I have a very bad experience in this bank. I deposited money for emergency purpose and it’s stuck inside the machine and no one is there helping. If there is negative star I will make it for this bank. Worst customer service.

I read a lot of bad reviews from this bank. CBD and I thought oh NO, I would never have anything to do here but unfortunately I received a wire transfer through my Bosss account from this bank and the communication from start to finish is shady and unprofessional. There is this customer service line that can ring for 1 hour, and Im serious, one whole hour before someone would pick up the phone only to tell you that, you have to visit the branch. Upon getting to the branch, the customer service or workers in the bank would ask you to call the customer service line. I mean wtf😭They returned my funds from the account without my permission after they have asked me to bring documents proofing source of funds cos the sended ommited just a prefix.Just be careful with this bank. I only hope it is only this branch but if it is the entire CBD brand, then it is sad.

Personally I had a super bad customer service experience and the worst digital banking experience since I have digital banking. I opened an account with CBD, transferred my salary and after that I started to get negative surprises . I tried to make an international transfer twice and they have failed to make it (their fault) still they have charged me in fees for their own fault. Since when customers pays fees for a failed transaction? And how fair is this? I tried to get in touch many times however, it was almost impossible to get some help. Always busy and it always takes 5 business days or even more. As soon as possible I will close my account with them and never again I’ll work with CBD.

It was a huge mistake to deal with Commercial bank of Dubai.Not only I lost money that I paid as a mortgage pre-approval fee, but also the banks representative cooperated with my real estate agent to push me to sign MOU. Be careful when dealing with this bank.

The worst personal I ever saw in my life

Non-transparent and unfair way of doing business. When you do a transaction on credit card, amount reflected is lower and when you see statement, they debit extra charges which are not shown while doing transaction. They sold the card as free for life and suddenly they converted into a Smile card and charged annual fees of 367 AED.

They charged us AED 525 for a returned check of amount AED 1900 and AED 250 for not maintaining balance and all of this during the peak of the pandemic when everything was locked down and couldnt operate properly. Couldnt even drive to the bank to deposit money. And they put an article in the newspaper that they are helping out customers. All lies and theyre outright stealing.

First bank in UAE who will charge you 50 Dirhams on widhdarawal.I withdraw from many banks.No one charging 50 AED, Except Commercial BANK or Dubai.Charged me twice. If you send money even western union in other conrner of world will charge you 25 AED maximum. In same country deducting 50 aed.Will not rich on such act.Will lost trust and customers.So will never recommend it again.

I went their to pay one utility bill that has its account at CBD. This locale was very accessible (clear map location on Google Maps and right), with parking in front. Their ATM made it very easy, 1 2 3 thing and out once my turn was up in the queue. That’s how life should be.

Very RUDE and unprofessional customer service!Visited Al Qouz branch and my experience wasn’t the best. Customer service staff was very impolite and gave me wrong information, you need to train them how to work with people. I waited long time for nothing. Thinking to close my account and leave your bank!

Total scam! They allow internet scammers to have accounts in their bank and they do not do anything about it! Stay away from this bank!

Worst service, avoid if you can. The rules are stupid and the staff are like machines no help at all. With power of attorney you can withdraw money but cant open a locker! The bank thinks opening a locker is more important than withdrawing money!! isnt this stupid? You judge!

Horrible service.. from security to customer service.. someone please change their security (26-11-2018, 1 pm )... there was no one in the desk and they put me on wait for 30 minutes and when i ask why there is no one in customer service desk , this security shouted on me ...not at all recommendable

Worst service Ive ever seen in banking sectors. It is not customer friendly and the transaction summary also worst. Please avoid using this banking services for transferring money as well.

The staff are very slow you need to wait for around one hour or so it’s usually very crowded and you have to sit and wait for a long time plus they might ask you for a variety of documents that you might not even have along with you.I have been there twice and I had the same experience every time I go there
