Ive experienced this garage with my GT4 and i am totally convinced about how they work. how they take care of the car and specialization in exhaust systems. while i was there with my GT i have seen them working. Horrible customer service.I went to inquire about the tuning possibilities of my car. The guy did not care at all. Explained to him my requirements and waited for 5 minutes and saw him working on other cars. Spoke with him again and he gave me the attitude of not caring at all! He told me to wait upstairs which is unusual. “All our customers should wait upstairs” Apparently I’m not allowed to supervise my own car. Anyways it wasn’t a big deal to me. I waited up. When I cameback down he just gave me the careless attitude. Even spoke with the manager and he didn’t even seem to care.Basically I’m not spending on something knowing the staff don’t know how to treat a potential customer.
