Special thanks for Mr France Francis Service Advisor at Al Nabooda Porsche Service Center Al QuozMy Call on Thursday 18th Feb was returned with assurance that the car has been repaired and will be returned to me possible on Saturday. On Saturday 20th Feb the car was returned. I was assured that the required repairs has been completed, No extra cost. I am thankful for the Al Nabooda Porsche Service Centre - Al Quoz mangers, and hoping this will be the end of my suffering.I made a phone call to the Porsche Service Center on the morning of Monday15th February hoping to inquire about my car (as the last call from the Service Supervisor was made on 7th Feb). I was told that the Service Supervisor was busy and he will call me back soon. Three full days has passed, no one returned the call.Saturday 13th February, Two weeks has passed since the 3rd admission of the car to Al Nabooda Porsche Centre Dubai. With no contact from the management. During this two weeks I received an acknowledgment call to inform me that the car now in the Porsche Service Centre Al Quoz (3rd February), and second call was on 7th February from I believe a foreman who inform me that he have to discussed the repair progress with the management and promised to come back to me soon. Since the PSM system was replaced / repaired on 7th January at the cost of 15000 AED, I was unable to drive the car for more than few kilometers, then the same problem reappear again. I trust Al Nabooda Porsche Centre Dubai professionalism, and I am still waiting to see a happy end for this episode.As a 2nd follow-upSaturday 30th of January the car was taken back by Al Nabooda Porsche Centre Dubai to deal with the reoccurring PSM Failure system warning, which activates other warning systems, and making the car undriveable. I still waiting for the car (7th February), and hoping the problem will be solved soon, as more than one month has passed since the car first admitted to the Al Nabooda Center for this problem.As a follow-up to Porsche Mangers response. Today Al Nabooda Porsche Centre Dubai kindly arrange to take the car to the workshop again. The car can be driven normally for 10 – 15 minutes then all of sudden the warning light (PSM Failure) comes on, and activates all other warning lights, then the car became undriveable. Hoping now my problem will be solved.I have a problem with PSM System of my Porsche Panamera 2013. My car was admitted to the Al Nabooda Porsche Centre Dubai on 2 January 2021. On 4 January I was told that they found the fault with the Air Bellows which need to be replaced at the cost of 15000 AED, which I agree to pay. I received the car on 7 January. As I use my car only on Fridays. On Friday 15 January I have the same problem (PSM Failure warning), took the car on Saturday 16 to the Porsche Centre and I was told that the system was reprogramed and the problem was rectified. On Friday 22 the same problem (PSM Failure warning). Now I have to take the car again to Porsche Centre losing more worktime and hoping for a better service.

Good service, before buying a brand new one check upstairs preowned cars, they have really good opinions as well , and just advise for management - provide ur potential buyers good coffee from machine and bottled water instead of Nescafé and water in glass .. that’s was surprised for us actually, Porsche should keep the level . And one more thing- if you want to do test drive u need to book one day in advance

I am really disappointed of Porsche sales and following up comparing to other German car showrooms...I was in Porsche Shaikh zayed showroom yesterday and I was interested in Panamera and I’ve got all details from sales Gali and he gave me printed offer , I asked him for test drive abd it was before 5 PM but hw said can not ....! You Should book appointment for test drive!!! While other companies can make test drive in same time !He said I will book for you at 6PM tomorrow and they will call you ... I said okToday I arranged my self for 6 PM and I called at 5 PM to confirm appointment and I surprised that Gali told me I am sorry I am very busy today and I have deliveries and customers and whether you can change test drive for other day!!!I was really shocked from this reply ... I felt that I am calling a shop not a main Showroom of Porsche !

I am very disappointed of Porsche Dubai.1. When you try to call to get an appointment you barely ever get through2. In the showroom, it seems like customers are more of a burden than business for the sales people. In over 30min not a single sales person got of his seat to offer advice.3. I am considering the Porsche Taycan (and Tesla Model S) but Porsche sold the showroom car. Only when leaving I saw the test-cars in the garage.4. You cant get a testdrive right away because the car has to be sanitised. BUT they force you to sit with a sales person in the car. Why even sanitise the car... I was told its a Porsche guide line to not offer test drives without sales people. My suggestion to Porsche is to consider adapting in times if a global pandemic when people are not willing to drive in a car with strangers. I canceled my test drive.Even though I wanted to buy a Porsche for the last four years. Every time I get close to making the decision it feels like Porsche is doing everything in their power to provide a horrible customer experience.

Went there for first time, there is an under parking, obviously amazing cars, but absolutely the worst in customer service, very arrogant staff in the pre apporved section who didnt even bother to check if I needed help for over 15 mins and when I lost hope I went down to the new section to find the same experience, no one bothers about you nor ask if u need help and to be frank, this reflects bad on this car... really poor quality service at a time they would be looking for sales !!!

I would say overall I was not really satisfied with my experience. I was expecting more from this dealership. I have never owned a Porsche and this was my first time going to the showroom. I was underwhelmed when no one even acknowledged my wife and I when we entered. Finally after about 10 minutes a lady came over and asked if we needed help and directed us to the sales consultant. I would have to say Mr. Das was respectful but he didnt really seem enthusiastic about his work. He immediately started asking me what model and color I wanted to purchase, like he was selling bicycles. There was no introduction to the brand or telling me anything about the company. Furthermore didnt even mention a test drive, I had to inform him that I was interested. Also I had to consistently ask questions regarding maintenance, insurance, and other information about the car. I feel that as a customer I should not have to be struggling to ask all the right questions, he should be well informed and be able to give me all the information up front. Spend time going over all the features of the model, explain the various options and give the specs of each trim level.UPDATE: Decided to not do the test drive based on my experience, did not even get a phone call or SMS from Mr. Das confirming my appointment, no one followed up with us. Horrible excuse for a sales department.

Absolutely the worst experience in the service and the showroom that I have ever experienced. First - servicing my car. The car was returned to me with a non-functioning indicator (and it was not spoiled when I was bringing the car to the service). When I noticed the defect, the service person just told me with the pretentious tone that they do not have this part (as if it was an explanation for allowing me to leave the service with the mal-functioning car!!!). The entire attitude was so negligent that I asked to speak with the supervisor, who offered to send the technician to my house once the part is available. OKA month later I returned to the showroom as I wanted to buy a new Panamera. `Although we had an appointment for a test drive, we were kept waiting for 30 minutes, no water, no coffee offered. Finally a guy came with another guy and said something that sounded like he will take care of you. The other guy with no hi or good morning turned around and we assumed we should follow. During the test drive I asked a number of questions on cars performance (which I knew the answers to, but wanted to engage the sales person who was obviously bored). He did not know the basic answers (e.g. acceleration of different Panamera types, HP, prices, etc.). He was on the back seat, on his phone all the time. After one of my questions he just said: I will give you a catalogue when we return to showroom, OK, clearly sending the message that he does not wish to be asked further questions. After returning to the showroom, he grabbed a Panamera Gran Turismo catalogue and commented: Here you go, Gran Turismo is basically the same. No good bye, no questions about next steps, etc. I really was ready to make steps towards the purchase when I was planning the visit.This experience was beyond outrageous. So arrogant, so negligent, so unprofessional. I feel so disappointed, you have great cars, but I will not buy from you guys. BMW is my next target.

Waited 10 minutes to speak to a sales person but no sales person attended.

Very bad experience with their maintenance manager in Sharjah. He authorized maintenance without final approval forcing the customer to pay what They say. Very argumentative, And they could not .clean the car properly as per the attached pictures. He didnt even apologized for not Checking the car before sending it. After paying almost DH 6,000, this is poor treatment and negligence as the service is part of the maintenance.

The worst service Ive experienced.they never call back.put you on hold.my car could not restart.Ive waited for 6 hours for them to call me back but apparently they dont value their customers.I had to go their to see if someone is going to reply to my calls.basically avoid them like hell.in advance dont give me the same generic answer to the others bad reviews which Im sure are sent by a bot.

The showroom is great & certainly the cars also. But the customer service & the way to approach customers & convert them to sales is certainly not known to people working there.Went here on a 13 june SAT morning with my friend as i am very keen on owning a 911.As we entered for first 20 mins , not a soul approached us seemed they did not have cars to sell. Sure the reception must have missed us as we entered from car park...but various sales exec saw us & god knows what they were doing glued to their screens & phones.Customer service did see us finally, but we graciously told him we will ask for help if needed, as we already spent 20 mins on our own.Pre approved was much better a lady straight away approached us & assigned us to a salesman.When we went back to new cars section, a sales personnel was assigned & after explaining about the boxster & 911 ....he straight away sits us down looks at the inventory & wants to know which color🤔 we prefer. I was wondering is he for real??We requested for a test drive boxster standard & S....& he mentions their schedule is full & we have to come another day with 1 hour notice . We told him we can wait an hour of he can do while we are there, to which he changes his mind & says ..1 day before....whereas we saw all the Demo cars nicely parked in the basement from start to finish. Clearly he was too lazy to give us a test drive & do all the paperwork unless we confirm our buying intent.Being very pushy & using words like have you made up your mind.As opposed to BMW where they were dying to get us to try Z4 & we said sorry we Re interested in porsche...the lady from BMW is still following up.I wish there was some other showroom as i no longer wish to go here where they want to push customers to buy cars without letting them try it.

I dont recommend buying Porsche. I went to the showroom to see some cars and also asked about the warranty. Now you need to hear this.First: According to the terms of their warranty, If you want to resell the car or register it under the name of another family member, the warranty will freeze for 90 days and if an issue occur during that period then you cant claim it!!! Under which law is this? The warranty is for the car not who owns it. Can you imagine that. The sales guy was unable to explain the logic.Second: you get one year warranty on the approved cars and you have to pay a lot of money to purchase additional warranty years!!Most dealers provide at least five years warranty without having to pay a fortune for the car, warranty, and service and maintenance later.Thanks I am not interested and will move on.

Quite possibly the worst car buying experience in the country and thats saying a lot. No consideration for past clients, even if youve owned multiple Porsches before. Go to Ali & Sons, worth every minute of the drive and theyll give you the true Porsche buying experience unlike these jokers...The Audi saying Das auto. Should you see that name run far and run fast. Even the floor manager whose name begins with the last letter makes sense since he has only one brain cell Im sure. I cant believe Porsche MENA is allowing this. But this is the reason the brand is dying. Salesman who should just dress up as clowns because thats all their good for and management who doesnt care about past customers. Were worthless to them in all their ingenuity. So sad.

Amazing showroom for an amazing car brand. Went there to check out the 911. Once there was so enthralled by the 718 that decided to test drive it. The experience was fantastic. I think the staff there is very courteous and gave me all the information and service I needed. Porsche is five stars all the way.

My last review does not show, so let me summarize: 1. My current Porsche: they wanted to release the car with defect they caused after the service hoping i would not notice. 2. I wanted to buy a new one: arrogant, negligent, unprofessional salesperson put me off. I am off to BMW.

Showroom was not closed and we were sent from outside. Not cool. Anyways we decided on buying the next car and that is not Porsche. Can definitely give better treatment to its existing and potential new clients.

Some major issues with the main showroom. Still waiting after 9 months for a warranty issue to be resolved in relation to marks on a new car. Cars been back to the dealers 3 times for people to look at it(Sheikh Zayed Road). Still nothing, I asked for a email as to what the current status is and was requested to bring the car back in for someone else to look at it. Not the best service from such a brand. Positives the Service centre in Al Quoz is great I take my other Porsche there and they cant be more helpful.

Before buying a Porsche in UAE, call the body shop or there service center, you will realize what nightmare your getting your self in to... If you manage to get someone, please post the extension number.Both abudhabi and Dubai dont answer the phone. I have been trying for straight 1 hour and there voice machine gives you options that dont work.I hope someone big in peace sees this review.

Prior to going to Porsche , I had already made up my mind on the 718. But when I checked the reviews out here, I was in shock. So I thought about checking it out myself before I buy the car. And I can tell you this, the comments and reviews on here about Porsche showroom in dubai cannot be more honest.They were an absolute disaster in terms of customer service. I got there and was told that someone will be with me shortly. I was free to walk about and look at the cars. 20 mins! That’s how long I waited before I lost patience! I told the receptionist that I’ll wait for 5 more mins before I head to BMW. I dropped by Volkswagen on my way. And I assure you, I got better service at both places.If this is how Porsche treats their prospective customers, I can’t imagine how they treat people who bought a car!I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND DEALING WITH THESE PEOPLE

Scam artists. They lie about repair times and give discounts to insurance companies to make money and avoid having cars totaled. Customer service is just terrible. Pray you never get in a wreck because they will hang you out to dry. Twice Ive been taken advantage of with their repair shop - quoting 2 week repair times and keeping my car hostage for over a month. I cant wait to sell the car I love only because I do not want to ever deal with Al Nabooda ever again. Avoid them at all costs.

Once again this so called elite brand has let me down. Never mind misleading me when I bought my last Porsche (I have had 3) using underhand sales tactics and also trying replace tyres/break pads when the ones on the car were fine! Now when I phone up to buy a new Porsche nobody answers the phone. Eventually I get a call and explain what I want to be told hell phone me back! Never heard from him again. Then another guy phoned me about re enquirer the next day not knowing someone had already contacted me. He said he will get the first guy to phone me back! You think he did? Not so much as a twinkle. Visited event this Fri. Staff not professional at all - reception, sales, admin. Event was very cheap - food, no music, no host/greeting, plastic flowers on reception.. feel like you’re in the mall..Car offer was weak and no value.... at the end we had to wait our car for 15 min.. valet parking was sleepy I presume..Guys, you selling premium cars.. you have to be professional and “not cheap” in every aspect..

Worst service center, I regret buying a proche from here. I gave my car to be fixed I mentioned to the technical team many times that the phone charging plug doesn’t work in the car it turns on and off , the first time they did not believe me claiming that they tried it on their phone and it worked, this is unacceptable because I explained I changed 10 charges and tried it on several phone it sometimes works and other times doesn’t, when they finally understood they said they will fix it, which is clearly a lie because it’s still not working still turns off and on as the car moves. And they gave me the car with the Bluetooth option to connect the phone disappeared! I don’t understand how I can have a Porsche and have problems as simple as charging the phone?!! The service center is not customer service oriented at all they shouldn’t lie to the customer and say they fixed something when they clearly didn’t and after having been mentioned to them serveral times. I do not advise anyone to buy a proche from here because if your car has a problem they will disregard it!

Bought a car from here in 2014. Showroom was fine and provided good service. They do not have vehicle servicing facility here and it is located in Al Rashidiya (as of 2016). It is required to book (servicing) well in advance.

Al Quoz branch is better in terms of service and quality of work!

Terrible service, rude and no one answers the phone. When they finally do answer the phone they have no clue how to speak nor do they ever call you back. Its a joke I am a customer interested in buying a car and they cant be bothered to answer a call. What a joke.Showroom visit was no different either, no one bothered to greet me and I had to ask about a car that I wanted.

I visited Porsche on Sheikh Zayed road yesterday. I found the sales staff extremely racist and condescending. I am a car enthusiast and wanted to look at the new porsche which were kept on the first floor of the showroom. A sales woman who looked ethopian came running behind me and states that second-hand cars are on the second floor. When i nodded she announced loudlY 2-3 times that the second-hand cars are on the second floor.I was shocked at this racist behavior and decided to leave the showroom.
