Where do I start from?The worst hotel i have been into.Very poor service and hygiene...There was hair on the bed telling me that the bed sheets were not cleaned after the previous occupant.There was chewing gum all over , on the dining table and the window frame...Too small and choky...The bathtub was grey in colour.I later found out that it was dirt and they did not clean it...You can find that the kitchen applainces are rusty and old and the fridge had a stench all over...Stains can be found on the ceilings and curtains...The electric stove was not working.So we asked for a normal stove ...They gave us a stove which was filled with cockroaches. When we told them to take it back , the service guy gave away the reason that it was too heavy ..Then he told asked us to show the cockroach...The worst service ever...Extremely noisy too ...I do not recommend anyone to stay here..

This place entrance is confusing... I also observed that Many customers get confuse here even me. Some Staf are not approachable. But if you want to unwind alone or you want not too much people this is the place for you. You can go to their small gym and youll not be shy as no one uses it all the Time.. If you want to learn how to swim, this. Place is good for you, You can go to their pool amd swim alone.. Their pool is not big but its okay because there not too much people go to Pool.. Wifi is not strong but its okay... Room looks clean but some amenities need to be requested. Like toothbrush slipper.

It was gud place to stay..although i stay just for 3 days.but the service was good and had great time there.Receptionists were very cooperative n helping.

Location is good at the center of city but the rooms and the building itself are kind of old and not that much well equiped

You wanna feel what a luxurious mall is in. Just get inside. Oh by the way, make sure you never ever ever forget your parking

The most interesting thing is that we could Cook ourselves here ,-)

Good hotel with nearby asian food places like nemat kaddah and alibrahimi. And while staying ask about Walid at counter as other philipino are hard nuts to bargain 😉

Somewhat ok hotel if you live there on monthly basis.We are experiencing bad internet connection and less cleanliness
