Very bad. Dishonest.When they said there is a one year warranty. Dont trust them. They will deny after you bought the car. The car couldnt work when i got the car just after two days. And when we came back to the show room. I cant believe that the boss was shouting in front all of us. So Even you got all the paperwork. Dont trust. They will deny all the guarantee what they say.

Please be cautious with this dealer!!I never leave reviews, but thought I should warn future buyers.Lets start with the POSITIVE: friendly attitude although a tad pushy to close the sale and take a deposit. They also returned the deposit after I complained.And the NEGATIVE: I did complain indeed as they tried to sell me a car (Pajero 2011 3 doors) in excellent cosmetic condition...but full of hidden technical issues.I had to pay for a truck to bring it to a garage I fully trust for inspection. Major Oil leaks, many cracked or broken parts to be replaced - including critical ones (brake booster for instance), which would have probably cost half of the cars value to fix. And, cherry on the cake, very strong suspicion of a FAKE MILEAGE - as the next service (as shown on the door sticker) is planned at 267,000km, whereas the car shows 189,000km. Ill let you judge....They of course claimed that the mileage was not fake, although they were unable to provide me with any previous invoices as a proof. And I clearly prefer to trust the mechanic who inspected the car.Lesson learned for next time: it might actually be less risky to purchase a car directly from the owner, rather than using the services of these car dealers.And in both case, please have the car inspected by a mechanic you trust, this is my advice...

Very unprofessional. Avoid these scammers. They took money for booking fee and refused to return the fee saying it is against their policy. When I asked to see their policy they could not provide / show it to me. I would not recommend doing business as they are unethical

Pinoy Used Cars is good company. They greatly accommodate clients and staff are friendly. Unfortunately, our application from the bank was rejected 2 times since there was a problem on my account and the bank could not approve our loan. We got the refund from them and they assisted us from beginning til the end. Good job Pinoy Used Cars 👍👍

It’s really terrible dealer. I bought Mistubish Pajero for my staff and explained it’s free of accident and avail warranty. However it’s all lie. Was accident from front bumper and bonnet as well. And Mistubish says that this car is not under warranty cause of accident and repairing from 3rd party garage. Strongly recommend to avoid here. One Phillipino lady who is sitting in middle, never came to me against my complaints.

Awful experience..A waste of time to seat & wait for nothing that in the end they will not value your time..they are so playful treating you special yet this is not a place to get a good deal.I am so glad they did not took my car..i got a good deal outside in less than 15 mins.i sold my car 5k higher from there offer..I dont tecommend this place... poor customer service..that apparently owner is not kind hearted listening on customer need..so.much drama🤔

I got a car from them for my mom... A lot of problems appeared in the car... And guess what when I sent the car for a workshop the technician told me the car is totally garbage.. ... This was 4 years back and the car was Honda crv.. When they read this they will remember meOne more thing I cant tell about them here because I dont want to tell hopefully they stop doing it... Tried to sell an American spec car that has been totaled due to water damage as a GCC spec car that has a valid service contract.Has a typical and cheap tactic to arm you with people and a local sponsor guy dressed in a dish dash who approves your asking price. They give you a discount and then try to force you to fork out a deposit which they say is fully refundable, but I am pretty sure you will never get the money back.Made a call to a local authorized dealer to verify the information. Almost everything I heard about the car turned out to be a lie.Do not trust this dealership.

I payed a deposit for a car which they promised to fix few things. Later on they said they will not fix anything and they will not give me my deposit back. CAREFUL WITH THIS PEOPLE,THEY PROMISE AND AFTER THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY, THEY DONT CARE ANYMORE

I bought a used Chevrolet Traverse from this place. While the experience of the car delivery was very good , right after I bought the car home it had an engine error light up. I had to spend 250 AED to fix it. The car was horribly and dangerously wobbling at 100+ KMPH and it ended up having one tire in really bad condition. These folks also had agreed to fix the AC vent which was broken which was not originally completed on delivery. I with held 500 AED for the part, which was delivered in 4 days. However I ended having to spend another 400 AED to have it fitted at a workshop.The worst part of the experience was the followup. I asked to talk to the owner over 4 days to ask them to waive the 500 balance because of all the issues I had to go through and them not fixing the duct on delivery, apparently he doesnt speak on the phone, has no mobile and is not someone you can ever reach and is the ONLY decision maker. Net net the followup got to a point of harassment and I had no outlook to have to deal with this anymore. I ended up transferring the balance to them as Charity.

This is my fifth car To buy from this showroom during the past nine years..The Show room owner (Mr Anton) is a very nice guy and he has a very nice people works for him and he welcomes you from the first moment you enter the showroom whether you want to buy or you are just walking around.My wife and I trusted him in every time we bought a car from him.. we always come back for trade in as we do trust this showroom onlyThe reason why we trust the show room is because when we first moved to Dubai we bought a car from another show room and we went to sell it after a year, we came to know That the odometer reading was reversed before we buy the car..Most of their cars has low mileage and full-service history where you can track the records of the car with the previous owner and if the car needs a service they will send it for the service before delivering the carAt this showroom you will be treated very very nice .. it feels like 6 stars service .. we Received most of our cars with a box of chocolate tinted window and home delivery as we never had to come back to pick up our car, the show room will finish for you the bank paperwork and insurance and they will have your card delivered to your houseDon’t forget to ask for your box of Patchi Chocolate:) The owner will insist to offer you water coffee , tea , ice cream , nuts and chocolate ... never say no because you cannot have a deal unless you ate all of the aboveOver all... This exhibition is very bad .. Some workers claim that they are interested in customers and they are not .. Give value after negotiating and agree on the full value and then demand new expenses .. Take caution when buying from this dealer. This is a typical car dealer, as you walk in the doors the sales tactical team will surround you, start offering you with deals and pretend to give you everything , their cars are over priced so you will always loose on the initial deal, secondly the cars do not go through a thorough inspection, I had purchased a porsche cayenne S and within a month there was some serious issues with the Car, after a precondition check after purchase the car had faults well worth 65K AED, including a temporary repair to the suspension (this contradicts the so called inspection that they conducted at their prefered center...I managed to get the dealer to by the car back. I lost 39K aed dealing with this dealership and could have lost more if I had not managed to get rid of the vehicle... So if you do buy from Philippine car showroom insist that you do the pre purchase inspection at a testing center of your choice, check the market for the actual value, Insist on a warranty by the dealer in writing. and dont fall into the pressure tactics when you surrounded by the owners / Salesmen...NOTE : the Porsche Cayenne S is now at the dealer for Sale, 4 months after i sold it back to them. 2013. 8100Km , Black with bright yellow callipers, they will probably tell you it was an ex chinese lady owner. would suggest that Porsche do a full pre purchase inspection (porsche will have a record of the damages on file ) prior placing a deposit for this car.

This place is dishonest as they dont respect their word

Dont buy from this Dealer. They put wrong information about the car in the website. Instead of American specs. They will put a GCC car. They promise to fix all the car issues on the car. But they do not fix anything. I took a bank loan, once i came to collect the car they passed the car inspection somehow in Tasjeel without the buyer. And when i start using the car, it has plenty of major issues.They said i can return the car but i and i will end up loosing some amount and get only 35k, in the end when i came after 3 weeks, they said they will take it back for only 31 thousand. I ended loosing 12 thousand dirham with them. They say they treat you like a son, but is all selling tequenics and they cars are much overpriced. Awfull experience.

I was shopping for my first car and came here to Philippine Car Showroom. They had a big selection and the salesman was nice. He helped me out a lot and I decided on a Honda Civic. The problem I had was during the paperwork. Tyrns out the old man there is the owner and wanted to change the price even after the salesman and I agreed on the best price. The old man was yelling and screaming at his employees. He was calling them stupid and useless. That old man is horrible and made me uncomfrtable. I ended up leaving and went to another delaership close by and purchased a Honda Accord instead. I feel sorry for the salespeople that work at the Philippine Car Showroom.
