a time. When vehicles are left in the same spot for too long, the rubber, essentially flows into the lower part of the tire, and creates this effect. Moderate to severe vibration at highway speed is the result. This isnt something youll notice on a test drive, but only once youve signed all the paperwork, and headed up the highway with your shiny new ride.Heres another thing that happens at a properly run dealership. They take customer satisfaction seriously, and do anything necessary to treat customers with respect and decency. Not the case here unfortunately. The saddest part of this whole episode is that it took 4 visits back to the dealership and some rather severe discussion to get them to resolve the problem. Finally. Eventually. People, people, people!! Im pretty sure this isnt what Kia meant by the power to surprise.Would I buy another Kia? Absolutely! Would I buy from THESE guys? Not if I could help it.

‘Thieves in posh clothing.’The service advisors have no idea of what they are doing.The car is given back worse than the condition what it was given for service in.Lengthy estimations, no logic to any proposed repair work.Customer service is a joke at this service Center.Please DO NOT visit.

Visited them on Shk Zayed road branch to have a look on the new 7 seater car they recently launched known as Palisade.The car was impressive but I think they have the worst staff. Totally unresponsive and rude.Wont recommend anyone visiting them unless they change their staff.

Ive been there a couple of months ago and I decided to buy the Kia Rio 2018, and I paid 1000AED as a deposit. I have changed my mind later (around three days later) and I claimed my deposit refund. Eventually I had it in cheque but it took them more than one month to return the deposit after pushing them extensively to process my request. Good cars but very modest customer service quality.

The customer service in this showroom is pathetic. I visited twice and unfortunetely the sales agent behaved as if my presence bothered him. When I mentioned the corporate deal I was entitled to and showed a letter signed by KIA as a proof of entitlement, the agent mentioned the deal didnt exist (as opposed to honouring the agreement).Id rate this showroom 1-star for the terrible service, but the lady at the reception was competent and tried to go above and beyond her responsibilitiess. Unforunetely, she seemed to be the only one who cared about the customers in that place

I just hate this people just suddenly dropping the line on you while you have waited for 10mins just to speak to someone.Their sales people just wants your money. Does not care at all. And they would talk on their own language and laugh at you too. Horrible people. I decided to not buy a car from them anymore and asked for a refund of my deposit. It took them 3 months for me to get my money back. Piece of advise, just stir clear from Anas - the sales guy. Not very professional at all.
