Great place to have fun and a joy yourself. I went for the Friday brunch and had a good time. Paid 350 for the alcohol drinks and food. Its unlimited selected drinks and food and 3 hours of arcade games. The arcade games are OK. Not enough to keep you entertained for 3 hours. Very few selections and the cool games like the car simulators are extra cost. Bear in mind the unlimited food/drinks and games are only from 1-4 and if you want to play bowling its extra cost as well. Overall I enjoyed it but I dont think the price is worth it for the 3 hours for food/games. If it was 1 hour more it would be perfect. I wasnt displeased but its not something I would be doing every weekend. If it was 1 hour more perhaps I would or if the car simulator was included I would be there more often. I recommend it for a special occasion like a bday or company event. Otherwise its cheaper to buy food and pay games separately. 3/5 because I enjoyed myself but it could be improved.

Found this gem recommended by a colleague. Great vibes that would appeal to people of all ages. Good use of open space that gives it a relaxed and club vibe. There was a great performance by two artists whose name I wish I got to know. Would have loved to buy them a round.In terms of the bowling, the lanes are great though would have appreciated a little more separation panes. Good scorecards and electronic systems that are easy to use.In terms of food, I am docking off a point for the shrimp popcorn and chicken wings. The quantity offered was tiny. Few pieces of shrimp covered in popcorn. The chicken wings were also lacking in flavour.The nachos, chicken popcorn, corn dogs and the BBQ cheese chicken pizzas were great. Thumbs up for those. Would recommend those to everyone

The original!), racing simulator, pool tables, bowling alleys, ping pong! Enough attractions to keep you occupied for hours. Pumping with great 90s music, youre bound to keep your energy at high constantly.The menu boasts sliders, pizzas, tacos, quesadillas and more, with a great selection of drinks for the hubbly bubbly enthusiasts. Food is OK though, I think they can do a better job in the kitchen, theres room for improvement in the palette pleasing spectra (hence the missing star).A spectacular venue buzzing with energy, you cant go wrong with Brass Monkey for fabulous time out.

We book the 12 lanes but they give us only 11 lane. so we need to re arrange our teams. then they told us bay 1-9 will be ready for us at 9pm and when we all go down bay 1-2 and bay 9 people are still playing, so 3 of our teams are waitingthey said also they booked the billiard table for us from 10pm-12am but when we want to play. other people are playing.we book a private space for us, but other guest are keep on coming to our space.

Thumbs up! Very spacious venue and full of fun inside. Pool tables, baby foot, arcade games, air hockey, bowling & ping pong. Its a perfect place to spend your evening with your group of friends eating, drinking and playing fun games. The image is extremely clean and very well maintained. Staff are available and helpful. The vibes are just amazing there. Definitely going again and again.

My friends and I had a great time at Brassmonkey! It is a fun place with a nice vibe and stylish decoration, and you can play billiard, bowling or arcade games. The waiting list is long though - on a Friday evening we waited almost 2 hours for bowling. During this waiting time we had our dinner. Unfortunately the food wasnt great which is why I removed one star. Quesadilla was too oily and salty, chicken wings were dry and slightly undercooked. Their pizza was not much better than deep frozen pizza from supermarket... But all in all, we really enjoyed our first experience! It gets really packed after 9 pm so probably the best thing to do is to book a table for their opening time at 6 pm and put your name on the bowling and billiard list.

Ive always enjoyed hanging out here. The food is tasty, the games are fun and its well maintained. The best advice I can give if you want to go bowling, is to put your name down as soon as you arrive, order food/drinks, and wait your turn.

It is more of a arcade center than a restaurant of food spot. But still you can enjoy some good nachos here with some pints of beer. If you like bawling, billiards, air hockey and many other arcade video games, you can enjoy this place for sure! A fancy place to visit in Bluewaters.

Where to begin??? First, I was required to leave my sandals at the front door and wear bowling shoes to have lunch. Why? Because only women can wear sandals, oh, and men in traditional Arab dress. This is quite possibly the dumbest rule I have encountered when attempting to patronize a local restaurant and spend my hard-earned money in their establishment. What is the rationale behind this hypocritical and discriminatory policy? Second, we were required to provide a debit/credit card and a picture ID in advance for the server to retain throughout our visit. The rationale behind this policy stems from the fact that they have had issues with patrons leaving without paying their bill. Ridiculous. If servers cannot manage their tables without allowing patrons to skip out without paying, hire more attentive and responsible servers. And security. Instead of policing non-Arab men wearing flip flops, try monitoring the tables. Third, the menu provides numerous options for patrons. Sadly, however, about 60% of the items listed on the menu are not available. This is not an embellishment; literally more than half of the menu items are not available. And finally, I touched on this earlier but not in detail, the service is atrocious. We did not complain, as for us we were there to enjoy the day and were in no particular hurry, but we watched as many tables complained about poor service. The servers are not attentive whatsoever. The Brass Monkey is a nice place with lots of activities, but without better management and less discriminatory policies, this fun spot is doomed.

It is a great entertainment place, I had so much fun. I really loved it. The place is awesome, and unique. the staff is very professional and also very cool.The reason for 3* is the food. Dont take me wrong, the fries are very tasty but the choices could be improved 😉

Adults only! Games, drinks and a good vibe. Bowling is AED65/person and games between AED5 - 60. Food is just bar food so nothing healthy and nothing amazing average AED70/person. Music was very loud and playlist from the 90s. I would have preferred the music turned down so I could talk to friends. Tables and bowling sitting area is sanitised in between.There are signs to the free parking (look for the monkey) but park closer to the entrance which is not obvious (look for blue walls). Up the elevator, walk straight and turn left.Making a booking doesnt mean you get your turn to play. You still have to wait so best to have something to eat or drink while waiting as you cant socialise due to loud music.Not planning to go back anytime soon but enjoyed the vibe with friends.

It was our first time, heard about the place a lot we tried to book so many times before and it’s always fully booked, anyways at the end we got a booking, it’s a fun place to be nice food nice vibes good atmosphere, loved the games and bowling and arcades, my down side of this place is two things, expensive to play games and expensive foods and drinks the second thing not a lot of choices games and arcade machines very limited you would have to wait an hour or two to play a game...In general it was worth the try but make sure your wallet is loaded ;)

Really great place, fantastic bowling lanes and great arcades however we were really let down by the F&B.Drinks were hard to order and then hard to get. We had to send back a couple as they were poor quality. In fact the Tiger had an egg smell to it which wasnt great the next day either... Some of our food was sent back as it was cold, we had to wait a fair while for the management to attend to us too.In terms of value we were 4 people, we had 1 game of bowling, played the arcades and also had few starters, sliders etc few beers and G&Ts cost around 1400 AED in total, bit pricey not sure we will be going back in a hurry.

A cool and hip new place in Dubai. This is heaven for the 90s kid in me. The arcade has good choices of 90s computer arcade games. Theres basketball, billiards, darts, air hockey, etc. The bowling alleys have great seats and they have numerous kinds of bowling balls as well. The bar is great as well. The decorations and ambience are on point. Id love to come back here again and again.

One of the best sports lounge in Dubai which comprises of all sort of games starting from pool, snooker, TT to bowling...all in one roof.And to add on its mouth watering food menus are just amazing, however the quantity is bit less.The happy hours time is very short and should have started from 6pm onward unlike other bars and clubs offer during weekdays.The vibes of the club is entertaining and loved its choice of music.Would love to visit again during weekends.

Really recommend to see that place, its hard to believe that in so calm Blue Waters island there is such a thing.But I have to mention thats a prices are quite high. For e.g per 1 bowling game for 2 people (its around 10 shots each) is 30€

Cool arcade centre with loud and fun atmosphere. Great to hangout with friends or family play some games and enjoy some food/drinks. Bowling was great. It gets busy pretty much every day of the week. Went on Sunday around 7 pm and had to wait for about an hour. Would be great if they had online booking.

Brass Monkey Est. 2020 is located in Bluewaters Island. The place is newly opened in October 2020 and in my opinion is just superb. Went there on thursday night and it was packed so better to do a reservation before coming. They have gaming options inside and have multiple dining areas on 2 floors. Just an amazing experience overall. Must visit place in Dubai.

Great place for friends to hangout. 80’s and 90’s kids will fall in love with this place. Retro game machines, vibes that take you back to that video games era “street fighter & Classic super Mario”. And the music, agh!!! Love everything about it.

Great place to be a big kid again, a couple of things could be improved such as removing indoor smoking areas, removing the limitation of seating determines the menu you can order from (I.e if youre upstairs you only have access to the Asian menu whereas ground floor you have access to Americana options), thirdly you cant just top up your games card you have to get a new card.But overall a fun day or night out with bowling, pool, arcades and other games.

Came here for the ladies night, as they had a very good offer of 4 drinks and 2 food items. While the overall atmosphere was very fun and cool, I did have some issues: First of all, it was a little too crowded given that we still need to be social distancing. Next, it was sometimes a bit hard to get a waiters attention but once you did they were very efficient. Lastly, while I do love the fact that they had all of these cool vintage video games, they were extremely expensive so at the end of the day they were more for show.

The level of details in the place is amazing, you will find yourself taking photos right, left and center.The lower floor has the restaurant, bowling area and some arcade. The second floor has another dining area, more arcade games, VR, pool and snooker tables.The place has a nice ambience, nice music and nice people, you can easily spend 5 hours without feeling time passing.The only thing I didnt like was food, it looks way better than it tastes, it was so oily and overly salted that I didnt finish any, if they can improve the food quality that can be a place to hangout weekly easily.Overall loved the place.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE I’VE EVER HAD IN DUBAI.First of all, you’d immediately feel unwelcomed and disrespected by the “security” on the door. My friends and I are in late 20s and we do look our age. They were not nice to our female friends either. They somehow managed to screw up our reservation and they didn’t put us in the wanted area.We’ve ordered food and played games. The food quality is much below average (don’t go there to dine in) and the prices are way higher than similar places. Value for money on your food is almost ZERO.The retro games section is nice but very very expensive. We paid over 500 dirhams on a few games in less than 30 minutes. Some machines deducted the money but didn’t start the game. The staff were super arrogant, irrationally angry at us and refused even to listen about the corrupt machines. I’d rather go to other places, play the same games, pay the same money but at least don’t get humiliated.Anyway, we left our drinks on the side table next to a game and some random people didn’t pay attention to them and drinks got all spilled all over the floor. We called the waiters and they managed to clean it.I went to talk to them for compensation drinks because we were playing games and it wasn’t our fault that their side tables ain’t sturdy enough to handle a light shake. They staff said we can’t do anything we ain’t authorized to take a decision and we’ll call the supervisor for you.After a long wait, the “supervisor” eventually showed up and I wish she hadn’t showed up. We genuinely weren’t upset as much until she started talking. After smiling at her face and calmly explaining what happened, she was screaming loudly, being unnecessarily rude and accusing us of lying to her. Eventually she wanted us to point on the people who unintentionally spilled our drinks to charge them money. I told her, “excuse me, lower your voice and go check your CCTV before accusing your first time customers with such a thing, you know what we don’t want your compensation drinks” and she left. Overall, rude staff, expensive standard food, expensive corrupt retro games designed to rip you off and most importantly you literally feel disgusted in the place as they have no clue about something called COVID-19 or social distancing. Literally nobody was wearing a mask and customers wandering around like corona doesn’t exist. Horrible experience never going back.

Theres lots of parking in the underground car park and when you come into BM your greeted with neon lights and an instant buzz about the place. Because after 1 min a girl next to me called and they told her you are welcome !or they will tell you to come and try your luck while they KNOW they wont let you inAnd when you ask to speak to the manager or supervisor as a customer they will say they are too busy to speak to you.This is what Ms Moak said exactlyThere is no such a rule in dubai says that weekend is only for couples ! I’ve had the Fantastic experience at this place, Ample of games to entertain you, staff is quite friendly & well trained to take care of the gusts.Note: At times it gets over crowded on the weekends & no chance to get the place,So either make the booking a week before you plan to visit on weekends or try visiting on the weekdays.

Called to book for bowling and they said you can only book in person. Which is fine but they failed to mention that you’re not allowed in after 8 pm without a reservation. Made the trip for no reason and their only response was “no, we told you over the phone.”

I initially made a tough review but I guess I will give Brass Monkey a little benefit of the doubt.Arrival was a nice experience but that was probably because we were early.To be fair, we were a large group so I guess the resources were stretched thin. The food was ok. Decent. But only the Jusu Corriander was the one that stood out for me. Service was quick but later found out that we didn’t get everything that was served in other tables.When it was time for us to play, it was pretty disappointing to learn that almost 1/3 of our guests had to wait a long time to play because the lanes that were reserved for us were being used.The game was fun for our guests and they enjoyed the quick play. However, I had a very humiliating experience from one of the security. I didn’t play but had to move around the booths to keep tab of my group’s progress. He kept hovering around me, which felt very intimidating.The staff at the bowling counter, especially Ysabel, were amazing, though.

Its clear that the designers of the place put a lot of effort into making this venue what it is. Considering the monotony of going out for a drink every weekend, Brass Monkey takes a creative twist on an affordable night out where you get to truly enjoy and experience fun and entertaining arcade games in different varieties. I could begin to list out some of the games I tried but just the fact that I found the Super Mario game I played a decade ago speaks for itself! The staff are also super friendly and down to earth, overall it was a solid experience and I would definitely go again.

I would give this place a much higher rating if it werent for such horrible service. Our server kept forgetting about us and it was a mission trying to get her attention to get us some water, and another round of drinks. When we finished our food she didnt even bother clearing our table. For the bowling alley, the tech, the music and the lighting is great but again the staff that waitlists you for the bowling alley is clearly fed up of their job. I think only one person liked what they were doing. We accidentally approached the cashier till of the bowling alley and the lady there didnt even bother looking up while clearly noticing customers were standing in front of her. The place just lacked energy because the staff was so aloof all over the place - completely disjointed.Also this place aint cheap. You have to dish out more than a hundred USD for bowling and youre paying for poor service, thats just not cool. If it werent for the concept I would give this place a 1 star. So I guess you could go here and if you have good company like I did you probably will have a good time but know what to expect!
