Fabulous Hotel! Great rooms, gorgeous pools and clean beach. Big thumbs up to the entire staff, and especially Mary Love at the restaurant! She’s very friendly, attentive - we were a party of 8 at two tables and everything was well taken care of - and very helpful! Thank you so much and kudos to the great team and management at the hotel!!

They check all the quirks you want... Easy check-in.. complimentary wine.. first time you walk in and the room smells great... Even better service..Claudia was great at the desk.. pool variety and size is excellent caters to family and adults..Only main caveat was it was weird that the halfboard dinner didnt include even water but having the option to dine in was good... All in all 4.5 ..

Beautiful Saturday Morning at Park Hyatt. Their service, facilities, vibes all just perfect. Best hideaway from kids headaches and noises. They have multiple pool one for adults only and the second one for family. For romantic getaway i wld recommend this hotel Alfffffff.

Came to the pool for the day with a booking for the first time.On arriving the security stopped and checked - no issueSaid go to the hotel lobby and his colleagues will help.Stopped car by the valet as there was no directions to self park - children were out of car seats getting out of carValet asked if we were checking in - said no beach so said drive straight ahead park and go in the lift to the lobby.All the while cars behind getting annoyed we weren’t moving fast enough (I needed to strap the children back into their seatbelts.Car park was not very well signposted today see where the lift entrance was - wanted to park as near as possible as crossing roads with children isn’t the safest.On arriving at the pool we found a couple of sun loungers and went in the pool. Pools are really nice.An hour and a half after arriving I noticed a family arrive and be greeted within 5minutes and a bucket with ice and water bottles for all the family were brought - we hadn’t received anything. I then asked and someone said yes we do give. Luckily my children had their water bottles with squash to drink in that time.Disappointed with the service of a place people speak so highly of.Will I return - no

I would give the hotel 5 stars except that the dinner options are very limited especially on Saturdays, 3 out of the 4 restaurants are closed for dinner and the only option is a Japanese Mexican fusion. What a miss for such a great hotel. Now we have to go to rixos for dinner.

The management and staff lack experience and the guest courtesy 👎When I arrive, I have to wait in front of reception to check-in for 40 minutes, reasons were some guests have issues, and if you are behind them, you are doomed 😅 cause you will wait for them forever where another guest comes and check-in in the next reception.By the way, the reception staff will favourite some guests over others as four guests come before the line,the management should have experience dealing with such situations and make sure check-in is smooth, and if some guests have issues, they should take them aside to avoid another guest waiting for 40 minutes 🙄Moreover, its rude to attend some guest and ignore other while they are waiting before them.In the room, which is the deluxe suiteIt doesnt feel 5-star hotel.Cooler not working. They brought another one when I told them.We want to order food, but there is no food menu; they told me its available on the TV 😀But TV menus never loaded as its prolonged with many times to restart the TV 😒, after so many attempts, a lovely room service lady shared the menu through WhatsAppI have noticed the food price significantly over; Caesar salad will cost 140 AED🤔, yoghurt 40 AED,When I went with my kids for breakfast, staff tell us the main breakfast buffet is full no place, and we have to go to another buffet breakfast location; the other buffet was a smaller buffet like a quarter of the main one, I couldnt find an Arabic cousin, so we went back to our room and order breakfast.The pool is closed by 7 pm, so you check in by three delays an hour to get your room by four and the pool close by 7 pm 🙁My kids were sadPark Hyatt Abu Dhabi hotel was a dissatisfaction

It has everything, the cool infinity pool, like the one in the Saadyiat Beach Club, but even bigger, it also has a shallow, shaded kids pool, plus two other pools and last, but not least, access to the best beach in town, the Saadyiat beach.

Great hotel in Abu Dhabi it is located in Saidyat island which is near Abu Dhabi louvre museum a with ten minutes to yas island . It is also about 15 minutes to Abu Dhabi city center . The hotel has great sandy beach. There also have many pools which really nice to relax and enjoy your day. They also have wonderful spa. The food I try the new renowned Resturent down stres it is a fusion between Mexican and Japanies food . Everything we try is so tasty and really nice . I highly recommend the hotel and make sure you take half board it would be cheaper. We try the private villa with private pool which really nice.

I wish I could give zero stars . On my way to the hotel I was just saying to my partner this is one of my favourite places . I pay 300 AED for Beach Pass, its been 2 hours with no towels, dirty beach seats that you cannot use .. zero interest from staff . About 20 people on the beach as king for towels and no one is doing a thing about it .Really sad that the service level has gone down to this level . Disgusting

The facilities are gorgeous but the service is horrible. I stayed here in a beach-view villa and the check-in was an hour late. Many of the staff are unfriendly, with just a few who were nice and helpful. If you request a club-car to go the lobby it will take one hour to arrive at least. Disappointing experience.

We were very plesently surprised how nice is this hotel. Has a beautiful outdoor pool for chilling as a couple or as a family with kids as its not very deep.Staff everywhere was super nice and charismatic. With the special thanks to Sid for treating us as VIPs.We are really recommending Beach House restaurant with intimate atmosphere. Thank you to the management and team ,we had a lovely stay.

I really loved the Beach house. Great cocktails, the view is incredible and hearing the ocean while eating some good food, is something to experience in the UAE. The food portions are big, so be sure to pace yourself. Service was very good. Will go and stay in the hotel to experience the rest of the offerings soon.

A bit old but overall good experice to stay here. Beach side is good staff is very cooperative. No smart LCDs in rooms using old technology. Food is fine. Rooms space and bathroom is good.

This hotel’s guest policy is a scam. i have a one night free discount through a partner bank but the hotel told me i cant use it for via booking.com. i had to use it only through phone booking with hotel, which i did, but the hotel gave me such a high price per night, compared to booking.com, that the discount immediatley lost its sense. delibertley applying a overly day rate in order to wash away any benefits of using the discount. its a big shame such a serious organisation is treating their guests this way. and the person on the phone did not show any sympathy or willingness to help. leave it or take it approach, spoiled employees, crooked policies, wasted time.

Not accountable for hotels poor management of occupancy vs checkin.He said he would check the cameras instead of creating a solution to the unfairness of the operations. No manners.

UPDATE: After a few days, today I have spoken with Andrew (Room Division Manager). I was very impressed at the way he managed the situation, from recognizing the fault in communication over the past few days, to recognizing the incorrect charge and addressing them accordingly. As mentioned I have stayed a number of times at the Park Hyatt AD Hotel & Villas and overall my stays have been great in the past. I am happy that the issue has now been resolved accordingly, and will be going back again in the future- Thanks Andrew---------------------------------------------I dont typically leave reviews but have been disappointed enough to do so this time. I stayed at Park Hyatt Saadiyat from Tuesday 30th March and checked out on Saturday 3rd April (4 nights total). There were a few hick-ups with room being ready in time etc, and that one night where at 1 am all the room lights and power came on while im sleeping (had to call maintenance because it would switch off), but I put it all down to it being a busy period, and was fine. Upon completing check out, I asked reception if my points had been uploaded onto my membership. After clicking around on the computer for about 5 minutes he prints me a receipt. Tells me to sign and pay (keeping in mind I had already paid for all my 4 nights stay). Confused I informed him I had already made all my payments. However, he was insistent I had paid for everything except for my last night. Thinking I may have made a mistake (after staying at check-out for about half an hour) I paid and left. Upon receiving my bank statement it had become clear that I had paid for an extra night of accommodation (around 870 AED). For the past two days I have been trying to speak with the hotel, the first day the lady said someone would call me back (didnt happen). Today, same thing has happened. It was clear that they had seen I had over paid on the system but do not want to rectify it. I live in Dubai and at the end of the day I wont let the issue slide until I have received the refund, and could easily prove it given my bank statement, but the fact that theyre dealing with it so unprofessionally is whats so disappointing given I had just spent around 4000 aed at the hotel (and had stayed there 3 or 4 times in the past). I hope someone from management sees this before I escalate the issue.

We have really enjoyed our stay in the hotel, the beach was amazing specially during the sunset and it’s not crowded as other beaches, the room was super clean and everything needed was provided I mostly liked the fresh flowers in the room, the in-room dining was average I expected more. But as an overall all it is highly recommended to visit this hotel.

Good facilities but horrible horrible service. Some of the staff (80%) were so rude! The reason I won’t be coming back is because of their service!

I have never seen hotel staff so courteous before. The beach and facilities add to the wonderful vibes of the hotel as well. The buffet at the restaurant is elaborate and well prepared, with bespoke menu items as well.

Great hotel, with very welcoming and attentive staff.We arrive quite early due to our early flight and were immediately welcomed with a delicious breakfast at the beach. The whole stay was splendid, even though there was a huge Indian Wedding going on. But the staff tried their best to not let anyone feel disturbed by anything.The food was excellent in the restaurant, but we also decided to try the restaurants outside of the hotel.The poolside is very relaxing and we almost always had our lunch right in our cabbana. The beach just wonderful as well. Perfect sand and beach as far as the horizon. I wasn‘t aware of the eco-friendly part of the hotel, which was a nice surprise. It would have been wonderful to see the baby turtled hatch, but it wasn‘t that time of the year.All in all it‘s a very nice hotel, with the best staff one could ask for. Recommending this to everyone!

Nice facility. The beach is amazing. The breakfast organization is one of the best I have seen in this strange time. One star less because there is no shadow over the kids pool and it causes stressfully discussions. And who ever designed the aperture in the shower should be punished.

Amazing place to stay for a night or even more. The staff are very friendly and the pools are great for different ages. Highly recommended specifically if with kids. The access to the beach is easy and very safe.

Great hotel with nice swimming pools and great beaches!

This place is ecological escape from the city, its located on the island Saadiyat and has huge beach. Hotel itself is last in the all hotels row and neighboring the Golf club and the beach.The architecture is simple outside and chic inside. Hotel has big garden with several pools, good selection of restaurants, bars and cafe. Special love is luxury Spa, that has additional separate outdoor pool in the garden.

My wife, 5 month old son and I stayed at the Park Hyatt early August.The staff were outstanding, very attentive, professional and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble, even for the Manager (who was fantastic!!).We stayed at the Park Hyatt during a busy period (as it was a local holiday) and with the advent of COVID-19, the staff must have been under a great deal of pressure but that didnt transfer at all as we had a wonderful stay - it was a proper break.The rooms were great - I highly recommend the Executive beach villa with its own pool - we have a baby so the extra space and plunge pool were certainly appreciated.I can not speak highly enough of the staff though and they did everything they could to make our stay outstanding and that certainly came through - so thank you all very much!!

Such a beautiful spot for sunset. Very relaxing. Sea in front of you. Stuff of Beach House are really nice. I had a Sunset Saadiyat mocktail, nothing special about it, just very sweet. Asked for olives as snack. I enjoyed my time with my friends in here. Definitely will go back for another sunset

Astonishing views, innovative design and amazing selection of restaurants and bars

Very nice resort, it is calm place and close to the city; their facilities are well maintained. Staff are very professional and accommodating clients needs. Their prime location is a big advantage as Al Saadiyat beach is amazing. I would suggest if they can further expand the room service menu for lunch/ dinner. It’s a convenient place for families.

We have stayed here at 2 different occasions, each 2-3 days. We enjoyed both times. We have a toddler and its a great environment for her. The pools and beach area are amazing, not too big or small. Breakfast is compact and yet has all you would want. The dinner options are varied and high quality. Highly recommended for staycations.

The Beach Club next to the beach is lovely. Good selection of food and drink, but not cheap. It is a Park Hyatt so perhaps that is what you should expect. Beautiful place and nice service.

I had a great experience with this nice hotel, in the reception there is very helpful guy his name is Kareem, and on the beach there is one beautiful lady her name is Jamie on the beach she helped me a lot, I visited the hotel 4 times in this month because of the exceptional services from these great people. And one more Indian guy on the beach as well, he was very helpful, all the staff were excellent 👍, i highly recommended this hotel.Thanks for all the team and management.

Decided to stay a night at the Park Hyatt Saadiyat Beach. Upon check in, we were greeted by the amazing Aditya who automatically upgraded us to a sea view room and granted us a late check out. We were extremely pleased and made our way out to the beach. The sea was pristine and the temperature was just right. We had dinner reservations at the Beach House. The restaurant served a variety of Mediterranean cuisine. We were fortunate to be seated outside facing the sea. The food, lounge music and sea air just made this night so memorable. The next day, we spent the afternoon by the adult pool and then I got a relaxing massage at the spa. All in all, a fantastic experience. The only negative experience I had was with the breakfast buffet. Due to the safety restrictions imposed by COVID 19 and regulated by the hotel, guests are not allowed to pick food themselves. This wasn’t relayed to us and we were given gloves to wear which I assumed was to handle food. Until now, I have no idea why the gloves were distributed. I wasn’t able to see anything because I didn’t have my contacts on and the wait staff told me to point at whatever food I wanted. This experience was so enraging - why open a buffet if we can’t pick our own selections and quantity of food. So out of sheer disappointment, I ordered a basic plain omelette which, believe it or not, took 30 minutes to arrive. I mean, they totally forgot my order and when I inquired lied and said it was coming. The omelette was sooo salty and barely edible. Anyway, do yourself a favor. Order room service for breakfast where a la carte menus are available instead of a buffet where you have to point for what you want.

Beautiful Hotel with access to Beach. Rooms are spacious and I had comfortable stay with family. Smiling staffs are always there to assist you. If you are planning a visit to Abu Dhabi with family then this Hotel is highly recommended.

We had an amazing week at Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel. It was the perfect getaway for my birthday! The staff was so thoughtful and caring. We would like to personally thank Alona at the front desk and Sam at The Cafe Restaurant for their unique service! We will definitely come back in the near future.

Outdoor environment can blow you away especially during full moon times. Rooms are very comfortable, bed mattress is just perfect. Entire room is furnished and equipped with all essentials. You will never think that something is missing. Service is just excellent. Food is delicious.

On the weekend, I purchased the day pass beach access for myself, nanny and kids.The minute I arrived to the beach I was rudely stopped by security stating firmly my nanny cannot enter the beach for no explicit reason. That was how I was greeted upon arrival, we let it slide and continued forward with the day. Not only were the staff inept they couldn’t not even get our order correct. Food quality below average, it’s as if the chef hates his job and slapped a few things on to make a sandwich. Staff almost never come forward to check whether you need anything. They don’t speak English or understand their menu. You must walk up to place your order and this is unexpected from a 5 star hotel.This is the last time I will ever come back to visit even if you paid me.

Love the beach and the poolside. Good enough for a decent swim if you get there early (before 8/9) and before anyone else otherwise a lounging and relaxing pool.

Guest room smelled like something died there. To cover up the smell they sprayed a bottle of air freshener in the room. AwfulThe Cafe restaurant was terrible. Probably the worst meal we’ve had, as a family. Two dishes of uncooked chicken. Meat was also inedible. No apologies. No order-fixing. Nothing.To be fair, the Park Grill dinner was very good. The only bright spot.A waste of a staycation weekend.

We came to bliss sundown, our fav sunset place.Suleiman served us, he was very efficient, polite and attentive full of good appropriate humor.My only comments would be,to add couple more variety to the menu.And having fans with water spray can add a cooler effect to the place.Will def come back again.

There are no words that can properly describe the epicness of the staff at this hotel. Literally, the best group of people collectively working in one place that I have come across, not only in the UAE, but the world as WHOLE.To put this in perspective, upon realizing my stay here was about to end, I extended another week purely because of the HUMAN FACTOR. They make you feel welcome, at home, good karma, well looked after, attended to, acknowledged and all the warm and fuzzy feelings you can only hope for while away from home. No detail is too small! Excellent hotel but there is a but to manage your expectations... Beautiful design. Modern, spacious, fresh, new, bright and good quality. The food at room service and restaurants was excellent, the pool is beautiful and the beach is clean and beautiful blue tranquil water, no jelly fish, no rocks, ideal for children, families etc. Quality is definitely there. Reception staff and restaurant staff very nice and helpful.Here’s the but... seems like it’s either too booked out (great for their business of course and it’s a great place undeniably) or too few staff. It’s a luxury resort where guests are made to act like a mass market resort. Queues at reception to check in and check out, breakfast unless your there early no chance to get an outside table, 2 staff at each food station serving a queue of 30 waiting guests, room service staff coming in and knocking at all hours, queues to get eggs, queues to get beds, everything requires waiting. The staff at the pool and beach seem so busy that they lack customer care, wait for a bed, wait to get towels, wait for over an hour to get served, something is sold out, because we didn’t come early enough. They all seem busy running around somewhere but all around us people were waiting and chasing.Again the place is beautiful and really a nice resort, just too many people for our taste.One last thing to mention is the pools, one for kids 👍 and one for adults 🥂 (but the adult pool is 0.9m) so don’t expect to be doing laps or exercising, nice for lounging around, pictures are misleading , the pools are small and the large pool you see on pictures is just a water feature. So it gets a little crowded and not comfortable to swim, lounging and sunbathing is perfect. Better to hit the beach.

It was excellent, went to Beach House restaurant, i would like to have a special thanks to Renz as he made our anniversary special. Staff has a great service, food was so delicious i highly recommend trying to spend some time in the restaurant which has a fabulous view to the beach and the sunset.

Despite implementing COVID 19 precautionary and safety measures, I believe Park Hyatt is not ready to receive guests and provide hospitality. Staff to guest ratio has probably impacted the operations and quality of service. The villa 725 appeared to be clean until we found a dead cockroach in the bathroom! Room service was very disappointing, the breakfast order was incomplete and not per our requirements. My wife is pregnant and ordered well done eggs yet we received rare cooked ones. We only got to know that they sent proper order when we were leaving the room! (They never apologized or called to inform us that they are sending the right order!). When compared to similar 5 stars resorts offering similar service, the pool size is small and provides no privacy. Overall, I would not recommend visiting the resort until they get their act together and provide a real 5 stars hospitality service!

Very Nice Hotel, The beach view from this hotel is Great.

Great hotel with a fantastic team of staff who in their own words told me that they get looked after by the company.Breakfast was excellent although the coffee was not the best. The grounds are stunning and the rooms are of excellent quality.Moses is a nice guy from Uganda and his team are always on hand on the beach to assist you. The cold bottled water is free on the beach also which is a blessing on a hot day.If you are really lucky the dolphins visit close to the shore on Saadiyat beach.Highly recommended for all ages. The reception staff are superb as are the guys who sort your taxis out. The food on the beach can be rather expensive around £30 for pizza and portion of fries.

Had a relaxing stay at Park Hayatt. So beautiful , modern and well maintained. Sea view room was so nice with a large balcony.

A beautiful and calm hotel with a very nice view of Saadiyat beach. I stayed here for 14 nights during the lockdown in Abu Dhabi and i liked the professional treatment from the staff and general manager.Highly recommend this hotel if youre looking for a place on Saadiyat island.

Im actually surprised by the way your receptionist (a woman, unfortunately dont have her name, but I was calling on 20th October 2020 at 12:40) handles the phone calls.I was calling to book a pool&beach day-pass for a family for this Friday. I was told in a way, which was quite far from being polite, that you are fully booked till October 26th. I asked to book next Friday, October 30th, then. She told me to call on October 26th. I asked, when the reservations had been opened for this Friday, just to know whether calling on October 26th to book for October 30th was enough in advance. She repeated in a really rude way that you are fully booked. I noticed that she is answering a different question and asked her to connect to a colleague who can address my question. She said no more, she just put me on hold, while I was still speaking. I waited for a long time — obviously she hasnt connected me to anyone. This is absolutely not a way of communication for a 5-star hotel. I believe you may want to address it.

Our best experience till date. First to mention that service and staff is awesome. All duty managers personalized my experience. Property is out of the world, nice private beach, nice swimming pools, nice guest services like playing area for kids. Awesome spa services. Everything for this hotel was perfect. Thanks for giving memorable experience.

Outstanding hotel! Everything about it is amazing! We especially loved the rooms, the white sand beach with clear, blue water and the Beach restaurant.

Did the day pass for 300 AED but 200 of that goes to food and drinks! Totally worth it! Absolutely beautiful beach and pool area, such a relaxing day

An amazing 5 star hotel with a beautiful seaside view. The staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. The Park grill serves great meat and you can get nice cocktails near the swimming pool. Kids club is great if you want to leave your child with a nanny for a few hours. Highly recommended hotel.

Great hotel in a beautiful part of the City. Rooms are large and peaceful with great views. Pool area is nice but the beach is better. Many more families here this year than when I came a year ago. Seems to have become a bit of a European package holiday destination during Ramadan. The food quality had decreased a lot since I visited a year ago.

The best hotel and resort in alsadiyat island.It look very beautiful hotel especially the outside area.I go there always for swimming at the pools and take rest.I liked the kids playground and the center which have a lot of fun and daily activities for kids.There is also spa with amazing large Jacuzzi and a Gym.

Just loved the staycation at Park Hyatt. A great place to be with ur loved ones. Rooms are extremely spacious and the view is just amazing.They are meticulously carefull on the sanitization of each and every place which makes us feel more comfortable during this pandemic time❤❤

Clean beach with an acceptable snack bar. Changing rooms could use fans to move the air while dressing. Security could add minor lifesaving role for added safety. Beach chairs and umbrellas were convenient. Excellent location for sunset and view of city.

Stunning hotel, with amazing view of the sea from reception. Rooms spotlessly Clean, housekeeping obliging all the time.My only criticism is the fridge in the room is not very cold.Plenty of choice for breakfast.Staff cannot do enough for you.Our 5th time there, and will be back.

I love the Beach House restaurant. The waiters Suleiman and Chingiz are very kind and making sure the customer are happy and checking on timely basis (not irritating level). Very nice romantic atmosphere. Just love it❤️

Had a daypass on a weekend, Nice ambience , pool was not overcrowded, the only thing is beach towels are not provided, but its managable
