Very weird customer service as no one is answering call on Landline number of Bur Dubai staff. I have called more than 25 times since last week. Then I have to visit office and asked the staff and informed the same but he told me we are not answering any call as shortage of staff. Even they are not replying on email on time, its taking too long. Kindly request to the management to improve the service at Bur Dubai branch. Very disappointing, wasting of too much time.....to contact your stafffff..................................................I was trying to contact them as they have made mistake for Passenger Name.......

Dedicated staff. Neat and clean office. Helping mentality. According to me they help me a lot on Ticket problem. I appreciate them. Answering to our questions in simple and humble manner. No rudeness and roughness. If they can do they will. Great team. Take Burjuman Metro exit one and can see a mosque. You can see the office on opposite side of mosque.

Sorry to post a negative comment, but am forced to. My refund amount is pending since 08.06.21 & inspite of several requests I only receive emails stating refund is pending due to technical glitch. Moreover no one responds on the Dubai landline no & poor customer service at the Burjuman desk.

The landfone number is given for a namesake....never attended....i tried days and nobody attended.Small advise: Please if you dont have intention to attend the calls mention PLEASE VISIT OFFICE FOR DETAILS and dont mention a landline number.

My experience is good with the spicejet burjuman center branch. I have visited 3times till now regarding my ticket cancellation amid this covid19 situation and my query was taken promptly and explained to me to the point.Im happy as I got the refund within 5working days.All credit goes to the muslim lady(I forgot her name, sorry maam) who undertood my problem and assist me in a very professional manner.Keep up the good work.

One one counter staff present during all my 3 visits. Very unfortunate that spice Jet was taking bookings and blocking customer funds when flights to india are not operational since months. Yet to get my refund.. will avoid flying with this airlines again.

Does Spicejet provide Web-Check in for International flight to India? On their web site its clearly mentioned the Web-Check in is available only for domestic flights. Its a matter of concern for me as I have a flight on 19th March to India with Spicejet. Should I go for canceling the flight ticket and book with other carrier?

Trying to call spicejet office from last 4 days but they were not picking the call. So i personally visited the dubai office they have only 2 representatives assisting customers and a long queue waiting. I tried to call them sitting inside their office and simply see that representative has kept the telephone on silent. This is how spicejet provide service to their customers very bad experience no customer support.

Never book your flight on SpiceJet they are like a bus operator. They will change your travel dates without informing you. There is no answer on calls just answering machine(DXB). If you call India call center the stupid machine talks which cannot understand you. Beware!!!

I am trying to reach them since two days, never answer the calls..My flight departure changed from dubai to ras al khaimah, because of this reason I need clarify the shuttle service timing . But this idiots never pick up the phone. I was trying to reach them 1000 times, no response.Totally unprofessional.....Dont choose this rubbish airline..Not even deserved for 1 star...

Another addition of pathetic service. First they changed arrival port to RAK at last moment from Dxb. Poor arrangement of travel to Dubai and waste of time. Now covid report. Covid report not received even after 60 hours and now struggling to get info. Spicejet office never attended any call though number given. Please avoid this flight.

I also booked my ticket for 3 person during eid, aed4200.they cancelled flight from their side due to covid and there is no refund.and they will not let you to use the money for some other person.and they are charging some convenient fee ,also from us ,for their mistakes .they are stealing our money without any reason. We are all suffering due to corona.i took 6 months to pay the emi of the ticket.

The most heartless and soulless bunch of people who purely thrive on greed.I lost AED 1500 (30 thousand rupees) on cancellation of flights during what the WHO is now calling a Pandemic.My request for refund was met with nothing but “Sorry but we have to follow terms of carriage.”Never flying with you ever again. I havent seen such a poor customer service. They treat you like a third class especially in Dubai to India sector. They often want your hand baggage to put in the luggage compartment at the gate. But when u ask for a confirmation that your valuables wont be lost they keep silent. Last time flying with them.

FlySpiceJet My flight PNR-G7YEGFRound TripBoarding from DXB-ATQ (Dated 22 Dec 2019) and ATQ-DXB (Dated 31st Dec 2019)On 22 Dec, the flight was 3 hours late, we all passengers co-operated with the flight, and didnt say anything to the flight staff. Its okay.But when I was traveling from Amritsar(ATQ) - Dubai(DXB). I was just 10 minutes late to reach to the check-in counter, and there was 10 more passengers having late because of the Fog-winter season. And then the Check-In staff and Manager didnt allow us to enter the flight and there was approx 1 hour pending to fly, We feel sorry and conversation with the manager(Named Ajay), but no one listening to us there. I called 2 times to customer support the same time to file the complaint, but I didnt do that and they are saying we dont have a link with the Airport staff, how can it be possible that customer support doesnt have any relation to Airport.I missed the flight because of just 10 minutes late, but what about the 3 hours flight late on 22 Dec 2019, SpiceJet staff just feel sorry to all passengers, some passengers also lost their personal meetings, this thing is not good,We co-operate with you on 22 Dec, you should also co-operate and help the customers in this case, And Amritsar SpiceJet half-staff has no sense to deal/talk with the customer.This was not a good deal with SpiceJet.. thank you

Dubai - Kochi flight is delayed every single day. My family took the flight on 2 different dates, first time delayed by 1 hour and second time by 2 hours.Staff in Dubai office were unaware of the reason for delay.If you are travelling with young ones, older passengers AVOID this flight in this sector.I found their service in domestic flights good.

Instead of giving back to my account, they are keeping with their Credit Shell account, and they are telling that amount may be used by me within end of 2021 . I requested refund , but they are refusing. This is totally unacceptable and amounts to fraudulent and cheating activities. Government must initiate action against this airline

Worst airline. I will never fly again with this airline. 4x delay on the flight and giving alot of reason. Male to kochin , kochin to dubai flight was very terible experience. If you miss ypur flght because of their delay it will be at your own cost. They doest care for what they did. Poor services. Think for what you will save and what you will lost. We lost alot we pay for our accomodation and day in our work even helping you to find hotel to stay because they move your flight to the next day.

Ill mannered staff in bur dubai office. You should conduct trainings on how to talk to customers. Sayeda - the customer service representative has no telephone etiquette at all. Expect your call to be hung up with a thud without a good bye / thank you. Extremely poor service.

Bad customer service in aircraft from Mumbai to Dubai!!! I had cold & was feeling feverish so I asked for blanket;..blanket was not available, which is available in all the air carriers except spicejet.Menu announced was biryani, but except biryani lot of other stuff was present..Poor staff quality...need to get trained for customer service to become good air carrier.
