Sent me part of my order without even notifying me!! (I ordered a bunch of bolts and nuts half way through my installation I realized some parts are missing had to run to two local dealerships to buy the missing ones). When I asked why parts were missing they just said “Unfortunately, the item was held to the dealer stock.” Whatever that means. When I placed the orders everything showed IN STOCK on their website, if I knew they don’t have it I would have ordered from somewhere else. Oh and they had no problem charge the full amount for shipping. In what country is doing business like this acceptable?Please refer to the screenshot apparently they “reserved the right to ship order partially” Translation: “you are playing Russian Roulette here, you might get what you ordered you might not, but we reserve the rights to do this, deal with it”

I have placed an online order for a pair of lower control arm dust cover to my 4runner cost around CAD 60 included shipping and brokage. Parts cost around CAD 140 from local Toyota. Parts came around 2 weeks and it is OEM Toyota. When I checked my credit statement, I found another unauthorized transaction charged around CAD 120 from Partsouq. I got refund after contact their customers service but I lost the exchange rate. Although it is couple dollars but if I dont check my credit card statement. I would lost CAD 120.

I ordered parts from Partsouq.com and they were delivered to me within 3 days through DHL. Definitely I will order from them again.

The company did a great job at notifying me about shipping, part arrived pretty fast (5 days from U.A.E to Pennsylvania). Was the correct part as stated, very satisfied. I will look to them first the next time I need a rare JDM part.

Ordered parts for my car 2 years ago and had it shipped to my address in Dubai with no issues. Tried to order parts again recently, however, now, they do not ship to the UAE. I find this stupid and silly knowing that the actual shop is located in Sharjah, UAE (20 minutes from my place), yet, they will not ship WITHIN their own country. Local pickup is not available as well. I dont mind paying extra for shipping, Im sure others dont mind as well, as long as we get the parts, and they get the extra cash.. What a big disappointment.There is nothing on the website stating that they stopped shipping to the UAE or KSA because of the VAT. They claim that they announced that but on the News page there is no update, except for a Happy New Year 2018 comment.
