Made a contract for 3 years and paid as single payment. Later took for 2nd service, after the service I was not communicated for service completion. Later after I called, I was advised to pick from security. When I took the car, I found there was a noise, but as all person left no one was there to support. I agent told to bring later. After few days took the vehicle back, still I was hearing the sound. One of the technicians checked and found all okay. Later I asked for AC check then they took the vehicle for AC service putting additional cost apart from the contract. Later after the car entered the garage, I was told condenser leakage. Later being asked by advisor, if I had requested for AC service during my earlier service. If I was advised proactively, I think this could have avoided. As I was not advised for my AC service at correct time, I did not repair my breakdown at the authorized service center. Within few days my battery stopped working, this also as a company service center could have identified proactively as the KM of service is decided by them. If the company service centers are going to do only reactive just like a normal garage, then spending money in contract or putting in company service has no value. Unable to understand how Mitsibushi is managing the quality of their authorized service center.

Service - GoodService Centre ambience- OK, they are having same old look. They should renovate.Customer Waiting Area - Its only few seats in front of Service advisors. Not sure if they have specific waiting area for long wait customers. A coffee machine should he put up.Service Advisor- Fast, speak to the point. Issues are taken care of till 90%.Vehicle Cleaning - this team really need to be re trained. I personally found that the cleaning is not done to clean the car but just to do it as a task. You can still see the dusty area inside cabin after the wash

The service is very bad I called before visiting the place I was told service is 1,300 and called again after a couple of days I was told servicing is 1,100. When I visited the place after a week to leave the car the charge jumped to 2,300 I was shocked but anyway I had to get the car serviced. I realised they had discount for Esaad card and the lady who assisted me said its not in her system unfortunately. After long discussion boom the discount was found. I left the car after 3days which was a Thursday I got a call they can release my car because they have found leakage which they needed to rectify. So I had to wait till Saturday. I called the lady who said the car will be ready but forgot to charge me coolant on the charge she advised me. I had problem with a buckle which I needed replaced they said they dont have parts, my fuel tank was not closing properly but again no parts. The car needed to be checked some sound which was coming only to be told on the collection date they have not fixed that instead they are checking with the warranty team and they will get back to me. Generally the service and workmanship is bad compared to the charges.

Very slow service at the reception.You never attended on time after arrival, so be ready to wait.If you booked the service but dont know your reference number, theyll send you to walk-in queue, so you waste even more time.No seats for customers at the reception countersNo specialists available in the garage. I have an electrical problem (reverse camera) with my car since it was purchased, now it is 30k service, so it is the third visit for periodical service. They never have an electrician to sort that out.Update about the cameraLater that day I got a call from service centre employee, who has informed me that my camera doesnt work because of the bluetooth, and proposed to chose either or. To mention, both devices were installed by Mitsubishi.As usual, I was proposed to leave the car for longer period. I refused the proposal as needed the car.Upon collecting Ive noticed Engine Check error on my dash. The car was taken back into the workshop and returned after few minutes without the error, however, I wasnt told what caused it.On the way back home Ive realised that my screen isnt dimmed while the headlights were on. Same time, no backlit of the buttons around the screen..To conclude, this service centre is completely unprofessional and careless.How could I know that no mechanical issues with the car after their intervention. Who would I blame if for example my wheels detach on a speedy highway. And would I be still alive to complain?

Habtoor Garhooud Service Station do not deserve even one star. There front desk staff is very arrogant and they were impolite with the costumer speciallly with me. They operate like govt employees especially some of them.Habtoor, do no have proper facilities for car servicing they charge premium fee that to for poor quality of service.They took 2 day to do very simple and basic service of my Galant.I asked them to do the several things but they didnt pay attention following and they didnt pay any attention to my request.I asked them to wash the car properly and they informed that they do not have proper car washing facility to wash it from downside.I asked them to fix the sticker of my car on the boot and they didnt do that.I asked them to check the power window problem and after two days they informed that they didnt check this as the technician is not available, which was surprising to me.There were several requests like these which they didnt pay any attention to.I hope that Habtoor Management will look in this and will take action accordingly.

I had a horrible experience claiming warranty. Warranty is limited to papers as they will find excuses to not pay you. Ive been buying service contract for no use. I also have got Nissan and Jeep where i get excellent service. Guys, do not get caught to their marketing gimmicks for extended warranty, free service etc. reality, you get cheated.

Very Very BAD Services, Bad staffs , Bad call center. Bad coustomer Services . If you know someone working there he will help you and he will advise to do that one and dont do that one ( I saw and I heard). But if you dont know someone working there they will tell you to you car need tooooo much things . My advise dont do anything or Services there . The oil at adnoc cost 135 DR. There 300+ whyyyyyy? Staff always on their computers. Wondering what they are searching. They don’t care if you are there. They will never ask you why you are there. They are all wearing long faces, no smile no greetings. They will not even ask you if your car has issues. Give you paper then ask you to come back. Serious training on customer service needed! After warranty of my car expires, I will go to outside garage, will never pay this place!

I have received the MOST AWFUL EXPERIENCE for the last 20 years in Dubai. I brought brand new car for 1000 km service ( driving literally 7 days only) and what i received back:1. The car was scratched( the paint was fully removed)2. They washed the car and after the washing my car was more duty and it was full of dirty splashes on my side3. All leather sits were full of white finger prints and im assuming that nothing was covered before starting service4. The wood panel inside the car is full of scratches, that means the fabric which they were using was full of sand or whateverWhen i asked the team how its possible to bring the new car and to get in this condition, the answer was its ok madam, no problem. We will do touch paint where is the scratch!!!!!!!!!!!!! 7 days using the car and to get it in such condition!!!! I couldnt believe it.I spent more then one hour sitting there and waiting the car and this is the result!And now again i need to go to Service to do touch paint, but polish i cant do as they have workshop only in Sharjah!!!!!!

Poor service!My Story : Break was noisy, complained 4 times during different service periods, nothing done!I had service contract, but during this period nothing done to fix the noise, they advised that with renewal of service contract (AED 4500) they will change the break pad and will polish the break disk, but even after service contract renewal, after 80K service no change.They advised that the break disk needs to be replaced and that will cost AED1000, but I refused to do that.I then took my car to a local work shop who had laser polishing machine, they did the work & fixed all issue just for AED200.Al Habtoor : Please, improve your service & do some maintenance of your reception area, horrible customer experience!!

Everytime i put car in for service its there by 0800, but yet its not ready till after 1700 and usual after 1900. No one answers the phone, car is never washed /cleaned when picking up (for the 5th time in a row). If you had a choice you wouldnt use them but what choice to we actually have when they are the exclusive dealer. In need of some desperate assistance in improving customer service, scheduling and improving the basic customer experience.

BEWARE!!! One of the worst service centers. I bought Lancer from Al Habtoor Motors, after 40KM dashboard started to noise, many complains launched at the time of service but all in vain they did not rectify the problem. They are playing with me like football sending me one branch to another. Other branch is not accepting and telling me to go back. They are only making money by telling lies. I am repenting my decision to buy car from Al Habtoor Motors.

They have replaced my air bag and not washed or vacuumed inside the car; even they kept the window open during mild wind all over emirate. I dropped my car for a body work on the 22nd of June 2017, after nearly 1 month without a car on the 19th of July i went to pick up the car but the work was terrible, very very bad job...Indeed the paint was nit the same in the rear and in the front, my car is new and with this terrible work i will never be able to sell my car as the car looks so dammaged.I am very dispapointed on Habtoor service and Mitisubisho repair service.I sent back my car to be properly repaired and i am without a car since the 22nd of June.Now we are the 23rd of July and i still don t have my car back.Sharne on you really, very very bad service.

I cant give this one star also. if you call them they will not connet you to the right person. finally they stop answering ur calls. even if it is a case of accident insurance. their service is pathetic. Routine maintenece is not being up to mark especially the first 10000kms. They just wash the car n even it doent look that its washed. you have to tell them again and again do this do that. I doubt wheather they change the fluids and filters when they 9are due. they just tell u we did everything. Im been trying from many days to get assistance for an insurance claim and repair. but staff dont seem to have any knowledge of it. they transfer calls n no one is there to answer. sometime they give u address n numbers of sharjah or jabel ali and tell u to go there. it is disgusting.

Had my cars 2nd service done at the garhoud service centre and they have repeated the same things once again. Returned the car without cleaning.When i complained to the person on the service desk he claimed that washing is complentary and since it is very busy on saturday it has not been done.How insensitive of mitsubishi, if you cant serve your customer than dont give appointments for service.I would never recommend mitsubishi as a brand to anyone merely because of the poor service and no customer regard
