I found my happiness at 1am on their SCM website. Taken by insomnia, I havent slept all night.I went to the dealership the next day (Thursday August 26, 2021) and I knew that I was going to leave with my order form because Noraldin Alnas had in stock the car so dreamed of in new condition, Audi RS6 gray nardo from 2016 with only 1558 kms on the clock, what happiness.Noraldin Alnas suggested that I go try it and fall in love with me on my return.The SCM team took care of all the formalities and I was able to take possession of my vehicle on Saturday August 28, 2021.A big thank you to the SCM team, I recommend their showroom with exceptional vehicles and very interesting prices.sportinglysteeve

I was referred to SunCity Motors from Al Tayer personnel, and I really wanted to trust the guys. They offered an Audi A3 (that is still there, at the price of 59000AED), saying that it had NO accidents whatsoever. After doing my own research, I was able to immediately retrieve online information for the car, that actually HAD an accident with multiple vehicles were the bonnet was severely damaged.I would expect SunCity Motors to be honest from the beginning, but even after I told them that I have information that the car was involved in accident, they tried to cover it up, until I showed the accident picture, as well.They definitely knew about the accident but they hid it. This, I do NOT accept. Be careful out there!The post was edited, and the pictures were added after the reply that the car is clean and that there is NO accident. I guess you can draw your own conclusions! After all, one picture equals 1000 words!

To get luxury car, I have been across many showrooms in Dubai but this was the best. I just bought a car from Sun City, the salesman was Ghazwan. The entire process, from test drive to driving away the car, was smooth and efficient. I saw the car on the Saturday evening and drove it away on Monday evening. I part-exchanged my existing car and both registrations were hassle-free!! I can highly recommend.

I had bought a Range Rover Evoque from them last year. All was good until the day I had to sell it. The showroom that bought my car showed me that the car had almost 6 panels repainted, when Sun City had promised me that all the paint was original. The chassis had been removed as well, as the bolts were all not there.They took advantage of my trust in them by selling me a car that was fine but everything wasn’t as promised.I would recommend getting the cars checked from the agency to confirm what they are saying and selling is indeed as promised.

Im not happy with the fact that they sold me car with the patch on one of the tires. I found out too late, as I bought a car right before Corona started, and didnt really drive too much. Only recently, when I constantly had issues with tire pressure, mechanic from autopro showed me the reason why ( there were a patch ).I informed Sun city motors, first they said that I did it myself, then that they will check with management if they can replace it...it took almost two month to get an answer, after what they told me as the car is used there is no guarantee for tires and they wont replace it.It would be good to inform that there may be problem with the tire, if they dont want to change it , at least they must tell customer about the issue. Why we have to take additional risks. In general, all this experience with follow up on tire replacement was unpleasant, I had to chase them to get the answers and finally all without positive result.
