He didnt push us in any direction, he patiently took us around for a trial with the cars and when we felt ready to buy he made the whole process easy and comfortable. I bought my Ford Escape in Feb 2020 and it was my first experience of buying a car in UAE. I was very cautious in my decisions as we have heard stories how people are getting mugged every time. I was shown the car by Tesla Sales team and they told me its only one small painted area on the trunk, apart from that the whole car is genuine. Just for my own satisfaction, i checked all Police websites to check if there is any accident, I purchased an online report from carreport.com for 100+VAT, I went to Al Tayar Sheikh Zayad to check history and even went extra mile to get a comprehensive test from RTA (Costing 350). RTA told me the same thing which owner told me from the start.After I bought the car, I took for regular maintenance at Al Tayer Garhoud, where they do some 60-100 check points inspection and that went fine as well. Its been 1+ year now and I didnt face any issue with the car.Highly recommend showroom for Pre-owned Ford Cars.

I recommend Tesla LLC for a pre-owned car. I had a great experience dealing with Mr. Alyub, who was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He provided all information I had requested and definitely made the process easier. If you are looking for a pre-owned car but are not yet sure, I recommend talking to Alyub in Tesla LLC (Ras-Al-Khor branch - Auto Market).

Pathetic service. Told me on phone to come and see the car. After driving 30mins and coming. They indicate its in another branch. And they laugh at you for the mistake. Simply absurd customer care.

I am having the worst experience with this company. Purchased a car, made all the payments and they simply dont release the vehicle. The salesperson (Naveed) is non responsive and will not release the vehicle. Almost 3 weeks now!I would no recommend this showroom to anyone.

Knowingly selling bad cars to customers! I bought a car there last year and the owner did assure that the car was in a good condition and no major issues. After three weeks of driving the issues started popping up! Long story short, lost money and time fixing it. Don’t buy a car there and avoid it!

Bunch of liars and I am taking them to court! I bought a car and they mentioned that it was accident free, however it turned out that the car had a very bad accident. They sell you the fact that they offer warranty for a year, but they offer you nothing. Bunch of liars and cheaters. Finally, the owner doesnt have the balls to respond to customer complaints, he lets his Filipina worker respond on his behalf and they have no clue. The owner is hiding and doesnt appear or speak. If they were reputable, clean and proper then they would have to hide. Stay away. Dont fall in the same trap as me. I paid a very heavy price. My case is now with DED.

I was looking for an office since 2 month a go and visited so many business centers during this time. finally I found all my requirements in Tesla Business Center which is one of the leaders in this business and has many luxury furnished offices along with qualified services and professional attitude and behavior with clients which was convenient for me .

Trying to cheat the customers. Cars not the same like in the ads. Extremely low service, after I trusted their add and paid in advance they harass me on the phone to pay the remaining amount before seeing the car. Fortunately we manage to make a test drive and we requested the payment back. The car was not the same, suffered a lot of accidents, the steering wheel was not even controllable.Stay away from them!

Ms Sali is manager in Tesla Business Center is a non professional individual. They are hiring people who are on their visit visas and they kick them out once their Visa finishes. SALI real name is Zeinab. She is also Iranian. I wasted my 10 days with then. Non professional and unorganized group of companies.
