My husband and I were invited by a member. Obviously, this kind of club has to has an impeccable service, which they definitely do.We have had a dinner in the Japanese restaurant, which is delicious. Actually it is a mixture of Japanese and Peruvian and it is one of the best Japanese I’ve ever had. Although we have been in Zuma in different cities, we are a devoted customer of one of the best Japanese restaurant in Geneva, however this one stands out. It is simply outstanding! Speechless! Bravo to the CHIEF πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘β™₯️

Was invited by a member. My first time here. Courteous staff, impressed with their member profiling abilities. The Fig old Fashion was outstanding. Had some coffee too, good one. Overall good few hours well spent. I like the strict dress code & strict rules, quite egalitarian.

It’s a beautifully designed and luxuriously fitted out place. I had dinner in the Japanese restaurant and it was good and excellent service as well. I’m not a member I was a guest. I couldn’t help myself and took a photo of the food. Photography is not allowed in the club. I assumed they meant photographing other people. UPDATE 1 June, 2021 - I just tried The Brasserie and it was excellent. Everything was really good as was the service and setting.

What can I say? I have visited the Arts Club in London and yesterday got the opportunity to visit Arts Club Dubai. What a wonderful experience right from reception to dining. The staff are truly amazing, courteous, welcoming and professional. I believe it was Daniel who served our table (Japanese restaurant), thank you for looking after us.Being a vegetarian, at times I am very pessimistic about the food offering and yesterday it was no different. However, Arts Club, you blew me out of the water with the vegetarian choices you have on your menu. The Eggplant Taco (wow), the Cauliflower in a lively Dynamite type sauce (to die for), the Curry filled Paos (I would kill for) etc..Nothing more to add on the Japanese restaurant, truly a fantastic experience and a delight for my tastebuds.Obviously, my next visit (hopefully very soon) will be to dine at their Italian restaurant. A very dear & long time friend, Chef Maurizzio looks after the kitchen there. With his expertise, you know the food will be delightful and on point. In ending, if you are lucky to either be a member of Arts Club or be invited by a member, like my wife & I were, do not hesitate for one second. A great experience, made possible by hospitality professionals, awaits you.Thank you Team Arts Club Dubai..

PLEASE DON’T JOIN ITS A SCAM CLUBI would not recommend anyone in Dubai to visit this place, you will find the least professional and rude staff and managment ever. They will charge you membership money and will never allow you to sit in a table because it’s reserved by VIPs & people who don’t even have membership ! They’re using the London name as a cheat, if you’ve visited the London club this is no where close to it.We had corporate guests from the UK and took them to the club to impress them, even though we had a reservation we ended up waiting 30 mins while our table was ready because the waiter forgot to seat us, when complaining to management we never received a response from them, clearly they don’t care since they already have your money. It’s funny how they’re so strict about dress-code to be formal; yet they offer service worse than a Starbucks .. this management clearly doesn’t know what is customer service and run by a bunch of amateurs..

I visited the club today, as I was interested in becoming a member. The receptionist called out a lady, who diligently told me that the club has three restaurants and will soon open a terrace and a night club. When asked about meeting rooms and networking she answered shortly and bluntly (no, the Arts Club doesn’t promote networking among its members: it’s up to them to get to know each other). With a hint of disdain she answered my request saying that no, it wasn’t possible to visit the club; but I could fill out a form and submit my candidacy, they would’ve let me know.I have rarely felt so unwelcome, let alone in a newly open club - though the lady I talked to made it abundantly clear that the club has been existing in London since 1863, which apparently give her the right to talk down on anyone who dares venturing unaccompanied by existing members. The main reason to join a club is to feel part of a community. If the first experience I had is a glimpse of what awaits later, I gladly pass the opportunity to become a member.

The place one of its kind. I was privileged to visit for some business purposes. The Arts Club Dubai restricts taking pictures, yet you have to trust me - it is stunning. Comparing to The Arts Club London - the Dubai version is a way bigger, offering 3 levels of restaurants and bars, with plenty of very cozy corners for business meetings, some free time forYourself and lovely views from terraces to the Street of Future - Mustaqbal Street, at the footprint of ICD Brookfields Place. In addition to the colorful and vibrant interiors the ambience is created by lovely tunes in style of Les Baxter Exotic Vibes and lounge jazz.Once the club will be fully operational it shall be delighting to have some time spend, especially on the 3rd floor, which tends to be less crowded day times. The 1st floor, with library and lounge, private dining room with hand-painted murals - the club members and their guests are going to enjoy it, I am sure. With COVID to be over soon or later there should be private cultural events, art-centered gatherings and so on.

I never posted a review before, but this place is so bad I had to make a post.I’m not a member but was a guest of a member and was shocked by how rubbish is the service and how rude is everyone. The waiters seem lost, one of them bumped onto me and didn’t apologise(rude), bartender is clueless and doesn’t even know his menu, food is ok, but I’d rather go to Zuma or LPM.Can you believe there are so many empty rooms and not a place to serve good coffee. They also don’t adhere to social distancing guidelines, tables are full of dust and never wiped with sanitizer before you sit. I can’t believe people are willing to pay a fee to sit in this place , never coming back again, I don’t think they will survive for more than a year .

Decor is average. In 6 months they will have to open this on corporate deals to DIFC β€˜off peak’ for non members cos nobody will be walking through lol. Rubbish, overrated and looking forward to what they pull out of the bag for L.A. - they won’t be anything near as good as Soho House. That’s for sure
