Poolside Cuban bar , great cocktails and live music with graceful dancers and singers all the way from the land of lambada.Limited however thoughtfully crafted food menu from Tacos to empanadas and sliders.Bar also features a well stocked Cuban cigar humidor, will have to try on our next visit though.Kudos to the hostess for handling a very difficult table and keeping her calm. Just that the bar has to work on their acoustics to do justice to music outdoors .A very picturesque bar.

Super cozy place with a great atmosphere and mood. Their signature drinks are very special and their food is tasty. If you are looking to chill and spend some great time this is the place to be.

Havana Social Club is a Latin American lounge & restaurant, where you can find only few options to eat. However we ordered a selection of guacamole, shrimp tacos, sweet potato fries and Agua Fresca de Camarones. The food was fairly good in matter of taste, but I liked the presentation.

Should admit waiting staff professionalism. Because people and service always bring an impact on the first impression regardless other factors.Thanks tonight-shift guys for making unforgettable evening.F&B quality matches expectations from Caesar Palace. The place is beautiful. Food quality is excellent. Ordered Chicken Tacos 🌮 and beef Tacos. They taste really good and the tortillas are fresh and light.We also ordered burger sliders, best sliders any one could have. Cheese and bread were so good.The three plates were enough for two persons..The price are a little bit higher compared to portions but expect a higher quality as well.

Had a blast for ladies night. Food was definitely worth it. But the music really needed to pipe down. We went there with a reservation but weren’t able to get a seat indoors but that was alright. The only issue was how loud the music was at the entrance. We couldn’t have the slightest bit of conversation and the music wasn’t really the kind to dance along to either. So we just sat and waited for our food with hopes that we’ll still be able to hear tomorrow.

This place is amazing is inside the Caesar palace they have parking and also valet parking, the entrance is same like the hotel at the bar is a sympathetic guy ready to explain you the drinks if is necesary always friendly. You have the option to sit at the bar, outside lounge for shisha smokers or simple enjoy the view. I was sitting near to the dance area indoor enjoying,some snacks( bit spicy food but tasteful), the dj music and also the lovely host Andeta who makes amazing service during the night for me and a friend of mine, was friendly asking always if we where comfortable and understanding all our requirements in or orders. This place have a cigarette lounge with a great selection of most fine cigarettes, there you may pay cash or card. The decoration is ambience in Cuban flag colors concept very clean version also the washrooms deep clean the prices are reasonable I definitely recommend that place and surely will be back to enjoy the place and entretainer of the lovely Andeta.Cheers guys bravo!

Havana Social Club is a Cuban themed bar and lounge at Caesars Palace Bluewaters. Its nostalgic 20’s style décor is a little too well executed and, in the words of a guest I took there the other evening, looks like a set created for a movie shoot. It has the looks but absolutely no soul. Not on the night we were there at least. The smooth Latino music, however, was amazing. And we were there on the one night there was no live DJ or band. There’s a stunning terrace overlooking a pool outside but it’s all but unusable now that the heat and humidity of summer is upon us.As its name suggests this venue is all about socialising. Don’t come here specifically for a meal. What you eat should be complimentary and coincidental. In fact, their menu is drinks, tapas and cigars – nothing heavy. We were shown to a table by a pretty hostess and looked after by an even prettier waitress. Looks aside both were very friendly and attentive. I give them five out of five for service. Told to try their rum based cocktails I ordered the signature El Presidente which, while delicious, was way, way too sweet for an old-fashioned whiskey gargler like me. We ordered a bowl of Guacamole and nachos to munch with our drinks.A pretty face is not enough these days. If Havana Social is going to realise the potential it so obviously has, it’s going to have to raise its game. That’s just the way ultra-competitive Dubai has become these days. There’s a specific venue which comes to mind at the mention of rum based cocktails and Latino music – Trade Vic’s. The Havana Social I visited has a long way to go to achieve that level of ambiance and vibe. But at least they’ve got two things going for them – excellent music and service, and that’s a great start. Good luck!Hey! Amazing Amazing service food ambience and performances.The staff is very friendly, lovely people, all of them.The food is brilliant. Select menu, but awesome taste.We had the manager make us a special drink, cant get the taste out of my mouth.There was a live band and Mexican dancing.

Beautifully designed place, its really sad it has no atmosphere. I understand they cant have live entertainment at the moment, which is no reason to play cheesy royalty free instrumentals all night. The food is ok, churros and burgers are amazing, although they need to dial it down on spicing up everything Cuban food isnt generally spicy. The wine list is poor, but it doesnt really matter as wine doesnt go well with spice anyway. As so many places in Dubai, sterile and lacking authenticity of Cuba. Wouldnt hurt to have someone whos actually been to Cuba visit the place and offer some management advice

I went on a Wednesday, they have package 175/person open cocktails and 3 bites but I went for normal menu. They have too many options for drinks, small selection of food and small portion but it is delicious. Positive vibes, nice music, the dancers are so fun they will try to invite everyone to the dance floor without insisting. Overall it was a good experience, nice place in dubai and the prices are ok and service is not bad.

Incompetent staff. I had called for booking and they suggested to just walkin. Once I was there the hostess said all tables are RESERVED and offered corner table at entrance. It seems it was ladies night and she offered free drinks. Well I went there for ambiance not for free drinks. I left in 15 mins

This is a beautiful, classy venue with great music the decor is exquisite - however they have a very poor cooling system. It becomes uncomfortably hot inside even when its no longer summer. The busier it gets the hotter it gets inside and there is nothing less flattering than being very sweaty.I would recommend they improve this and host Latin dancing classes and social to get everyone dancing.

Its a Cuban style resto pub with a very nice outdoor. The indoors is not as nice.

I visited Havana Social Club with my friend on Thursday July 11. It was ladies night. We ordered last ladies free drink at 10:45 pm. A lady who seemed to be a Manager was quite rude and she said that she wont be able to assist us as they closed promotion already (it was supposed to be until 11 pm). When we went to ask about same free drinks at the bar we were able to get them without any problem. After this experience I didnt feel like staying but as we were lucky to get a table earlier we decided to try one of the rum drinks on their menu (ladies night offers wine only). Same lady (most likely duty / shift / floor manager) who wasnt very excited to serve us before completely changed her attitude once we asked her for something that wasnt for free. The entire experience was quite disappointing, I visited this place specifically for the concept itself and it was anything I expected. At the end of the night we got charged for food and drinks we didnt order. Floor manager tried to solve this issue immediately but she kept her cold attitude and she didnt even look at me when I approached her with this issue. I dont think I will ever come back as there are so many nice restaurants & bars in Dubai with much better customer service.

Probably caught it on a bad night. No atmosphere, drinks were shockingly over priced (£80 for 2 mainline rum and cokes)Nice venue, just a shame they dont seem to be able to get it right.Hostess and waitress were lovely. Music too loud for an intimate venue, not enough atmosphere to be lively.

Experienced this venue for the first time last night and I loved it. The food was awesome and staff were really friendly. My friends and I danced the whole night. Can’t wait to go back next week

Not really a cigar lounge vibe, too bright, the music can barely be heard, not a cozy atmosphere, the staff are friendly but its not a place I would visit again.

Small space which wasnt even full, they said they had just 2 bartenders which mainly being used for people drinking for free (Brits) so they didnt let us in because they could serve us plus a snobby attitude. They recommend us to go to a bar upstairs which was full of 60 years old dudes and a piano.

Very very far from what could be a good concept. Totally wrong with with the music ( if this is a Cuban bar, at least they should play music from South America. Music played is too loud, poor sound quality and doesn’t match the venue. Doesn’t have absolutely soul, food menu is mediocre and mojitos ( which we can consider Cuba national drink) are just average. Stay way.

Good vibe and finger food. Sadly dancing only once a week, but we got things going when we visited and the whole place started dancing, which made it a great evening.

Unprofessional service from manager who ‘forgot’ to mention daily specials and tried to lie by saying the deal did not start until 8pm (the website/Instagram clearly states several times 7pm). He didn’t even apologise and acknowledge his mistakes as he tried to lie. Awful service

We went with my friend, both latinas, because we really wanted to have a good time, we both were a bit homesick and we wanted to feel a bit that RUMBA and Fiesta vibe, first thing I noticed when we got into the place was music non latin, we suggested to play our music on, they switch a bit for a very bad latin selection music, then when we asked our order, they took forever to bring our drinks. It was only drinks! they took like 30 minutes or more ...anyway, then again the horrible DJ playing everything but latin music for hours. Then I suggested to speak with the supervisor, explained him our purpose to be there and chose the bar specifically, if we wanted to listen Afrobeats and English pop music we could chose any other place in Dubai, the guy replied: Well, you lived in Dubai if we played only latin music nobody will come. I told him I wont recommend this place as for latinos then, the guy only replied ...OK! , He was talking with one of his target audience and I was treat like that anyway. This has nothing latino except the decor. Stay away

No smoking area. Close early in weekend. But clean and fabulous.

On a Wednesday night, slow. Go over to the Ceasars Resort to Paru to their outdoor patio on the 7th floor for an awesome view and low to mid-level chatting. But, Wednesday is Ladies Night, so who knows!

Spent my Christmas there, great place and even better service!

Cant believe such a place operates in a 5-star hotel. Clueless staff, inadequate seating, especially considering they have a good number of people on weekend nights. The fairly spacious bar has but 2 bar stools. If you arrive late and cant get a table, youre forced to sit in the reception area on the sofas. The drinks are good but the tacos offered as part of their taco night offer are nothing more than finger bites. One eastern European looking waitress was pointedly being brusque with us, giving us the side eye and even taking away our menu a few times though we asked for it to be kept on the table. Ive seen this attitude from eastern European staff towards brown people and Asians in Dubai before and there was no doubt her manner was racist.

Visited this place with my friends on 8th of august thursday, first and last time.How about you guys teach your employees some common sense and basic english, so they dont have to ask 3 times to repeat the order, or run to the so called “manager” and complain that our table was “rude”. The fact that you simply cant understAnd what a customer is saying , doesnt mean they are rude. In fact we were nothing but nice and understanding, trying to repeat order slowly, or in different words. But manager coming back and asking “not to be rude to my staff”(c)- without asking what actually happened- unacceptably disrespectful.
