Terribly slow, complacent, and nobody seems to look after their customers. Went to pickup spare parts and nobody found their employee responsible for it.

Not Good Service at all my car Maintainance light was on and after paying 700 Dhs it is still on i dont know what they did in service.Very very un satisfied will go again tomorrow to claim

Quick and nice customer service especially Ms.Charlotte Rancho has cooperative attitude.

Really far off though, but a bigger facility than the in-city service centers. As a Motors company all together, very low on Customer service as compared to European car makers and their respective companies here in the UAE.
