Not satisfied. Package delivered safely but an urgent delivery took far too long. Didn’t serve the purpose hence dissatisfied. Advantages are the ease of communication, close location, fast pick-up, affordability.

I must say it is also a world trusted delivery company. Though I havent used it but it is worthy recognizing it.

Branch staff was helpful but proceeses needed to be streamlined, it should be b one stop solution for the freight services, they have some flight arrangements, that if you want to send something and of flight is not going from this branch then you have to visit Dubai branch, why should we visit the Dubai branch? We have visited the Sharjah Branch they have to take care of this not the customers. They should send the item to Dubai branch. Shipments rates are reasonable but there is a lot to be improved, customer service on call center should be improved as well, rude CS staff is answering the calls.

I have very bad experiences today from your one of the driver he is almost attacking on me when I asked him why did you not come in my office for delivery he giving me abusing..I am so frustrated...I never ever trust again in TCS..thanks

Second time I had a parcel sent to me using this company. Both times, tracking number says unable to contact when nobody has contacted me. Driver contacted me 2 days ago, asked me for my location, said he is 20 minutes away. I am still waiting, and when I try to call again, he cuts my call.No way to contact this company directly, their call centres not working.Absolutely worst service from any courier/delivery service I have had to deal with in UAE

Prices very high

I have sent a document to Pakistan using this service. They asked me to deliver in 2-3 days time but it got delivered even completion of 48 hours. I dont know about other countries but it is the best and cheapest service to send documents in Pakistan.
