It was excellent test drive we ever have for any car in Dubai.We visited for S-class test drive, the warm reception and followup from Mr Omar and support assistance we got from Mr Dev to experience the luxury on wheels is amazing.Apart from pre-sales support the car itself is wonder, this experience has changed my perception about non-electric cars.Thank you Gargash team , you are excellent.

My visit to this showroom started so well when an employee directed me with respect to a non-professional salesperson!He came with a body language like if he was forced to come!It was as if I had to beg him to speak and when he spoke he started giving me very boringly pure technical numeric specifications that even a mechanical engineer might not know.Whenever I asked him a question about the car he gave me incomplete answers.The feeling that I realized was that he had a pre-judgment that I was not coming to buy, knowing that I had brought my wife and children with me to attend the inquiry process and share the decision with me when they all felt the bad experience.I spent 25 min.there, 7 min. Were wasted with him and then I left the showroom without knowing a single useful information about why I should chose a specific car parked inside rather than going out to buy another german brand (Audi) which is located adjacent to this showroom.

There should be a negative 5 star option here. The first time I walked into this showroom in 2014, I just moved to Dubai, I was given the same treatment I got today in 2021 on my second ever visit. I was single in 2014 and looking to buy my first car in the UAE and today I’m looking to get a car for my wife. Yet again I left with the exact same feeling, that I never want to buy Mercedes in Dubai!!! Why? Cause firstly no one even approaches me despite being clearly available, they just look at me as if I simply do not belong there. I get the impression as if they think I’m not “worthy” of their attention or their cars. Horrific customer service by for more then half a decade. Dare I wonder if it’s a skin color issue or the way I dress, but whatever it is, clearly I am not welcomed there. First time I visited the place, I left dissatisfied and ended up with an Audi that I have been extremely happy with. Today I was looking forward to check out the latest of the highly rated Mercedes compact SUV line and I walked out again with my wife promising to get anything but a Mercedes!So for future Mercedes owners in Dubai, I hope you get better treatment because the product is excellent as you would know already.

Wish there was a option to put 0. Went down with my family to check out A35 amg and the impression we received was why are you here. Conversation started with the sales person as yes. No, how can I help/assist you. Didnt introduce us to the vehicle though there was a display vehicle. Features not explained. Requested for a test drive and was asked to follow up with the sales person as vehicle was not available. Normally its the other way around. But need to give credits to reception/showroom manager for welcoming us, following up on sales person availability and guiding us to the lounge area. Kudos to this person. Not stepping in here again.EditCredits where its due. Customer service division did reach out to better understand the bad experience and offered assistance. I was assigned to another sales representative and I should say, this time it was indeed a wonderful experience. Special mention to Dev and Ali for the wonderful experience. Proper test drive, explanation of features..just spot on!! Great job..EditPlaced an order for a custom spec cla 35😃.

This is the sort of service you expect from Mercedes Benz and GargashThe whole team is amazing from the Reception Supervisor Viswanath Chenna to the Coffee Bar Guy Mohammed Kokkan who welcomes each and every customer with a smile and knows even that I take sweetener instead of sugar in my cappuccino Now that is attention to detail.I love coming here and the beauty is that they take such good care of my pride and joy !I have a service contract with my car and so the feeling is better still when they service or fix anything.... theres no bill to pay !!!Location is so easy too just off SZRand they even try to drop every customer back to home or office if a driver and car is availableI dont think I would ever buy any other brand of car but Merc if this is the service we get

Avid supporter and loyal owner of Mercedes automobiles since the last 12 years but the sales representatives at this branch need to pull up their socks. Have tried twice to book a test drive, both times I was promised by the head office that somebody from the SZR branch will get in touch. First time nobody contacted, second time one guy got in touch and said that he’ll confirm the test drive appointment within two days. Well guess what, nobody got back in touch ever since then, and my requested date has already passed. Such a pity!

2017 I visited and asked for an S Class but the sales guy was too busy to attend to my request. Same day ended up buying a BMW 7. Yesterday visited Mercedes thinking they would have improved. Waited for an hour finally sales woman attended and was more interested to end the conversation and then disappeared. We were told it is Friday so low staff by the tea server ( she was well. Behaved).. On Saturday we were again directed to the same sales lady and the story repeated. She would say this is the model we have if you want to have a look on other then I will need to book ( literally reserve it). Or maybe I can visit other branch. Seems the COVid slump has no impact. Now I have sent them an online request for the MODEL i am interested in and let us see how the story continues.

Its really a shame when a prestigious brand like Mercedes is let down by the people they hire. The sales staff at Mercedes judge you from the moment you walk in and pay attention or offer help only if they think you are a serious buyer and have money. If you are a woman its assumed you know nothing about cars and treated like that. I went in with a deposit to book a new car and simply due to the arrogance of the salesman and the poor service (received after trying to find someone to help me for 20 mins), I changed my mind and walked out.

Bad customer service. Ordered G-class and knowing I’m dealing with AMG certified salesman just baffles how they treat their customer.They do not reply to my calls, nor did the call center have an impact as well when I shared my concerns that the salesmen didn’t pick my call. Knowing I’m going to pick my car next week, I’m eager to end my experience the soonest and hopefully never visit the showroom again.

We visited this showroom 2 days back. We had a poor experience. At the reception the person was asking us repeatedly if we wanted to purchase the car for us or the company. We felt they make judgements by appearances! And the sales representative was not pleasant and had very poor knowledge about their cars. She was not willing to discuss about the models and the options available in detail. And the stock options are very poor and they take 6 months for a custom ordered car whereas rival brands take half that time! In short our experience of visiting a Mercedes showroom was very poor.

Worst customer service i called 4 times to speak to sales person to buy S Class for 3 days. No one replied back. No one picks up the call I eventually called EMC ( ABU DHABI ). Sales person spoke to me immediatly and gave me time with price and specs. Sales team should be ashamed of this kind of service.

I consider myself a pretty patient and understanding person, however, when Im looking to buy a car and am asked to make an appointment nearly a week in advance for a test drive, get a confirmation call and text, I expect to have the test drive and to be seen on time.Not was I made to wait 45 minutes to be seen, the rep denied ever confirming the appointment (which I received a text and call) and that the car I booked to test drive was not available... so after wasting over an hour of my time Sai didnt even offer an apology and only excuses.Extremely unprofessional coming from a place that I thought to have a good reputation.The only person worth noting is the customer care/tea man who was more than willing to help find someone to help us sooner.

Horrible sales assistance, they basically don’t care, I ordered my car 7 months ago, they told me it will take 4 months to arrive , I put a large down payment, and I have been patiently waiting ..and here we are ..! 7 months later and they wouldn’t tell me when my car would arrive .. they wouldn’t give me any paper confirming my car’s order..I am not sure now whether they put the order altogether or they sold my car to someone else ..! Should be rated 0 stars if possible. The worst and most snobbish sales people I have ever seen!! The guy lacks basic salesmanship, not trying to explain anything related to the car or offer assistance. Horrible experience. I am driving a Mercedes for the past 9 years, always went to the Abu Dhabi dealer, they are more professional and understand the basics of customer service.Drive 2 minutes to Audi or BMW and you can see the difference.

I parked behind the Gargash showroom because my battery needed replacement. When I walked back from the service department, my car wouldnt start. Went back to service and asked if I could get a quick jumpstart. No, sorry youll have to call the recovery company. There were lots of employees standing around who could have helped. Disappointing. Called SilberArrows and they sent two guys with a spare battery after ten minutes. At least the Gargash security guard was friendly and helpful.

She seemed rather upset that I wasn’t going for the high end models. I was fooled and cheated. I bought a 2017 E400 which was sold as full options but after taking the delivery I found it missing the entire Drive Pilot system. The entire ad campaign is about the car being a Masterpiece of Intelligence. I got a 90s technology car instead.On contacting the showroom I was blamed for not asking specifically for the Drive Pilot feature!No help from consumer rights as well since I was made to sign on a long list of specifications (easy to miss something not mentioned in a long list full of technical terms).They didnt need to play this cheap since I would have bought a full options model anyway if I knew.

Worst customer service, you wont get an options in car as the only excuse is the ordering department is not having the option in their system where EMC are willing to order the car with any option possible even its not in Mercedes Benz middle east they are willing to listening to voice of customer so, dont waste your time.Note:- you wont get an extended warranty in Dubai but only in abudhabi up to 150k or 200k so better not to risk it with Dubai, unless they change to better which seems impossible.

Really bad experience, non comparable with EMC Abu Dhabi, service Advisor and sale team are not to expectations, Mercedes Abu Dhabi offers great experience in service and sale and they super friendly.Dubai Gergash refers everything to company policy sorry, (we all respect company policy, but suppose company policy support customer experience. if u need to call any service advisor, I have to keep calling their reception and it isNot easy to reach service advisor. Abu Dubai they have mobile phone where they answer any customer instantly.Last time Dubai gergash, they sold me battery without warranty. I called them as my battery was down and they advised me to come to purchase battery for spare part department, after I paid, I discovered that no warranty, because I got it directly from spare pat not installed at their workshop. Then I requested to take the car and install it their workshop, they refused and said u already purchased it. And after complaining they did sorry we cannot do not anything. It is company policy.Really love Abu Dhabi EMC!!!!!

The 3 stars are for the top-notch and perfect service experience (which I would rate 5/5). I did not have a single bad experience at the service center.Unfortunately salesmen are the worst I have experienced and they only want to rid the cars in the lot and reach their monthly quota of cars they must sell. My purchase experience was bad and my fathers experience was so bad he decided to leave the showroom after the very lousy treatment from one of the salesmen and decided to purchase from the Deira showroom. Avoid this showroom to buy cars.

Gargash enterprises is one of the worst car dealer i have work in terms of their service center and customer service.I’m not sure if Mercedes Benz Car manufacturers in Germany knows about whats going on here. I’m also not sure if Mercedes Benz cars has alot of issues mostly repetive which forced me to keep the car at the service center in for a total of nearly “5 months!” (In less than a year!) the car is expensive and considered a premium hight category car under an warranty and it’s only a 2015 model!It’s my fist experience as an MB owner and i’m madly dissapointed with everything i’m facing owning and spending alot of money!, and surely will be the last.Now i’m stuck with all of this facing difficulties without a car and pleasing them to fix the car so i can use it. No one even considered my complains and i have nothing more to say than it was a bad decision buying a Mercedes benz.

Terrible and unwelcoming customer service. Booked an appointment a week in advance to test drive the G63, called in the morning before visiting and still had to wait for 45mins for the sales person Sai Balakrishnan to attend to us and taking an excuse being short staffed, only to inform us that the car wasnt available and well have to reschedule, when requested to speak to the manager, was informed they dont work on Saturdays.
