Am sharing my first experience at union motors,service is disasterous.yesterday I reached at union motors for a general inspection of my vehicle geely emgrand x7.i was advised by the service advisor that it would take 2hrs for inspection.I waited until 2p.m,to my surprise nothing has been done since 4hrs. I was literally taken aback. very poor customer service

Zero reliability, keeps customers on waiting for months for spare parts, if you are planning to rely on one car from Changan and Geely then never go with them, they will keep you on waiting for months waiting for spare parts to arrive, even the basic parts are not available.Feeling sad for customers who have bought Changan sedan cars as they have discontinued so parts is an issue, if parts are arrived after long time, they will charge you double/triple amount.Extremely disappointed, never going to trust them again.Feel like I have wasted my money.

Absolute terrible service, From Sales to finance. These guys dont have manner to speak to their customers. Trying to get my booking refund from last 30-40 days with no luck. I booked CS95 and had to cancelled my booking due to bank loan disapproval. What a shame!

The worst service center on earth, they dont have part of the car , and if they have the parts , they charge you some crazy amount , people there are useless, geely are losing their customers because of this company ,i have a geely car and because of them i just want to get red of it .

One of the worst service. Since many follow up no response from the service department. At the time of selling the car they are promising many things but too be frank its all false commitments. Warranty is just a joking word for them because practically when it comes to claim the warranty they are just fooling the customer. I wish people should be aware of this kind of cheating.

No spare parts of GEELY. I dont know why they stop selling GEELY.Requested for sun visor, 6-7 months passed still no response. During service the technician was trying to fix other models sun visor. I cached him and he was trying to show that he was unaware.Requested for windows Lock-Unlock button drivers side but the employee offered me other model which is not matching with cars model and that was also not automatic. When I asked how that it works as my car is fully automatic two of the employees responded that I have to close and open the windows manually in simple. How unprofessional!!...After service they have not given me the invoice.I personally dont recommend this store to any body.

Union motors has some of the best and solid Chinese car brands, namely Changan and Geely. Very high on latest features found on most major expensive brands. Highly recommended to try a test drive. Changan models CS85 and 95. Geely model Emgrand Sport.

The features of the cars here are amazing. Theyre packed with luxuries and at very competitive prices. The staff are so efficient, car deliveries take place almost within 24 hours. Highly recommended for first time car buyers.

A lot where stereotyping China brands as worthless but this company stands above it all and continously proving that China brands will be one amongst big players in automotive industry. Geely cars are inexpensive cars which have a lot of variety between basic, saloon, four wheels drive & luxury cars.The sales people are nice and will give you all related information about their cars easily with just a small question from your side.But their technical teams are a little bit unexperienced. I fought with them several times because they are slow in regarding of servicing my car.From another point of view, they will try their best to calm you down and do some extra work for free.I recommend this place to average budget people to buy a semi- luxury car from this made. It is really nice to drive such a car with this price.At the end, I hope GEELY will expand wisely in the country as they deserve to.

Mr.Aneesh , was very helpful , stayed after work to explain to me the car buying offer and test drive 4 cars before make my decision then he follow up with all the documents needed to purchase the car till I got the car ,well done and thank you :) , the only negative side about the service centre they dont have Branch in SZR which is an practical for me as u live in the other side .

I brought a car CS35 CHANGAN in 2016.2018 came AC problem. And again in 2019 got major AC issue in Ac evaporative condensor. It took 4 days to recover by replacing some spares.As long as still it is under warranty they have to provide a rent a car.But they did not provided.So as a customer I got suffer to much.

Surprisingly amazing and value for money vehicles.. Proud owner of a Geely Emgrand GT 2.4(GC9) 2016 model. The after sales service is very satisfactory though the service bay area in Deira showroom is not very spacious and as the brand getting popular, queue time for periodic car servicing is increasing, prior appointment can help.

I had a bad experience purchasing a used car from this company, they are good only when you inquire but once you pay the total agreed price its difficult to reach them once you are facing some issues with the car. We agreed that i have a free service but then they did not provide. Dont dare to purchase CHINA car
