This rating is meant to all the Infiniti centers in the UAE, its such a shame that you buy a brand new car from the Infiniti to know later that your car’s navigation and software is out of date(knowing that i paid 10k extra for such option).My car is Q50s 2017 bougth it in october 2017 ( navigation and software was 2015 update) and till today, offcourse with many fake promises that we will update and do this and that nothing happened or changed knowing that the car has got so many updates in the US, europe and different markets in its navi and software.My infotainment system is so slow like i own iphone 3 now adays.Be aware when you want to buy an Infiniti car.

We have visited this place to look for a brand new and pre-owned car, this happen during the pandemic days. The showroom adheres with the government standards by following the safetx precautions. The staff and sales personnel are wearing masks, sanitiser are provided in each desks and follow the social distancing. Paid parking are provided, a coffe station is available. Staff are friendly and accomodating.

Easy to find with Google maps. Reception is ok-ish...but the service assistance is great. Transparent and clear. Good place!

Small Showroom you cannot find the required model there easily.But in general it’s a good place.
