DR Courier team,Where is my shipment? I have informed it many times but I have not yet received a clear answer from your management side.Whenever asked Shipman Problem Problem, Are you the right legal company or any fraudulent company?Have you ever wondered what will happen food products after seven, eight, months???At least please tell how do we claim its insurance. please please...Please check this and let me know.Invoice no- 301110

Worst courier services that I saw in UAE, they told me will reach this sea cargo 20 to 25 days, now almost 40 days completed , not yet reached, when I call customer care talking like that we send the cargo in free of charge, not friendship talk, Advertisement showing very perfect, actual is complete opposite. When I ask for Kerala number told me no need to call, this is the method of customer care ?

They promised me maximum 25 days will take to get my delivery ,but today is the 50 th day ,no updation from tham.I call every day but they not able to say the exact delivery date to customers. So please its a true experience from my side.pls dont send the items through this cargo🙏. Very poor experience.

Never ever go for DR courier. Worst cargo and courier service in UAE. Its been 178 days ( #297593). I strongly recommend not to go forward with DR courier. When I call they still facing some clearance issues from Mumbai port and they cant do anything.

Worst experience for me. I have sent my cargo on November 29th 2020. They have guaranteed me thrice that they will deliver the items with 30?to 45 days. This is 90th day and still there is no clear information available about my cargo. DR Courier is not at all able to give me an exact date of delivery. Also their customer service is not even having knowledge about the things going around. They are not able to give immediate information.

The current scenario we should not send anything through courier to India , especially Kerala even if it is not an urgent.One of my friend send one package using the DR Courier service and they promised it will be delivered within 45 days. But it is not received even after two months. The call center is not taking any responsibility. They have only interest to collect the item from the customer. Poor service , no tracking option.

=============UPDATE=========7 months passed and I still didnt receive my things. Even when called them recently, they said its still at MUMBAI PORT. I guess its lost now. Gonna file a complaint soon.Worst ever cargo services. Never recommend to anyone. If u want to ruin ur things keeping under them for months, then you may freely choose them. They will lure u with attractive rates. But what do you get back?? Cheating. Its been more than 3 months sending our things(which we needed the earliest) and they promised a max time of 30-45 days. Now when i call them, they r putting blame on govt for not clearing the checking and its still at mumbai port. The way their staff spoke was like not even apologetic for what has happened to us. Instead of that simply blaming govt and laughing saying we cant do anything. They again made me believe that i will get it next week. Now 2 weeks passed and still at mumbai port. We have sent 2 separate cargos thru them. Both stuck at mumbai port. Pathetic!!!!!!!!!!Lesson learned. Always choose best popular ones even if rates are high. I really doubt if my things are still safe or not. 😤😤

Very bad service according to my experience, not a professional way, I send cargo before two months ago after 40 days I received three packages still my one box is not delivered, when I contact with them no reply even nobody answered my calls when I call second time.

Worst experience.they cheated me and didnt tell me the original price and after wrapping it, they say that its not 10kgs so they need me to pay a lot extra. When i told i will not do it then, they started forcefully taking my cargo stuff. I had to pay them 10dhs for no reason. Worst cargo. Never go here. No. 1 cheater

After sending cargo if you are asking about cargo information office and online people not able to give information. There software also not working and there staff alsoBehaving very bad. I sent two cargo almost two months but still not update

In my pesonal experience i will not recommend anybody to choose DR COURIER,I got a bad impression from there .There is lack of professionalism and delaying cargo.Until now we didnt get our courier it seems around 32 days. There is no updation regarding our courier we send an air cargo

I GAVE A BOX CONTAINING FOOD ITEMS FOR DELIVERY TO BOMBAY ON 13TH JUNE 2020. I WAS PROMISED DELIVERY IN 10 TO 15 DAYS MAXIMUM. TILL NOW ( 3/8/20), THE CONSIGNMENT NOT DELIVERED. WHEN I WRITE MESSAGES ASKING THEM STATUS THERE IS NO REPLY FROM THEIR OFFICE. THERE IS NO TRACKING SYSTEM. WITH MY EXPERIENCE, DR COURIER IS A TERRIBLY POOR PERFORMING , UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY.

Bad and untrust worthy service .. charged air cargo but sent sea cargo..and staffs are not responsible at all .. all avoid Dr Courier and cargo & is not optional
