It’s strange that you have a good salesperson with good knowledge of the car at your showroom promoting Nissan as a brand, with a strong attitude and ego that his pride did not allow him to realize that he lost a potential customer for the super safari, strange that he didn’t care as I walked away, even small time shopkeepers make sure they have given you their best when you don’t agree with their offer. Even worse his manager covered up for him. I am sure they are dealing with Arabic clients, while they need to realize that even Asians can buy the cars. You can understand what I experienced

Very disappointed with the way I was treated. Even my own plate number, the sales person asked me pay 20 Dhs to have it on my car instead if it was a new number then no payment needed. I was shocked to know that no credit card payment is accepted and each showroom gives you different answers.

Brand new 2020 sentra 0 km car taken from showroom and go to show my wife and the car stops cannot start had to tow the car and than later find out that there is no battery in both the remote when I go to service centre sharajah and complain they say no guarantee on remote battery u have to go buy your own very bad service still the car service not done correct the tire is bouncing on smooth roads and vibration on steering at 120 speed and air conditioning goes to heating when we put the car I reverse

Baddest experience ever, they hold the car for 2 days and job is not done. They want to hold the car for 1 more day.They telling the computer is not working, in Nissan agency it self computer is not working.They sharge 650 AED for doing full check up but very rare report is given for mechanical issues only, electrical not done.Body and chassis are not included in the full check up.Not recommended at all for checking the car if you are buying a used car and want to check it with them.Wasted our time and money. And we cant escalate as well, very long process with very bad quality.

I went to Nissan to buy a pre owned car. The Sales Executive George Farah was really helpful and polite. He explained everything and noted down things that I did not understand. He helped in every way possible as I was travelling back to the UK. I would highly recommend the Nissan showroom.

Very poor customer service, Just posing everywhere as customer is at first priority but in reality Money is first priority. finding all sort of ways to Rip the customer money. finance has different policy compared to the manager in charge of the showroom, then why the customer needs to contact the manager for issues he can directly contact the finance, which is not happening in reality. I have been a customer of nissan for last 6 years but not anymore henceforth will not refer to any one to this brand

A very nice environment, you can see both Nissan and infinity cars.The roads in that area are good for going a test drive with minimal or no traffic.One Mr.Sreenath is a really good orator.

Unfortunately I bought Nissan X Trail and had to deal with the Diera service centre. Siphoned money without any transparency. I went with a complaint of flu and cold and they did dialysis and liver transplant.Very unfortunate for Nissan. I enjoyed my X Trail for three years but had to opt for other option due to the poor handling by the service centre..
