Visited this branch around 8.30 since the opening time on the website was 8am. They told me to wait until 9 since opening time wasn’t updated on website. At 9 not even a single sales individual was present at the showroom. Staff should be professional enough to start on time since it’s customer facing business.

We just got our new car from this showroom. Very happy. The team was friendly and very helpful. Did a ceremonial reveal of the car at the pick up time as well! Nice touch! Great service from Arun and his manager Kranthi.

** Dont deserve a Star **Im not sure if anyone else has a problem with trusting this agency but I surely do after my most recent purchase. They will try their best to sell their pre-owned cars at a higher than the market rate, assuring customers that the car has full service history, is accident free and is not repainted. Has anyone ever asked them for proof? Like a full car comprehensive test result? I doubt, because whatever they fix on the car, they never tell their customer. They only mention that internally their process is to test their car 167 point check, but what really is a 167 point check? Did they ever share details of that with anyone? Answer is NOT QUITE! Out of trust we purchase cars from them, but we are guaranteed something, and something else turns out which becomes shocking after you have invested so much time and money into purchasing a vehicle. So apparently all cars are repaired, and repainted, but they never share details of what and how.I recently purchased a car which I have been having difficulty in driving ..i took the car back to them in 3-4 days and they told me they can’t do anything other than buy it back from me for 20% lower depreciation for just 4 days of use – which was not even driven 100 kms ! Now I decided to get rid of the car because it does not feel right for me, and I just discovered that the car has been repainted, front back, bumpers, panels with majoon! Like why would you use thick majoon on a car which did not have accidents and had only minor scratches? They betrayed my trust and Im so disappointed by how this deal was made with me, now that I think about it, the sales person did an excellent job at convincing me to get this car without giving me other options of what could have been possibly better for me!I visited their showroom again to complain and raise my concerns as to why I was not told about the repairing work and paintwork on the car. I met the most unfriendly customer relation manager who did not care to fix the situation or try to listen to my concerns. Instead he told me ‘oh well you chose to come to us to buy a car’ . I was shocked and even after 15 mins of constantly expressing my concerns about the paintwork and how im in loss if I want to sell this car, I just got up and left and he did not even show basic courtesy of saying thank you or sorry or bye. He just said OK.This shows how good they are at making their numbers and sales but he did absolutely nothing for me since technically the car has been sold to me already, so why would he bother providing me with customer service! The reason this purchase was so damaging is the fact that I paid almost 15-20k more than the market price when I bought this car, but the fact that the heavy paintwork wasn’t disclosed to me, that leads to a further depreciation in worth of the cars price by another 5-10k which is a huge loss for me! Im so disappointed with my purchase, heartbroken over the loss of money, disturbed by how I was misguided and lastly the way Prabhu – the pre-owned car showroom manager treated me - disgusting behavior!Please beware before you purchase your cars from them and ask for a comprehensive report of what condition the car was in and what was repaired on it so you have all the facts visible and clear which will help you negotiate better!!
