Amazing building on great location. Very easy accessibility.Great facilities and service. Exceptional finishings and interiors compared to other buildings in the area.

Lived there for 1 year in the penthouse, completely secured and perfectly made gym, pool and many more services at the top floor to get a beautiful view of Dubai.

Same like The Spirit. The building is nice from the outside however the rooms are not that nice as shown in the pictures. Home appliances are low quality and furniture is damaged. The agent I worked with was very unprofessional l. I told him to book it for me and I will pay tomorrow, once I came in the next day, it was given to someone else who paid a deposit at night.

The bridge is a development by the first group. Its a mixed use, part office part apartments which are rented out by a management company.

Love the apartments. Great vistas .
