Nice environment, slow service, not bad food, good ladies night deal with 120 aed for 4 drinks and 30% discount on food. Not much selection of good. Average food. Great music on ladies night. Outside looks amazing. I might try again during winter.

Excellent ambiance,delicious food,artsy cocktail which tastes excellent and staff are very cooperative also. One of the best sunset view you can expect in Dubai. We would love to visit it again.

Nice place with a good setup indoor & outdoor, but the service leaves a bit to be desired...Also, I felt the music couldve been much better at setting the mood, especially for a Thursday night..Outdoor seating is not as good as in Akira right next door.

The views of the place are nice and currently they are taking social distancing and mask wearing very seriously which is great. The food was overall good and the ambiance nice. However, at the beginning of the night (Thursday) the DJ was playing a lot of rough hip hop and rap which didn’t really match the place and atmostphere. Later in the evening after 3 hours of not so great music, the DJ started playing more pleasing tunes. I would have the place 5 starts if it wasn’t for the service. It was below average and at some points the staff was a little bit rude. I’m not sure if they were understaffed. I’m a bit fan of the W brand and I’ve been to the W The Palm other F&B and had awesome service, not sure what happened at this place. On the plus side, they have two pinball machines win the place as you head to the main room indoors which are awesome. One was broken but the other was working. I really enjoyed that. I’ll probably go back and hopefully the staff will be nicer and the DJ will pick better music that fits the establishment.

Good music, loud but not so loud u can still have a talk wiz ur friends. Food is amazing, just amazing, there are 2 shots offers 6 shots for 120AED and 9 shots for 160 AED really best value for money, i recommend the nachos and tequilla based shots with coffee and vanilla. Will definitely go again.

The hamachi tostadas were not good and tasted too fishy :( but other than that the food was alright and the vibes were nice

Great place for a sundowner. The sunset view was amazing, music played by DJ was nice and food was good. Beautiful interior design in the restaurant and as well as the hotel itself. Overall we enjoyed our time.

Wanted to find somewhere to wind down before taking it in for the night. Drinks were good. They had a 100dirham limit per person which wasnt bad. Cant really say much because y was pretty quite.

We went for cocktails yesterday at the rooftop bar. We called an hour in advanced for an outside seat however it was fully booked which is understandable. But they said we could sit inside and be put on the waiting list for outside. Within 30 mins we’d been moved outside, we were so happy! The views are beautiful, loved the music and cocktails too. The service was nice and friendly, the lady at the entrance/reception to the bar was great customer service.

It has a beautiful 360 view of dubai. I really loved the atmosphere and enjoyed the drinks there. I however did not like the food and it is very casual so when I came dressed up....i felt a little overdressed. Seeing others in shorts, flip flops and t shirts.....made it feel like a beach bar rather than something special as a night out.

This is a cozy chilledout rooftop bar and restaurant with some fantastic views of the palm and Dubai manhattan! Good food and drinks options, nice service and great lounge music from the house DJ. The place however currently shuts down at 12 and kitchen closes at 11 pm. Good experience overall and lovely ambiance.

Celebrated one of the most beautiful birthday ever. The service was amazing, the ambience was perfect and the seating was so comfortable. Not to mention the food by Chef Suraj was amazing

Loved this funky bar design complete with open air balcony overlooking the W Hotel pools and also sea view. Nice place to go for sunset drinks. You can make your own guacamole and they have a ladies night offer also. They even have retro pinball machines. The waiters are super friendly! Would visit again.

Great place to chill and enjoy the music. Linda is the best hostess. If you go there ask for her and she will make sure you enjoy your time there with great service

Nice lounge, with nice views of the palm on one side and the ocean on the other! Tasty Mexican themed food but more snack sized portions, which was expected. Felt the staff came to the tables a bit too often, and were very eager to clear almost finished drinks and plates but overall great relaxed atmosphere.

Being in the W it was always going to be on point in here. Great atmosphere and super trendy. Great music selection with R&B on ladies night. Good drinks selection and awesome views from the LA vibe roof top area.

Very cool Miami style place, great interiors and outdoor space. Good sea views and Burj Al Arab and Burj Khalifa views!Bartenders doing great job. Simple food selection. Good place for after-dinner, good vibes. Definitely will be back in October, when weather will get chiller.

This place have the perfect spot to catch the sunset also during the winter a fireplace outdoor lovely with blankets the food is good and the service have very good standards the staff is friendly, is located at the palm Jumeirah inside the W hotel, so the offer vallet parking service also there is rta taxis always outside I went in friends plan but it could be couples plan the indoor area is clubby with great music at the terrace is other dj and ambience in seasons, they place fire lamps to make you enjoy the night not freezing recommended and surely coming back soon

The ladies night is good, 4 drinks for women for free but the service is terrible. One of the guy on the bar treated us like we couldnt afford their food. Weve asked for the food menu and didnt attend us for almost an hour. Finally found a menu and asked same guy if its on discount as well, he didnt explain anything and just took the menu from my hand and then came back few minutes later and gave me a small leaflet then left..came back and told him I still want the food on the menu. Acted very rude ruined our night

Beautiful bar with fantastic view, very high end decoration as well the bar food is fine dining standard. But doors to the terrace are always kept open there during the summer as well, so if you can’t tolerate the hit it’s not a right place.

Thanks to Mitch, the barman, I had the best time at this place, he was professional and fun! He made my night... A wonderful view on the hotels amazing design.

As a hotel guest we got a place spontaneously and without reservation. Were able to enjoy the sunset while having a delicious cocktail. Cool rooftop bar with a view of the open sea on one side and Dubais skyline on the other. A bit windy, but really nice ambience and great view to enjoy. And as I said ... cocktails 👌
