Finalized on Al Saeedi Pro after going through a lot of research. Some of my colleagues recommended them.Their staff is friendly, courteous and knowledgeable.I want to mention Athul who arranged for a different set of tires on my request at the last moment and helped me get a really good price.I will surly recommend this place and Athul to anyone who is in market to replace tyres.

Bought new Bridgestone for my X5.But there is an tyre blooming issue, Guess that they were stored outside without proper packing.But appreciate Mr.Shafeek who tried to care of it regardless an issue.He was very impressed that he really wanted to solve this issue for me.I will definitely visit him again for my other 2 more cars.After sales is very important for me and he proved it.

Business has been around for 31 years, They are experts at their business - They are dealers of the Nexgen tire company from KoreaFast service, Friendly staff and great pricesI visited them yesterday for a tire chance on my wifes edge and they were really quick on the installation. Unfortunately after driving the car back we noticed a slight wobbling. They called us back immediately took out all the tires re balanced them and road tested the car till we were satisfied.Top points for customer obsession and serviceThe only area that i would want them to work on is providing a cooler work environment for their staff- Yesterday it was about 44 deg. C and i stood with the team with the fan blasting hot air as they replaced the tires the heat was so intense i couldnt imagine doing that for more than 8 hours 6 days a week. - Maybe invest in a few misters or coolers

Pathetic service. First I called them to ask if they have a 265/65R17 tyre of Goodyear available. They said yes but only for 2016 model not 2017 model. He gave me a price, I said fine. Told him Ill be coming on Saturday for installation. I go on Saturday and he tells me Oh its not in our shop Ill have to order it from Warehouse. Please come next day. I tell him Ill come next Saturday cause I cannot come on weekdays. He says OK, Ill keep it ready and will also arrange 2017 model by then. I say perfect. Next Saturday, he says its in warehouse and that the stock they brought was sold to someone else. I am fuming. He tells me its OK say, Ill arrange our Van to come to your home/office to deliver. This morning he texts, sorry sir its out of stock and we only have XX brand. I mean this is what they call customer service. ????

Went in to change my car’s Tyres and they noticed my brakes were totally worn out and were very kind to explain to me, they provided me with a very good service, gave me a reasonable price and were kind enough to even take me to a near by gas station so I could wait in there in a cafe while they finish the service in my car and didn’t have to stay in the garage waiting.Definitely recommend this place and be back for other services if my car requieres it.Thank you very much!!

A good place to get Nexen tyres, but the labour need to learn how to communicate with clients ( in English or Arabic) and advise them or notify once they notice any issue.I had one of the log nuts damaged (edge of hex) and despite of 3 consecutive tires rotation (every 10.000 km.) the labours didnt bother to tell me about it; imagine youre driving to work or long distance with the family then you have that tire punctured!!! No-way I could ever replace the tire since it requires special tool to remove the damaged lug nut.Bottom line is, labours in this type of work should be trained well before handling the work officially.

Worst service I have gone through this company in Rashidiya as their after service is all lies and bad staff who do not know what is going on as when I was called by them for tyre rotation I was waiting for my turn and when one bay was free and I was asked by the person to park on this bay for rotation a guy by the name of Shafique or so took my car and parked another car on the bay to do the job and when I objected he said he was there first and I had not seen the car or the person when I had come and parked my car inside the shed and the person inside whom I told about the rotation was silent as this guy must have been his manager and I had gone there even though I am from Abudhabi and my relatives do all their car jobs in this shop and when I mentioned this also they say so what. This is the service which they give and they cater to people whom they want first. I just tool out my car and left from there vowing not to visit them again and I wish all the people who have done their job there to rethink.
