Stay completely away from these people. I had an extremely bad experience with Hussein. I booked to buy a car recently and told Hussein that I’m just waiting for the bank loan for approval. Not once did he say a 5k deposit needed to be put down, not even once. The bank loan was approved and money was getting ready to be transferred and Hussein rang me to say sorry we have given the car away? Most unprofessional thing I have come across in Dubai. I kept in daily contact with this guy and he was fully aware of the whole situation and not once did he say I had to put down a deposit. I even told him yesterday that the loan was approved. Honestly, one of the most unprofessional and dishonest things I have experienced in Dubai. If you are looking to buy a car from here I would suggest staying away from Hussein.

We bought a G63 from Iyhab at Pearl Motors. The service was great and nothing was too much trouble. Dhana has also been very helpful in getting the car prepared and ready for us. As he promised that the car was hundred percent ok when I found some issues with the car several weeks after I bought it he still fixed the issues free of charges, therefore I always recommend Pearl Motors to the others. - sales person made me write a 5 star review previously infront of him and did not let me leave the showroom without the 5 stars- sales person promised change the wheels of the car to a new set - which he then said that he wont do it later whe i actually bought the car.- sales person told me about the warranty that the vehicle has a bumper to bumper warranty. Where when i went to took the car to fix some minor issues nothing was on warranty.- sales person promised me that the showroom will take the expenses of the RTA fees and the fees to change the Names of owners of the car. Which then he told me that he never said that.U guys manage to sell your cars with promises that you are not liable of.Please make sure to fulfill the promises u give the clients. Instead of promising and not delivering.When i tell the sales person about the warranty. He says he knows about it. That its not a full warranty. Then why didnt he tell me this from the beggining.Thanks.
