Everything was fast. The staff was good and kind. They did their work very well. Also they delivered the cargo in time. Sometimes they even deliver in 5 - 6 days. Normally they guarantee 10 days.

My sister sent the cargo on January 12, it’s been 2 months and didn’t receive so far. Not even an update on your tracking. I’m calling your Hyderabad number 3 times a day and that is everyday and no one is picking up my call. Even your Kerala numbers does not even bother to answer. You are fast in picking up but very poor and slow for delivering. You are not highly recommended.

I sent a cargo on december 14 to mangalore but till today seabreeaze person is just tell it is in mumbai for custom clearance. now I dont understand what is this 3 and half months of custom clearance. clearly faking the procedures and i will never trust this SEA BREEZE once again because they are lying all time. if there was a minus star grading i would graded below minus -1000000000000. not satisfied with seabreeze whatsapp chat dissappointed a lott. Cheaters sea breeze not recving calls also

I send my cargo on 8th December and until now there is no updates them. When I contacted Shj office thay told me that its in Mumbai for clearance which I can see in tracking that it reached Mumbai on 24th Dec which updated online after 15 days.None of the agents from kerala are helping which is really unprofessional. This is the worst ever experience in my life.

Sent a courier in December 2020, its August 2021 and it has not yet been delivered. They have many excuses blaming the customs and whatnot , but at the end of the day, its been over 7 months and still they arent ready to compensate for the issue. Every time you call them, they ask you to call after 15 days and it goes on..

Extremely Unprofessional and the response was quite pathetic. 2 months delay in ship cargo and then switched to Air Cargo and still the package is stuck. So many contacts displayed but no one with respond with any kind of responsibility. It is a hit and miss if you are planning to go for Seabreaze

Worst decision to make,i haven’t received my cargo even now after 120 days i think theese are not logistics companies but thieves looting out your stuff.

They told me that the cargo will reach by 25 or 26th Jan 2020maximum but when I called them dated 25th Jan 2020, they are saying that it will reach by 30 or 31. Why you guys don’t have consistency and next time I am not going to send cargo with you guys. Worst service and worst customer care as I asked the guy in reception that whether he can help me out for a speedy delivery but he is still sticking on with 30 or 31st. We called them for a quote and their service even at assessment of items seemed to be worse. One person was sarcastic in explaining things. The amount they quoted seemed to be twice the amount of the best rated international cargo🙄.Too bad..... n we have decided not to go with them.
