It is not as big or wild as other branches. However its position in mercato mall makes it stylish and the staff there have good costumer service. Not the best of fun city but its satisfying.

Very good for kids to play in soft play area but compare to other other fun city this is bit small and congested. Still kids can enjoy the play area. Ice man one of the best game for kids to enjoy. All day access for AED 49/- inside soft play area.

This has good choice of rides specially the boat ride is fun.

The play options available for toddlers are very limited and entrance fee is expensive for what they are offering.In addition to 45 AED per person entrance fee, one needs to purchase a 5 AED card and another 5 AED for socks.The personal are not helpful at all, they are sitting at the counters, and are not involved in watching over the play areas.So your kids need to have someone to watch over them.Overall a very disappointing experience.

Good play area with enough varieties for the kids to play. Bit pricey as all other play grounds in Dubai.The location near the food court is a plus to have your food while kids play inside.

I love this place especially now that they have a promo of unlimited play in softplay area for 129 dirhams for 3 months. The nice thing is that they have two separate softplay area to choose.

Worst security I have ever seen. Take care of your kids ppl. I had almost lost my 4 years old child because the stuff pushed him out of the gate and didn’t let him in and asked him to go find his mum.

The staff are really nice special needs children enter for free. And i forget my sons membership card and they help finding the records and let us in really good.

A good place for kids to play with friendly staff. Not the biggest branch of fun city outlets and not the busiest either. It has limited amount of rides and the place looks a bit congested. They have a play zone area which kids can play freely for sometime. They also have happy hour on Thursdays and funday on Mondays for 1 AED for each ride.
