Absolute trash service. Noone there knows what theyre doing. Zero coordination between staff. All they are good at is wasting time. This branch gives the company a truly disgusting color of character. You call me to tell me the new car I bought is being recalled for faulty brakes so we need to check them. Sure. After scheduling an appointment from last week, I show up to find noone is aware of the appointment, and my number isnt even in your system. Me? A customer who just bought that damn car from you? I sincerely hope your terrible service gets all of you fired and shut down.

Real cheaters. Car was taken for service. They damaged the bonnet of car. On collection of the car, this was pointed out, but service advisor Debbie, lied her way saying that they will do it and then stopped answering calls and messages. Spoke to service manager, he said he will follow up but also avoiding all calls and messaves
