On 29th January 2021 booked the cargo (60 kgs) completely personal items including my dresses. Till date (17-March-2021) the cargo has not yet moved out of UAE. Pathetic service. They assured it will reach destination within 30 days and upon enquiring they said they are having issues with Customs and will take 1 week more to get it shipped. Really !?! Please dont waste your money and time with these kind of unprofessional agencies.

Excellent service and on time delivery

We have been disappointed with their bad service. They have theft our items from our pack we had sent from Sharjah (Rolla Branch). We have sent 2 cartons together but received one carton and the other carton was received after 2 weeks saying that it is delayed. They have theft 12 items from the pack we received later. All expensive items planned and taken from the pack. We have been cheated. Dropped email officially but there is no single response from them. Request you all to be wise before sending the cargo.

I was having 14 kg originally. After packing I paid for 22kg. They put my items into two cartoons which was not necessary. I came to know that thats for increasing the weight and to get 25 dhs per luggage as airport tax.Total fraud.Better look out for someone else.
