It’s really disappointed that what happened to me came from this facility. I got at notification about replacing my Tesla 12V battery. I book an appointment and took my car to the facility. They told me they replace it. Less than 12 hours, I charge my car for 30 minutes and again the notification appeared again. I called them the next day, and the guy who answered me appeared he doesn’t have any clue about what is this and describe it’s nothing so important (while before they told me to bring the car asap in the service center)and he will see if the technicians is available after 2-3 day. Really unexpected quality of service.

The customer service didn’t provide or handled customers expectation professionally as you would expect from a Tesla Company representative in the UAE Which lead to great disappointment.I ordered a car 2 years back and still waiting with ZERO updates from Tesla Dubai i just visited the showroom at SZR as I am expecting the car by next month so I gave the customer service representative my order number to check and she shocked us when she said estimated delivery date is March 2022And this is happened for the second time from them, no one updates you no one care as their policy is take it or leave it we have other customers waiting and they say it like this directly to your face. I have been in touch with more than 5 plus the showroom manager all the same unprofessional customer serviceFinally Tesla a great company with very high principles when it comes to customer service. And people who work there might not fully represent the company but they can give negative image! Which am sure Tesla have the process to correct such things.

Friendly and helpful sales team. They happily give you the car for test drive even when they know that u do not have an intention to purchase. Only Model 3 LR and Model 3 Performance are on display. Beautiful showroom. Amazing cars! Overall an A+ experience for me.

Amazing showroom, the employees inside have maintained it very well and are very polite enough to show you everything about the car even if you have no intention to buy.They also offered bottled water and or coffee for free.Top notch vehicles and accommodating staff.

I think the customer service at Tesla was terrible. We entered the showroom and looked around at the 3 cars on display. We were done pretty soon and one of the sales guys finished with another customer around the same time, but only to vanish from site.We stood there and waited without anybody coming to us to even ask if we needed anything. All the sales people were busy with people who looked and were dressed richer than us. If you would like to book a test drive, you have to book 2 weeks in advance because apparently when Tesla starts deliveries they dont book test drives!

The showroom Manager didn’t provide or handled customers expectation professionally as you would expect from a Tesla Company representative in the UAE. Which lead to great disappointment and wasting potential customer time when the manager did the test drive him self and then stopped and offered us to drive only around the showroom and come back like 2 min drive! Instead of 15-20 min proper standard test drive time as per Tesla policy.Some facts supporting this problem:- We booked for the test drive online through ENBD who were promoting their customers to buy Tesla cars.- We were very excited to come and visit Tesla showroom for Tesla 3 test drive. We came on time but we had to wait for 15 min which is ok until we got registered. Then they started with giving us a brief about the car. All good until now.- When the test car arrived, the manager told us he will take us for a test drive with him driving, we were confused initially but went along with him. He took us for a round and then stopped and told us you can only drive around the showroom and come back! Which is totally against Tesla test drive standard! And his reason was that there are many other customers who are waiting to test drive!Conclusion 1: if you are trying to sell a car give the customer the right time to test the car as per your policy and standards.Conclusion 2: if you are a showroom manager and things went out of control with scheduling your potential customers test drive, The least you can offer is another test drive where the customer feels satisfied with the experience to increase their chances of buying your car!Conclusion 3: if you are a showroom manager treat people as if every single one of them is a potential buyers not just to get rid of them because you have a long line of waiting customers! Due to a bad planning and execution of the event.Conclusion 4: if you are a showroom manager you should be proficient in the business and technical side of the product. I asked how the AC is working and didn’t get satisfying answer! He said heater pump or something and couldn’t elaborate more. Also, I asked about how often brake pads needs replacement, and he said you don’t need to replace them ever! I looked into it and it was somehow true it takes around 9-11 years! But when I asked how come he couldn’t answer! Another question I asked which about the regulatory approval of using full auto pilot mode! And he said of course it’s legal didn’t you watch YouTube! And he had very rough idea about it.Finally Tesla a great company with very high principles when it comes to customer service. And people who work there might not fully represent the company but they can give negative image! Which am sure Tesla have the process to correct such things.

As the only tesla showroom in the UAE, you’d expect their phone to actually work and for calls to go through…..I’ve called from 11 am (opening hours) until now and no answer. I’m shocked.

I Advise to people dont buy Tesla because anywhere anytime you will found the battery or Ac problem, once you get issue battery Ac or accident so the Tesla workshop will telling you 3 months for repair the car because part items not available

Their sales attendants and service division both are quiet warm, helpful and pleasant. In the showroom itself that have service area where one can buy accessories like home connector for charging.

Employees are too casual and laid back not sure if its the company’s identity or they just don’t care. They can strike you as rude and unprofessional. However they’re the only ones selling Tesla’s, so maybe that why.They could use some customer courtesy training. I witnessed a customer tell the employee that his car has not been delivered for a long time, he literally said its not my fault and you did not pay me. Very disappointing from such amazing car manufacturers.

Not fair to place an order and get a delivery date of a year from order date and still jot confirmed. 5 starts for the car. 3 for logistics. Average is 4 stars.. Elon.. ramp it up.

Maybe EV and Tesla are great but I had no chance to check. Instead found out terrible attitude to client if you dont like go away we have many other clients waiting. When they forget to confirm my appointment the only think Ive heard was Sorry Sir Sorry Sir you can make new appointment next week.... I was asked to send them reminders about my test drive booking and when I said, you have my email already, rude dealer replied I have too many emails to look for, you have to send email again !! The staff working at Tesla in Dubai will make clients hate the brand!!First of all, it’s very hard to find a free sales person that is willing to help at the showroom, usually there is a bunch of people and 1 or 2 sales person.I purchased a Model 3. Before I made the payment the sales lady (Anoia) was calling constantly but once the payment was done and we where waiting to get our car she stop calling or replying our calls, she didn’t make any effort to deliver the car in the agreed time, and she even got very rude when we where calling to ask about the delivery date.But the worst experience was after a week driving the car, the AC got damage, after calling service center several times with no reply finally someone picked up the phone and told us that there was no availability atm, after insisting, because no human can drive a car without AC when the temperature inside the car reaches 60degree, she booked us in for the next day and promises us a replacement car until they fix the issue, but when I went to drop the car there was no replacement car available… and no one seemed to care much.I can go on and on about the pathetic service Tesla is offering in Dubai but I guess you already got an idea.

The customer support never answer the phone, they have unreliable people working there, one service almost 9months and still waiting, every time false information, item is coming. Their communication and service team in Dubai need a major revision, sad to see a great company hire low skills employees.

I love Teslas. Im so glad theres a Tesla shop in Dubai to help create a sustainable environment. The showroom was a bit small but it featured the Model S and Model X. It was the first time I ever got to sit in a Tesla and play with the controls. The people there are very knowledgeable and enjoy their job at Tesla.

I’m a potential buyer, I was about to order the Tesla model 3 , but wanted to know if the 2022 version of it is launching soon . Yet had a really bad experience with the calls quality , 30 minutes in and no answers . So I was worried about this bad quality of customer service for the future , so I tried calling and hitting the emergency line for Tesla . And still it was the same , no answers yet it should be a priority for the place to put the costumers first :) . So disappointed .

My experience summed up- walked in, sat in the demo vehicle, walked over to a very helpful staff member and bought a performance model 3. Love it!

Worst company when it comes to customer service. Whenever you call the answer machine says we are unable to take your call thank you for calling tesla. When you call the company to inquire its considered your first contact with a potential client which is simply just an indication of the quality of service in general.

This place is very neat. Any Tesla fans living in UAE will feel like a paradise. The only thing which I didn’t like is the fact that no one checked our temperature and customer services are not that good enough. I expected more from Tesla. Other then that, the cars are amazing.

Very luxury and simple showroom for tesla.. They have tesla model x and tesla model s. The location of this showroom is just perfect.. The employees in there are high trained and professional and they are ready to answer any question that you might have about tesla.. Unfortunately they dont have model 3 yet, they told me by the end of 2018 will be available.

No one checked our temperature at the doors and no sanitary practices were being followed. Multiple people were in and out of the same cars and I didnt see any of the cars (or any other surface for that matter) being disinfected the whole hour that I was there.The coffee machine was out of milk and no member of staff was available to service it.Cars were alright though!

No one attending you when you come to see a car. Had to approach the staff myself. When I asked for a test drive, they told me that they have stopped giving test drives. Instead, you can buy the car and return it within a week if you dont like it.I was like, seriously, I just buy a 350,000 AED car just like that.So yeah overall very poor experience, definitely not buying a Tesla.

The showroom is minimalist in design as their cars I suppose. I personally loved it and the staff is helpful when theyre free. Not sure why people were saying the staff werent helpful.

Bought tm3 performance, very bad and unprofessional customer services and after sales and u have sent them an email regarding only left white side working on reversing mode. But there is no answer and i have contacted them for more support like updates and wall connector but also no one is answering!. Pay attention Tesla other companies are worship their customers. While u r ignoring us!

I can’t believe the unprofessional customer service in this agency, the excuses for the delayed delivery is “YOUR TESLA ADVISER NOT WORKING TODAY” “THE REGISTRATION DEPARTMENT NOT WORKING TODAY” then who run things in this agency if 1 employee is upset?! And a WHOLE Department not working?!

I had the worst car delivery experience with Tesla in Dubai. My Model 3 had to be delivered 25 March but due to the poor performance of their delivery team and bad storing in the port, the delivery is now postponed to June and maybe later..... during all of this, they were not responding to calls or emails,, and I had to wait days to get an update or an answer for a simple question.

Although we like our car ( X model ) we hate after sales service , probably the worse I have ever seen in Dubai , you cannot call but you have to email .. wait for answer and then take a picture of you car’s VIN number followed by a picture of the problem ...scan and send .. wait for an answer .. if and when they I agree , they give you appointment several weeks later .. many questions I still have about the car are still unanswered .. no car on earth has such a horrible service

So it seems from the review people who did not buy the car only loved the experience gave it 5 star,those who bought it gave 1 star due to after sale service,makes me wanna reconsider my option,maybe stick to petrol power car for a little longer

Simple and beautiful showroom, only three cars on display so you will have to wait for your turn. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. But if you are interested in model 3 better not visit them now and wait for like 18months as whenever you will show interest in model 3 they will switch off.

Came to purchase the model 3 for my brother for work, however very bad unprofessionalism from this Laura, calling every day, sometimes more then once and talking in an unprofessional way and rude, seriously Tesla should fire her, I would have canceled the car only because of her, but their other person called Khaled was super professional in dealing, so we closed the deal, Laura should know that not all customers are defaulters ! I mean I have a bloody rolls royce wraith among many other cars, and they never called to follow up compared to the affordable Catogary model S!!!!

Model S P100D test drive just blew my mind. There are no more ICE cars for me. My writing style is calm but trust me, I couldnt remove a grin off my face for half an hour after I experienced the Tesla drive.

We have a culture of poor service and exorbitant prices by dealers in the UAE. So having direct contact with Tesla is a breath of fresh air that saves us from constant price gouging. The staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the products, service is usually good and expedient. It is intended as an experience center and it does so remarkably.

Located very close to Dubai mall metro station. Its a must visit place for the tesla lovers. You can see those world famous models in real and it is awesome to see them in real. Better than their photos we see. Price is affordable only those who have a Big pocket. Highly recommended place for car lovers

The showroom is very good, clean and located at the busiest Road of Dubai. Selection of showroom is very good and they have placed cars in such way that the visitor doesnt distract by looking around.They have three cars, one chassis and the Tesla charger there. The staff is cooperative and provide complete details of the vehicles.Overall good placement of products with deep focus right on the customers demand.

It was my first visit to the Tesla showroom in Dubai and I must say I was absolutely disappointed with the store. When you think of Tesla, you expect the highest standards but I got to see a store that was swelteringly hot and humid, the poorest attempt was seen to be made to fix this by placing pre-era coolers. The cars were unclean and smelled bad, there were flies and cockroaches to be seen, the customer lounge was in shambles with broken furniture. The state of the store just saddens me !

I bought one from here so obliviously i like this place.

I had a good experience with the delivery team back in March 2020 they were lovely and understanding, they even delivered my model 3 to Abu Dhabi over a recovery vehicle.

Level of treatment is way below grade 👎🏻. As no one answers calls or emails, and now am struggling not able to register the car due to poor documentation from Tesla although I have paid full amount of the car in cash.Conclusion: Tesla is not advisable with this level of service

Cool showroom, and the sales people know absolutely everything you need to know. Really impressive vehicles, and simply incredible performance. SUV 0-60 in 2.8 secs.... insane. Will be interesting to see how the middle eat ir UAE market will react to these vehicles becoming available.
