Very professional and they packed very well. You dont have to do anything. Just give them a ring, schedule the time for collection. They come home and excellently package everything, give you the receipt and take it with them. Done quickly.

I send cargo with them 9 boxes to usa , according to them if they will do packing then it is safer and cost more ,I agreed for it and paid extra to be on safer side as my items were very expensive specially the decorations pieces and crockery, inspite of telling them every time is it safer for cargo ,they said dont worry nothing will happen,it is our responsibility because we did the packing and it will go by air.They throw the boxes near the door in usa without calling house people or taking signature from the reciever. All boxes were mashed and in bad shape,all the crockery and decorations pieces broken in small pieces.When I complained they are saying we are not responsible for all these things .The big issue one box was written on it my address and no. When we open it we saw it belong to someone who is dead and all his material, I asked them where is my box ???Until today no answer ,now it is more than 2 months.They are not answering the call or whats up messages.Lastly they send me emails that we cant do anything for you.This is there service and quality of work.I request you all not to send anything with these people ,they are unreliable, liar, only want to decieve the people.I will take another step if they will not return me my lost or replaced box and compensate me with this lost.

Please never ever use the ABC cargo services, these people are non-professional and even dnt know how to give respect to their clients, i listened there name on FM 98.01 then my aunty send some home stuff to america and they recommend extra wrapping at home to send things america safe and sound with extra charges. We paid extra money and fullfill all the requirements whatever they want but after 20 days when we received our stuff in america, all stuff was broken badly and also they changed our one cartoon with hindu people body remnants and cloth for there final cermonies,How these people can be that much be irresponsible, they replaced our parcels and also not respinding on their customer care whatsapp.it was very very bad experience to used the services of ABC cargo..

Sent the courier 8 months and still not received. This is my sincere advise to not choose ABC Cargo. Not only they deliver stuffs super late but the response from them when I call to check the status is very bad. I used their services on last December 2020 to send some stuffs to my home in India and its been not delivered yet. It would have been better for me to take a plane and go with the stuffs. Delivering few days late is accepted but saying the excuse that for the past 8 months the courier is stuck in Mumbai doesnt make any sense and they cant do anything about it and just says some funny reasons when I call them.This is my experience and I sincerely advise anyone who is looking for a fast and reliable courier service to skip these guys without a second thought.Surag

I would like to share my bad experience with you all, i sent cargo 5 weeks ago, suppose to reach in 2-3 weeks still I did not receive my package.when ever i call to the customer care they always give me the same copy & paste reply “its cleared by the customs you will be receiving in 2 days”I will wait 4 more days and will reach UAE Authorities for further action.Next time I will be watchful when selecting courier services.

One box is torn.Delivered by local pickup driver who has no idea when asked about the box condition.No option to weigh the box and verify before signing the receipt paper.

My cargo I sent it in December but until now it has not been delivered. When we care calling for the inquiry they are promising it will be delivered in a week then after that no response and the worst part they don’t call the customer to update the status about the cargo, customer only have to ask whats the update about cargo very very pathetic customer service I would recommend train the staff how to deal with the customers.. I don’t recommend to use this cargo for anyone where you have to wait 6 months for your parcel to reach…

ABC cargo is the worst cargo services in the middle east .They are committed 20-25 days to India by Air and now its more than EIGHT (8) month gone and still in customs. They send your cargo through sea and pretends it is by Air. Who in the hell will believe this!!!. Mr. Abilash who is the manager ( he says) has no commitment at all. Just absconding to the calls and giving customers wrong information. Never and ever will think of ABC. It is just a scam guys. Be careful before you send your items.

The best part is the customer service. All the staff members are exceptional in service especially Ms. Seema and Shalu. Timely pick up. Usually they take around 40days for the delivery. I recommend ABC Cargo. Go for it. One star less as they Charge AED 20/- for packing and another AED 20/- for documentation charges.

All 3 were sent during the Covid time. 1st time few items were slightly damaged so did not give a review. However, I took the risk for the 2nd and 3rd time just because it was very easy to track via website as well as they responded well and it reached on time. My 3rd experience was the best because the items reached in perfect condition. The difference was they gave me an option to put extra outer coverage with little extra amount. But really wonderful and immediate response from UAE as well as the Kerala team. I highly recommend ABC cargo. I received a material just below the building. First of all you peoples says that its door to door delivery. Your team is giving on delivery near to building on road how come you are saying door to door.Then i received material i made a video and it clearly shows that while opening all boxes are completely closed. I approached ABC cargo for an air cargo service and they assured the delivery will be done within 15 to 20 days and may be due to Covid situation one week extra it will take, Now it is more than 3 months still no hope for delivery. Every time I call them, customer care support team says deliver in 2-3 days and when you ask more questions they saying customs clearance issues, when just check their reviews i come to know that its their usual tactics and not delivering, may be they send through ship by taking air cargo fare.Its such a very bad service and i never recommend to anyone.I have seen many similar complaints and i already registered my complaint with consumer section in dubai, what we can do lets hope someday it will deliver , please everyone inform your friends families & everyone do not send through this cargo.

NEVER use this cargo. We sent items by air cargo on first week of march. Till now we didnt receive it. We paid 8.30 aed/KG.But we sent normal cargo ( THROUGH AL TAJ CARGO SHARJH 6.5 aed/KG) middle of march. That we got today in good condition. So better dont select abc cargo.

I had a bad experience with abc cargo. I paid for a air cargo and reached my home after 58 days. Even once it reached home some items was missing. And this was the first and last time I send through abc cargo. Because of attractive price and brand reputation I choose them. I emailed my concern to them and they responded quickley. Even though they are not accepting their mistake and asking invoices of missed items. As a normal person I wont keep any invoices for less valued groceries more than 4 months. Any way I dont care about missing items like face powder, perfume and ladies bag. I concern about ,paid for air cargo and it took double time to reach home and I dont have proof for missing items. So when ever any of my friends sending through abc cargo please take a long video of packing and keep all invoices of packed items so its vaild to go directly to consumer court. And I wont recommend ABC cargo to anybody. Thanks

ABC CARGO is a one of Unprofessional cargo service.I send air cargo 3times in last 2years, as they committed 21days and all these cargoes are they delivered after 2months.

ABS cargo Sharjah deserves all the mentions for the lowest rating Poor quality , Poor Value, Not Professional, Not responsive. My Father in law has sent a courier from Sharjah to Home town (Kerala) on September 25th (Reference Number : ashr 14228). when he sent the courier they promised that the courier will reach within 25 days as per their policy. After 25th day he asked about the status of courier and got no reply from them. Days passed and after sending a number of mails, calls etc.. At last the courier reached the destination after what i would say the longest duration any cargo company takes , after 67 days !, i understand there were some delay because of covid situation but 67 days against 25 days is totally unacceptable. After the courier reached the destination, upon checking we found that one of the courier box has been misplaced and we got a somebody elses box. Again after another round of mails and calls they delivered the right box. after inspecting all the contents in the box, most of the items were damaged. The oven front glass is completely destroyed and couldnt be used again. Utensils were also broken. In effect we lost most of the things couriered, after paying cash for the courier and after so many tensions behind chasing the courier. My suggestion to the fellow friends who see this review please be cautious in sending your stuff through ABC cargo. I would also strongly suggest to look for other vendors

I handed over my cargo to this company on 29th July with a promise from them that this will be delivered maximum in 25 days. I have received the cargo in various instances (not in one shot) that too after 50 days ; paid for Air Cargo and received it as if we are receiving it in Sea Cargo. Adding insult to injury, follow up calls with staff were answered so unprofessionally like a third rated shop in a market, if the clearance is delayed what can we do by a customer care agent. Least we expect from a company whom we entrusted our valuable goods. Some of my goods were completely broken and become unusable (like Printer, Microwave Owen, etc), they are telling me to send the copy of purchase bills, what else to add. TV commercials they boast themselves as NO 1 in GCC, dont fall prey in to those commercials. Horrible Service, never ever entrust your goods with these people. Unprofessional to the core.....
