Poor and Completely Irresponsible serviceI had send a mobile display to India and after i send them, even after 2 days, when i tracked the shipment wasnt moving and after calling them they told me they had tried reaching me(which was completely absurd as i never received any call) and the pin code i sent was not serviceable. They informed me to give a different pin code and they would deliver it to the nearest Courier office. Now fast forward to a few days and now when the shipment reached Bangalore, and they asked for the KYC documents and when i sent them, of course the pin number was not matching with the address sent, and the shipment got rejected and most probably it will be destroyed. Now, i asked them to send it to the nearest office and they said they cannot. After all this has happened, I had to call the customer service of First Flight again and this time they informed that the staff who gave me the information was wrong and they sent the shipment in a wrong way and they apologize for this. They do not take any responsibility for their wrong information. And mind you, this way you will have many of your shipments lost and destroyed just like mine. So please keep this in mind before you try First Flight again. They do not even deserve 1 star. But i cannot post a review without a star option. Completely disgusting!

Unprofessional!I booked a delivery of a big parcel after calling twice and making sure they can deliver that particular size. Then at the scheduled pick up date they arrived and didnt take the parcel claiming that they stopped delivering such sizes. and that was an urgent delivery!when I called back they said there is nothing they can do about it.poor poor service!!

Unprofessional service. They tell you a date for pickup and delivery, then change it without notifying, so when it comes to the collection date you call them and it appears your package has yet to be collected.

Not organized.Their system does not show ypur shipment details so if your shipment is lost they can deny anything about it.

I been using First Flight for a while now, and theyre so much better than those large couriers (Aramex, DHL, Fedex), at least First Flight have not lost my stuff (yet). Happy so far with them and theyre also half the rate of those large couriers.
