Everything was good. Rajin was very helpful. One suggestion though of dropping off the car. Charge if you wish to but have an option of dropping off the car too.

When my car insurance provider handed me over to Aarya Auto Repairs, it was probably the best thing that had happened to me.When I got into a minor accident (my rear was rammed and the damage was very visible), I surrendered my car to Aarya and they checked the severity of the damage and the status of the car.The representative and receptionist gave me the step-by-step process of what was going to happen with my car and the amount of time itll take for the repair (which was roughly 4 days).On the day of collecting my beloved car, it looked as if nothing happened to him (yes, my car is a guy).My only knit-pick is they forgot to attach the 1.8 VTEC metallic on the trunk and just left the pieces inside my cup holder (like I wasnt going to notice it).Luckily, a few weeks later, the receptionist asked me if I was satisfied with their services and I told her about the little incident (which was really no biggie). She wanted to file this as a complaint, but with the professionalism of the team, this little thing didnt need to go big. I told her it was fine and that I had only noticed AFTER I had gotten home.Overall, Aarya Auto Repairs isnt a aggressive with getting your business and they give you time to settle yourself with them (which they did with me).I strongly endorse them to anyone looking for very trustworthy and efficient repairs on your car.

Very bad Serivce will not come again.They have painted the car without checking it, then after that I have to bring it again to fix it another time.Also it happens that I lost the AC turn-off key and have noticed that only after I got the car, I called them after 1 hour but they said it is my mistake that I didn’t notice it earlier and I would check it while i took the car.

They have repair my car after small accident. All was done in time and very good. That was the first repair for me and I was looking for proffectional service, here I was fully satisfy with all what has been done. I came to this garage after the small accident for fixing the front bumper under the insurance. After I dropped the car on 29th May, the person in charge said he will registered it within few hours, but he only did it after 2 days on May 31st. He also said the car will be ready in 2 weeks. He never called me or updated me. I had to run behind all the time and he wasnt even answering his phone most of the time. Finally he said car is ready but when I came to pick it up today on June 26th one part is missing and he said I need to be back next week. Car is so dirty inside, no cleaning is done. And the guy sat inside to bring it out of the gate,.his hands were wet and his sweat was dripping everywhere, its disgusting. Terrible service.

Without any exaggeration AARYA is really professional and committed to a quality service. I happen to take the services of this garage twice in result of two different car accidents and the service they provided is fabulous. They were kind enough to do some extra minor repairs without any additional cost which is really impressive.And lastly the guy worth mentioning is Vishnu who took great care of all the work done and ensured the timely delivery of the fixed vehicle. One of the worst garage Ive ever had dealt with, my car was almost parked 2 months just for a headlamp, bonnet and Right fender! Laziest staff and full of lies, I had the adviser Mr.vijaesh who upon I called many times about my vehicle update and he told me many stories upon arrival nothing was done, very un professional staff. They even blame me for my vehicle where the rest spoiler was broken and when asked pics from the first day when they made the job cars they had non and asked to show me proof from their CCTV camera they came with excuse that they have only 1 month record ( stating they took more than a month working on my car ) and finally their manager Mr.Bilolith finished the matter and was very straight forward to the the task.But funny part is when they bought and install me a new spoiler, they did one of the worst wiring job on it which made my car leave me stranded in middle of Emirates road ( The third brake triggered the ABS TO shut down and it short circuit one of triggering brake switch found in a new model Toyota landcruisers near brake pedal ) I called them and I again thought about their disgusting job and didnt even bothered taking my car to them anymore !Who ever wishes to get their car done by this garage, PLEASE DONT you will save yourself a headache.

Had my car repaired for two accidents. The garage was packed and busy but that didnt cause any delay or discomfort in any way. Everyone is super friendly and willing to help. They delivered the service in promised time line with satisfactory quality. Highly recommended!

For repairing of car parts, they took more than 4 weeks, In spite of so long time, when I reached to take my car, still there were issues. Garage workers are not professional, they just try to loot the customers, thats it. Their own mistakes during repairing, garage agents will try to put on customers. After this repairing in Arya Garage, I can see more issues in my car, just wastage of time and money.Going to Arya Garage is a headache.

I have been to couple of garage in past and meet supervisor who manages to fix my car. Most of them are so occupied and under work pressure that they sometime not able to communicate properly and correctly. I have never given any feedback to any of the garage I visited. But then I meet Jasil at Aaraya auto garage. As usual he was also occupied and looks pressured but then one thing which made my write this Feedback is his timely communications and his smile which was part of his communication in the entire process of taking and handing back my car. This is something I liked about Jasil. People like him make any work place stand out in the Crowd. Good luck !!

I visited the garage twice to Reapir the car .. first time mr Siby assisted me .. next Vishnu assisted me .. both were really helpful and gives clear information .. the second time I went to pick my car after 6 . By the time the garage was closed .. however Vishnu waited for me .. I had some other issue to fix as well .. when I told this to him with out any hesitation he called one of his guys and completed the work even though it was after the close of garage .. I was really happy about his help and wanted to give him some tip .. but he politely rejected the same and said thanks .. the guys are good .. have sincerity in their work .. I recommend this place
