Nice staff

Went for a major service, the didnt even bother cleaning the car, fluids werent changed and key recognition got all messed up, when i called to solve this situation, Lester called me and told me that hell meet me on Saturday to solve it all when i went on Saturday he wasnt there and they said he isnt even picking up, the filled the fluids only half way, the didnt clean the car properly and they asked me to pay to fix the key recognition, Ive been servicing my car here since the year or two cuz i trusted that theyll take care of it since theyre mazda but apparently not so Ill take my business else where.

I never had any issues with servicing my car at the SZR branch until recently. After the last service, I had a scratch on my car that they didn’t want to take responsibility for. When I came back to try to fix it, I was told that maybe the scatch happened days after the service. “Maybe a stone hit my car while I was driving.“I also had my tires changed and it came back missing a rim guard. I was told that I probably came with one less rim guard! I asked to check the camera but apparently they’re not allowed! The rim guards weren’t fitted properly and ended up coming out after a couple weeks (They had been in a few years just fine). I was told that it came out because they were already damaged and old. Even though I had experienced the exact same thing where another company didn’t fit it in correctly and it came out. So it wasn’t my first rodeo. But apparently I didn’t know what I was talking about.Basically, as you can see from above, Mohamed Waddah gave me all kinds of excuses as to why Mazda couldn’t possibly have been responsible for any of it. Quite a coincidence though that everything went wrong with my car during the time I decided to service it.My advice: go to the Al Quoz branch and see Mohammed Adel Arshad for servicing. He took responsibility for the SZR scratch even though he didn’t have to. He decided it was more important to give me the standard of service Mazda is supposed to provide. Thank you also to Mr. Rajeev (Al Quoz branch manager) for contacting me and having me bring my car down so they could rectify the situation.

Apart from what the local guides are saying about this location, I thought the visit wasnt pleasant.The reception staff was nice, the sales woman was trying really hard to give short replies and to get things over with, even though I was the only customer there at the time. I asked for used car options, she just left and got us someone to tell us there arent any options.So yea, out of the 12 other automotive showrooms Ive visited, this was hands down the worst.

Love the way the customers are treated . I never even planned on getting a mazda, it was only the enthusiasm of the sales person who showed so much interest that made me buy from this dealer. I have given 1 star because there is no option less than one star. In spite of being a Mazda loyal customer just because Of the customer service I will not buy a Mazda again. Please guys at least pick up the calls. And once you pick the calls do not keep us on hold just to hang up after 5 minutes. Technically I think you do a ok job but you got to improve your customer service.

I came here to get my service. I sat here for 2 hours waiting, but the lounge is decent and they have good wifi while waiting for your car. I do wish they had a drop off service or loaner car service, that would be ideal.

I just bought a mazda cx3 and the car is amazing but just today i had a near major collision on al khail road. The brand new car i bought just shut down on the main highway, there was plenty of petrol and just got the 1000km oil changed last week. Anyways all the cars emergency lights turned on and it turned off. I tried turning it on multiple times but the brake was locked so i couldnt. After i good 10 minutes of trying different ways it finally turned on and i managed to drive to this location. Once i got hear first of all no one was willing to talk to me, i stood around for a good 5 minutes before one guy who was busy on his phone achknowledged me. I told him what happen and he said thats too bad there is nothing we can do to help you, you have to come the next day because we sre not taking anyone in because we are losing soon. I told him that it is dangerous for me to leave in this car, because it can shut down again and cause a accident. The guy just said drive slow and you should be fine.Just 3 weeks into this car i am already regretting buying it from such a horrible company who all they care about is selling the car, and no intrest to take care of the customers that just bought those cars.Highly disappointed with Mazda as a brand i would not reccomend this brand to anyone.
