Very nice place for kids physical activities.They have jumping, wipe out, wall climbing, zip line for kids and more.Its not that pricey at all.

Officially my 5yr olds favorite spot while I enjoy shopping . Indoors makes it an excellent option for summer with trampoline, climbing and trekking sections, an obstacle course ,zipline and more; the perfect place to give that little Parkour experience ! First time I left my daughter alone for 1hr and she totally forgot about me and explored all by herself with the help of staff. I loved that it’s very safe and kids are always watched and when they were on the obstacle course each had an adult to supervise them! shout out to dharam veer sood who was not just helping buy encouraging kids to challenge themselves while ensuring their safety..the staff is extremely attentive and each area was supervised with attendants ... A must visit..highly recommend..

I guess the photos of my kids enjoying here at skyzone should say it all. Very pleased with the special attention and care given to our bunch of kids who visited on that day to celebrate a birthday.. only a limited number of children were allowed, all in all,a fun and memorable experience for our children

It is good place for kids to do physical activities in this device world.They have different kind of zones and in each zone their staff is there to take care of your kids.They have also maintained social distancing properly with limited kids in a particular zone.

The best Trampolines adventures Park for kids. So many different kinds of pay areas and extremely safe. Its Aed 99 for 1 hour with a free slice pizza 🍕 the staff are very friendly and helpful. Parents can sit at the cafe and see the kids. Free WiFi availability too.

My twins and us were invited by Skyzone to spend a day at the Trampoline park and can I say we had an absolutely brilliant time and were both happily tired and us adults felt fit too 🤣🤣 My kids are 3 and could enjoy limited zones but even those zones had much to do for them. As for older kids and adults and fitness freaks, there’s SO MUCH more to do. In terms of sanitization, the trampolines were all socially distant and every 30 minutes to an hour, announcements were made across the indoor park asking attendants to sanitize their stations and sections. All in all, a must visit!

The ENTERTAINMENT offer is very misleading!!!... on voucher it says 2 for 1 , when in fact they ask you to pay for 2nd admission as well , so I end up paying 149 ( full price of 2 hours admission ) plus 99 1 hour of admission for 2 kids , no savings here !!Not enough activities to do for toddler ( 3yo and 4 yo ) .Otherwise Older children had a blast. Nice and clean.

Kids loved it. Was there for a birthday party and the kids loved it.The place is spacious, clean and the team there is friendly and supportive.

Its a good place for kids above 6, 7 years. They are many other activities other than trampoline, like soft pool, bouncing basket ball court to name a few. They also have some special activities for toddlers too. They have 3 kinds of pricing in their tickets. One for only toddlers, one a standard package and one premium package, where in premium they will have access to few extra activities like small zip line and one more along with a pizza slice or ice cream and salad. Forgot to mention, at every activity there are care takers, where they really took care of the children and help them when they struggle.

Very awesome place. Got a entertainer 2 for 1 also. So my happiness was doubled too.

The place is great for kids but the staff go above and beyond to look after them. I’ve seen them climb up to help or run across the room to help the kids. Where with my son who is 8 they chat to him and play even though they don’t need to. Really is a great place for the kids

It’s very rude behavior by all staff members at the entrance (ticket counter).They are not helpful even though they were at fault. We went there with our kids aged 14 and 9 years. At the time of addmission they informed us that they done have appropriate size of Socks. The kids need to wear smaller size of socks which is for very young kids.As a solution we told them that we have another pair of new socks suitable for sky zone jumping equipments. Please allow our kids to wear it.For which they denied and didn’t gave us addmission. They were forcing us to buy small size of socks instead of wearing correct size. After long arguments with them they denied to give us admission.It’s very unreasonable and not supportive.The full staff including their manager Mr. Jose were behaved rudely with us.Sorry to say but this place is not good for family and kids… they all are money hungry and non cooperative even when they are at their fault

SOOOO Its a fun place for kids and quite reasonable given that dubai is superbly overpriced. Great games and experiences for kids of all ages and will tire them out. My niece is 8 and nephew is 4 and they both enjoyed.BUT… some weird and uncomfortable things that ticked me off and I really want to understand what the management feels about this. ..1 - they had this silly rule that parents (who enter for free with the small kids) CANNOT stay in the trampoline area an have to stay outside the soft play zone (even though I was wearing the right socks)… I didn’t understand this. How the HELL will I ensure my kids safety if I am 10 feet away?!??I was asked to move away fromThe soft play area like 5 times and I really didn’t understand… what was the issue?2- So I understand kids under 100 cm could only access the sky bee games (which weren’t to many) however there were some very basic games that ANY kid can play and the place was empty, so when my nephew hopped onto that game by mistake cos it was so basic and simple, like 3 attendants came to ask me to take him out as this was a no go zone got the sky bee ticket holders… again what was the big deal if this happened by mistake and the kids was WAILING to play the game?!?3- We bought the ticket via entertainer so got one ticket free. Apparently every ticket gets a free ice cream or pizza slice. HOWEVER since is only PAID for 1 ticket (although I was a holder of 2 tickets) I could get only ONE item… again I had 2 tickets !!!4- I didn’t see even ONE person sanitize the games or place AT ALL peeps…. Not ONE!!!! I freaked that is why I was around the kids so much but IMAGINE. NO ONE WAS sanitizing anything… it was a very freaky feeling TBH….

Reasonably ok for my 3 year old girl, but the junior zone is do limited in choice of games. Not worth the money for this age group. Much better for older kids.

Our experience hosting a play date was fantastic. The kids had lots of fun with their very friendly hosts, it was well organized and extremely safe.

Pathetic staff at counter. We had entertainer and bought premium tickets. They said you have either two pizza slices or 2 scoops of ice cream when checking in. Staff at food counter laughing and saying its only one. They also passed so many comments between cold stone and NYV staff and stared and laughed at us until I had to go and ask if there was a problem for them to behave. Very rude staff if you are not watching your kids.

It is indeed a great place for family and friends! The park is for all ages and I recommend this for birthday parties and Team Building!

Sky zone is advisable for kids and the people who are a kid by heart. From free jumping to the skyline, there are plenty of themed activities which will relax your nerves and make you laugh till your stomach hurts.I am not an adventurous person who take risks. But in the sky zone, everything looked so safe that I was lured to play there. By far sky zone is the worst place to take your children to play in dubai,im writing this review from there while my poor 2 children waiting sad in the corner just because the rude philippino guy who is working there didnt allow them to get in even 3 minutes before the time mentioned on the chest tag,i went down just to ask the receptionist if this is the rule there,unfortunately the other philippina girl was even rudest and louder than the rude guy upstairs.I dont recommend this place to anyone.one star is not deserved but i am forced to put it in order to submit my review!!!

OMG... I am speechless... It was a mess, chaotic and expensive playarea. Unfriendly staff, funny booking system, no security and all age of kids everywhere in all zone. I even saw a staff jumping on the toddle zone. Only 1 Philipina guy who really work hard to control the situation. It is not worth of AED105 per hour , I wont go there eveb it is free. This will be my 1st and last time..

We had so much fun at this place .... it was an amazing experience !If you have a little one or want to let yourself go free visit them . The place is offering you fun times with proper security and post covid precautions.The staff was so helpful and helped us to try almost all the sections .Our favourite was the basket ball spot .Did not find it very expensive ,the place is carefully drafted for a fun experience with apt security arrangements.They have a little eatery around with 2 brands -SBARRO & Cold Stone , so you won’t be coming out hungry after all that calorie burning .Thank you everyone @skyzone for making our session a memorable one .

Unfortunately I have to give only 1 ⭐️ to this place. There is nothing wrong with the place BUT there is this stupid kind of zones for different kids’ hights. If you want kids of different ages to play separately so you need to do it properly then. I was there with my son and he couldn’t really enjoy it cuz every time the staff were telling us to go to the designated area. This is ridiculous!!! I was there and I was responsible for my kid and I just wanted him to have some fun!!! Will not recommend this place🤦‍♀️

Best place to come with friends and/or family during the weekend. I didnt even know jumping on the trampoline burns more calories than running on a treadmill. Amazing fact I only found out during my visit.Staff are very friendly as well and really helpful. Their priority is always your safety and ensures you also have maximum fun during your visit.Thanks, Skyzone. Will visit again soon.

The park is good but its more for small kids. Im decent at trampolining and I thought the trampolines are to small for me. They are small and made for young kids. If your above 12 or 13 I would recommend not going since all the trampolines and small and not good for trying good or hard tricks.

The venue is always fun and staff are super friendly , but the cleanliness of the toilets is appalling. Given there are NO, I mean ZERO hand sanitizers in the entire place , you would expect the toilets to have a functioning soap dispenser...which today was hanging on the side off the sink spilling onto the floor. Management need to look into this please

One of the best Trampoline park in Dubai

Visited this place during the weekend & my child enjoyed. Initially there was a bit of chaos in the play areas as the kids weren’t monitored much by the staff and they were pushing and fighting with each other. My child had mentioned that most of the play areas wasn’t clean and had chewing gum and garbage lying inside the foam zone.Also I was disappointed by the cafe inside Skyzone as they couldn’t cater to food orders due to an issue with their oven. My child was hungry & they offered food that was kept outside which wasn’t fresh at all. We had to throw the food.Hopefully they take my feedback positively & improve.

They let the kids walk out of the play area, no security!I was in the wash room and when I got back my kids where gone! There is no security stopping the kids from walking out of the Skyzone area. I found them walking in the Mall!!! There are no gates or staff to stop the kids from walking of!!
