A good place to sell your car if you are in a hurry situation. Not guaranteed to get the expected price. But if you are in an emergency you can give it a try.But they keep their word and buy any car in any conditions. Its a big relief in this pandemic situation.Interesting thing is that you can find the level of attachment you have with your car when they are offering the price after the bidding.Last time i witnessed a guy hugging his passat when he is selling it for 6000 aed. :(But last but least they are genuine.

Very kind and professional, good organization. But I expected more speed. They mention everywhere 30 minutes to sell a car, when the I arrived I was told it would take 45 minutes, but just in my case just getting to the final offer took 1 hour and a half, even if I had a booking and they started looking at my car a couple of minutes after I arrived at the place. It’s fine if the process is long but since you can’t sell a car in 30 minutes since your auction takes at least 20 and you have to do a test drive and full check before, just be honest on the actual time needed.They called me after I left refusing their offer saying they had 2 buyers who were fine with the amount I wanted. I just had to leave the car for 24h. I went and they took again 30 minutes to test the car. Eventually there was no buyer and I ended up wasting 4 hours of my time.

Have used sell any car twice recently, I would give 5 stars for the home service for the first visit and 1 star for the masdar mall branch. At masdar mall i got someone in front of me at my assigned time (first appointment of the day at 10am so impossibile that someone booked before me) and service advisor just kept asking how much i wanted how much how much. Instead, the agent that came at home was very professional.

Mr. Abu Baker was great help and supportive. I eventually get near to my asking prices. Very polite and helpful with extra ordinary knowledge of the trade.

Definitely not as good as the advertisements mention. It’s not a 30 minutes process, takes almost two hours. The price offered felt short of the expectations. The payment is nowhere near instant, as they advertise, in the documents they will mention 48 hours to process payment, and they ended up sending the payment even later than 48 hours. It’s so silly that they even make the customer shoulder the bank transfer fee. Definitely would not recommend.

But if I didnt keep calling their customer service and made a complaint it would take more than 4 or 5 days, they have done with the transfer in the third day. Very straightforward process. The representative arrived on time, explained the whole process very well. STAY AWAY!! from this company for your own good. Firstly, the 30 minutes claim is all BOGUS, I was waiting there for well over an hour before they inspected my car. Secondly, the price that they offered me was like 40% lower than what they quoted on their website before I arrived. A Complete waste of time and effort. Two weeks later I sold my car on Dubizzle for a much better price and even some used car dealers were much better than these low ballers.

My comments not based on the fact that the car price offered was way too less than the expected, the story is something else and here I dont want to put blame on the individuals but on the management itself.The person who took my car for test drive was not confident to drive a 4x4 at all. The driver even struggle to move the car from the parking or driving in lane and on turns. while returning into the garage back the driver asked me to drop off and then reversed the car and bumped into another car. I cannot believe even with the latest parking sensors, camera, beeper how one can bump into another car.The complaint handling was even worst. The guy sitting in the office said I am not manager, and pointed on another guy, and they all kept avoiding/facing me throughout afterwards... to their luck there was no major scratch for their bump, so I forgive their mistake and took my car back (obviously the price offered wasnt meeting my expectations when I see other similar cars are being priced much higher at digital marketplaces all around the UAE). I stayed calm and cool throughout and at the end of the process tried my best to give the constructive feedback to the manager even after they bumped my car. This is the best I could do as a customer who came to sell the car and not to depreciate it further. Overall it wasnt the experience I was expecting.Response 15th Sep 22.08: i have visited and seen how unprofessional and idiots you have employed. Your response making me furious and i wish i had called the police on spot after my car was bumped. Rather accepting your mistake and apology you are asking me to verify my visit? No one can accept that specially in a country like UAE.

Horrible experience. rush rush rush you to accept their offer, very lowball price in the end. careful what you sign. they transferred my car into their name before i got the money. they paid a fine that wasnt mine, charged me for it, and i had to expend so much time and effort without their help(!) to finally get my fine refunded. poor internal communication within the company. horrible, all the way up to their operations manager. sorry to say, but take your business somwhere else.

Great experience all round. Faris was very thorough and helpful throughout the process. They have an extremely powerful online platform and all involved are very good at what they do. Dear All,After my experience with Sell any Car, I would defiantly in a position to say BIG NOOOO and conclude by saying one of the worst services ever faced in such customer centric country. They advertise themselves as free for all services, but NOTHING IS FREE IN THIS WORLD learned after visiting them. They promise to release the payment within 30 mins, but 48 hours after complete transfer on the car.The bigger challenge comes when your car is in mortgage with bank, they do have process to clear the loan and as they being 7+ years in the market we assume the “Sell Any Car” will be knowing the process and proactively react. But they do R&D with the process and show customer that they are working hard. The process which can be easier they make it complicated.Today I am on 13th day and we are still unclear when the balance amount will be released. NO emails or call. When your car selling price is more than you mortgage loan “Sell any Car” should be release balance amount by holding the outstanding amount + 10% additional if any charges on car. But they took security cheque for the above line said + service charges (Which they call as free) + government fee all these without releasing the balance amount.They will take 48 hours of time to release you money after complete clearance. Infect, if you calculate you are locked by giving additional 50% more of than the car value they have offered you while buying a car.Guys, with all such experience we can find much better buyer then going to this company.

I don’t advise anyone to deal with this company or such companies as they always get the best of you and offer lower price than the market. They have a technique to convince you with their price in a way that this what you can get from the market. In addition you will pay the transfer costs that exceeds 800 AED in the normal case. If you are not obliged to sell your car don’t deal with such companies. Be patient and sell your car in the market.

Be advised that the amount that is offered to you is NOT the amount you will receive. In my case, I received just under AED1,000 less than the purchase amount. So today I had an appointment with this company just for a simple Car INSPECTION and evaluation and I had my brother take my car to them as I am pregnant and cannot drive.At no point during my appointment booking process was anything mentioned regarding specific requirements of the owner being physically present or a request to bring any special documentation along.A very rude and border line arrogant receptionist from the company called me 30 minutes bfr the appointment, I missed the call. She called me again at the exact time of the appointment where I mentioned that my brother is bringing the car and told her that I can watsapp him my Emirates ID as she wanted to see it.She said - No you have to be present yourself and we have to see an original Emirates ID! I found this extremely dumb because even RTA themselves dont ask for an original Emirates ID or even proof that you are the owner when you renew the car! I expressed my surprise and told her- well you should share your requirements well in advance at the time of appointment booking so the owners can arrange your requirements for you, she said oh thats why we called u 30 minutes before!It was a laughable response to be honest! Calling an owner 30 mins bfr an appointment to tell them Important info like that is ridiculous let alone disrespectful, what if I am not carrying my Emirates ID? What if I am unable to drive and have to send the car with someone else? What if am out and simply dont hear your phone call 30.mins bfr?Anyways, I am glad I cancelled my appointment and I am super glad this happened so I dont sell my car through these guys anyways. I just posted an ad on dubizzle and already getting 4K and 5K dhs offers more than what they estimated on their website.Good riddance and Goodluck with your rude receptionist driving customers away.And yea you can verify my appointment and the call with my name and car info...VW tiguan plate no. 30947....so dont try to say I am not a verified customer!

It was OK I guess! I asked for a quote for my wife’s car and the guy instantly asked where my wife was as she would have to sign. OK, I just wanted the quote! He then said that if he did get me the quote I wasn’t allowed to move the car as the kms will go up resulting in my quote being void and it will be lower. Maybe a tactical thing to put me on the spot, I don’t know, but went somewhere else in the end.

Horrible experience.Unprofessional and unorganized. I booked an appointment online at 3:30, and when I reached on time the people told me i have to wait for an hour because there is a queue. I explained to them that i booked online and my appointment was confirmed before a day, but the un organized culture in sellanycar did not allow them to understand this concept. Thus i left the place. I called their online customer service to raise a complain, then they transferred me to the supervisor and he never picked up. After 10 mins on the line i had to hang up and just write this review to explain to people how bad their service is.
