I personally have a totally bad experience with VW on SZR here in Dubai. Especially with sales manager , Mr.Mohamed Yakout. Totally unprofessional, not responsible and rude person. He delivered car worse , than before maintenance and even did not deliver it by himself. He was convincing that car is perfect and he checked it out by himself via phone and speaking impolite with me .Please see photos attached as a proof of roof elements they fixed and how dirty it is .

Some other brands barely have staff to show you the cars, they simply rely on their brand name. VW is different! Great service, honesty and patience yet again from Avinash and Felipe. We would highly recommend dealing with these guys - the cars are so good on the roads in the UAE plus the service is really top notch.

We went in with no intention of purchasing but he was extremely helpful and transparent and gave us a lot of options without being at all pushy. We ended up getting a great deal (better than we could get by buying privately) and all of the extras (warranty, insurance etc) really made the purchase an easy decision.I would highly recommend the team (especially Avinash) at the VW garage for anyone looking to purchase.

This is a great showroom for VOLKSWAGEN, the famous brand. The new 7 seater 4x4 Teramont is a good car with good looking and most importantly affordable price.The new Touareq is a very good looking car and nice shape, but in my opinion, a bit overpriced. What we really liked before about Touareq is that it is a very good German car with affordable good price. Nowadays, this is not applicable for the new model. The cheapest Touareq available in the showroom now is around 233 AED.All in all, Volxwagen is definitely a wonderful german car and has a good reputation.

Worst service by the team/manager. We had gone to check a new car and they told us they didnt have a car less than Aed 300,000.00 and to go look for other car options elsewhere. We felt their remarks as racist. But since it was Ramadan we just left that place and went other showroom.
