Poor customer service ever. My items just got lost. The delivery guy just left the item at door step without informing me. He didnt even ring the door bell nor did inform me by call saying the delivery as been made and you can find it at your door step.Be aware who ever is sending item by these Aramex courier. They are arrogant and not at all professionals. I contacted the customer support and he was saying we send you and saying the delivery item is left at your door step. When asked he explains my door colour and even wall colour but this smart guy didnt bother to ring the door bell. Just left it and send SMS.I advise all to rethink many time as your item might not get delivered rightly to you.

Worst customer service.Worst customer support.Worst staff.Worst System.Total disappointments with the services and staff. Doesntnt treat customers or shipment seriously at all. I was misguided by customer call executives due to which my urgent shipment got delayed for 2 days.Even after consistently requesting to expedite on my shipments, dozens of customer call executives had the same copy paste reply without even trying a bit to prioritize my shipment.The complain system is not effective at all. Nobody is interested to support the customer or even care for customers.Will never use this company again in my life....Total disappointment....(((

I received a message requesting delivery info, I added all required info on whatsapp. However, I received a call couple of hours later, I was asked to receive the package neither to the location I shared nor at the time I selected!! And they said if you want it urgent you may receive it at the office!!Is this the right way to satisfy customers?Reading most of reviews here I was shocked how such brand global name with soooo many BAD reviews still running!!

Few days back. I had a bad experience with this courier service where my package was lost for good and the funny part is Aramex customer service is blaming me for not checking the whats kept outside my door.I was working like any other residents in UAE. My family was still there back at home. I saw a message saying my package has been kept outside my apartment door. The message was received around 9am and I saw this message during my lunch time only. There was no missed call or anything. I called back home to see if my family had received it for me and what suprised me was that the delivery agent didnt even notify by ringing the doorbell nor did he call me on my mobile. He just kept the package and left.I called and been following up with the Aramex team and still now they are saying its their company policy to leave the package at door step and notify the customer by message. They dont ring the door bell nor do they call the customer informing them regarding the delivery of package. Funny thing Amazon,noon and even talabat delivery guys do all these and a well reputed courier firm is not doing it.I wonder are they delivering some illegal things by going this much secrecy? Anyway I saw a similar review here so thought I would also share my experience with all you. Bad experience and bad customer service. Would have 0 stars and I suggest all to not send anything using this courier service.

One of the worst services ever.1. Closed at 10:30 PM when they were supposed to close at 11pm2. No one picks up the call3. Schedule for delivery option only on Whatsapp, what if you dont have Whatsapp?4. Team member promised home delivery but next day representative said there is no update in the system.My father is 62. He does not deserve to be treated like this. Customer service is a myth here.

We had an urgent shipment from China to Sharjah for our customer and the shipment was sent to Aramex facility in China and it was scheduled to be delivered by 15th of September 2021 in Sharjah, U.A.E and today being 18th of September 2021, I have still not received my shipment which was supposed to be given to my customer on an urgent request. Very poor service and highly not recommended if anyone is planning to use Aramex for urgent and fast shipment delivery.

I suppose to receive a shipment from Abu Dhabi to sharjah on Thursday as the call center and the agent promised me, And based on that promised i arrange my day.But unfortunately I recived a call from the driver on sunday morning after 4 days on the same day of my flight so I had to travalled without my shipment.That is my experience with one of the largest cargo company.Even when I complain on counter no one had care about my case.It will be my last time to send any a shipment by aramex.

The delivering time is till 6 pm only. They dont deliver after 6 pm and friday also not working. If u are not available at home before 6 pm, they ask you to visit their shop for collecting the shipments.

I am rating Aramex service in general not this specific location. So in order to get an envelope from Abu Dhabi to Dubai it toke them 7 days!!! The funny part is this, it reached dubai around 2 Am on Tuesday but they didnt deliver or even notify thr client to pick it up till Saturday afternoon.... This is by far the worst service ever. If you try to contact customer support they are living in a different planet. Avoid at any cost, really I do not think that they can survive in the current environment. I am not talking about international courier companies, I am referring to small local companies. They will take all the business from Aramex. I will not mention the shop and ship service at they are struggling big time as well. Once it was good but not anymore. So please leave them (Aramex) alone and let them rest in peace. Important comment; unfortunately I can not make a review with zero ratings as the application doesnt allow that, however giving the one star is far better than what they really deserve.

Before this service was much better! Past 3 months the service is horrible! 2 times they were checking the address and promised that the delivery will be “tomorrow” every time I call , they even didn’t know that I was calling past few days regarding the shipment. Dear Aramex,HOW RESPONSIBLE YOU ARE????I received a package (30974543913) from my bank via Aramex . The documents which was attached to the package are highly confidential and so important to me. FORTUNATELY YOUR DELIVERY  GUYS ARE SO AWARE OF IT  they just throw it somewhere ouside to my apartment. No phone calls no messages regarding the delivery. Luckily i got the package with some serious wear and tear. Am drafting an official complaint to my bank regarding this. AND ILL NOT RECOMMEND ARAMEX TO ANYONE AFTER THIS WONDERFUL SERVICE YOU HAVE PROVIDED. Am praying for all other packages you are dealing with hoping that it will reach the RIGHT PERSON . Call Center is as good as dead, noone picks up AT ALL, not even a single time.You guys failed horribly.Either fix your problems or shutdown the business, that is my advice to you.To all customers like myself, there are many other better options.

Worst service ever! I am giving one star because of following reasons1. Customer service is not in capacity of taking right details from me for my delivery, complete negligence to attention of details2. Package pickup or delivery guys are extremely worst. Communication is lacked and always in hurry as if they have to board a space shuttle to reach HQ Aramex on moon.

There was considerable delay in courier service of my ATM cards. An email to address the delay was not even responded back with appropriate response. Despite several calls to identify the problem. I requested pick up from sharjah branch and again it was delivered until I called again and then it was delivered.Very bad customer service. They should shut down the company. I was unable to withdraw funds from my account for approx 1 weeks

Poor Delivery and extremely late deliveries. When the pandemic reached they have lost it! Which showed their bad management. Extremely hard to get to a customer service representative on phone. Terrible service. Slow. Unprofessional. No updates.I was supossed to receive an order Thursday. I didnt get any update and had to call myself. Then I set it for Saturday, it didnt come. Then Sunday, it didnt come. Then Monday. I called and they said a mistake from our side the package has been left at the warehouse and did not get sent for delivery.Customer service is terrible. I always pick up my shop and ship parcels from this branch and the staff are very accommodating (you just have to be polite). I have never seen this place with more than 3 customers at a time, so the wait time to pick up my goods is less than 5 minutes.

This is the 4th day I am calling for my package to be delivered and there is no delivery.. Everyday I call scheduling for my delivery and everyday they say tomorrow..Very bad management, very poor services and I hate their attitude..I call and hold for 10 to15 minutues to get and answer.If you cant deliver in time dont take more business...If you have too much loads then dont accept more..Why do you take more business if you cant deliver..Evryday I hear too many many deliveries then dont accept anymore if your not able to keep your word..Such a disappointment

Very slow service and cannot give you correct or definite information when are they going to deliver the shipment. I have called their customer service hotline for three days straight and every time I called they will keep updating your delivery address and delivery schedule. Aramex 3 years ago is great, when you get notified that you have a shipment, the next day its on your doorstep. Now you have to get hysterical over the phone for them to deliver your item which you already paid in the first place. I will not use Aramex service again next time.

If I could I would give them -10 (10 below zero!!!!) I would....I ordered my documents to be delivered from Sharjah to Abu Dhabi on Thursday. I was informed they will come and pick up between 15:00 and 19:00 and deliver it on Saturday. I stayed at home not to miss them. At 19:00 I had to phone the company to ask where my pick up guy was. The operator told me that she can not contact the driver. I have to wait and my documents will be collected later. I was also informed that the call center will close at 20:00 so after that I will have no way of contacting them. I was getting angry and asking what I was suppose to do???? It was no way to get another company now. They asked me to call back in half an hour. So I did and I was asking for the drivers number, unfortunately they can not give me however they could not contact the drives as he was not picking up and they could not contact the operation center either. Now getting very angry as it was super close to 20:00 and no any news on my pick up. Who will compensate me for this? Why havent the company phoned me to inform me of the delay? Why do I have to get frustrated and angry and ending up chasing for a service what I actually have to pay for???? Few minutes after 20:00, still on the phone with them, the call center lady gave me the drivers number.... Wow big surprise... I asked the lady who will compensate me for all this and she told me she will put a request in !!!! We put the phone down, I phoned the driver who immediately picked it up and he new immediately where he had to go ( he sounded like he was sitting at home watching TV but that might not be true as my anger might had clouded my better judgment). He promised to pick up 15 minutes. Half an hour later I phone and he is saying 10 minutes he will be there. Now we are approaching 21:00. Eventually he came and picked up, forgot to bring an envelope even though I have requested one. He told me that he only received this pick up request an hour ago, when I was questioning about his lateness. Finally my document was on its way... The company promised a Saturday delivery. Today is Sunday I phoned them to check on my delivery. I was told that they will definitely delivery it today. And I am getting angry once more as the promised delivery time was Saturday.... Not Sunday... When I mentioned that the lady actually asked me if I wanted delivery tomorrow.... I will phone later on to check if they delivered it at all.... And I placed a complaint however I dont think they will do anything about as I complained on Thursday already and so far nobody contacted me to say sorry and nobody actually followed up nor made sure that my package will be delivered on the promised date... I started to wonder why these companies have call centers and customer service as they are not working properly at all...Would I recommend the company to anybody... Nope, not at all... Stay away....

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!One of the WORST companies I have ever used!They confirm a delivery date, the item never gets delivered on that date.They tell you its out for delivery on the day you schedule but it never arrives.If you call more than once in a day the operators give you a different answer every time you call and non of them have a clue whats happening!And this has been the same situation more than twice and now I have given up on Aramex!100% useless!
