The worst shipping company I have dealt with. They are truly dishonest. When returning a package, they would lie and tell you that the busines did not give them the request to pick up your package, and at the same time they would lie to the business and thell them that they have tried to contact you to pick up your package but you did not answer the call. They would keep doing this until they find a convenient time for them to actually come and pick the item. For me, it took more than 10 days, for my brother it took 20 days. Their work ethic is based on dishonesty, finding excuses and disrespect of customers. Thier driver Ahmed promised me multiple times to pick up my item then he sent another drivers number who said that they intentionally ignored my package as per the managers command in Alain they gave the manager number Mena who never answered my calls. Pls avoid them at all costs. The only reason I deal with them is because the companies I buy from online are using them.

Horrible service, they don’t deliver on time, you have to keep calling to get an order. I would never recommend this to anyone. It’s the 3rd attempt to deliver my order because they’re very unprofessional and they don’t have any commitments to the deliveries. I’m still waiting for my package that should be very simple to be delivered.

Staff are the worst. Irresponsive, unhelpful and unreliable. Clothes that were delivered are in BAD condition. I saw the delivery car and there were packages thrown everywhere with no care and extreme heat.. It took him around 15mins to find my package and it was thrown under one of the chairs. I wish SHEIN used a different courier because they’re not doing a good job at all.

I Received fantastic response to one of my query from the Director of supervision and quality Mr.Ammar. He is very professional and nice person who listen and act very fast to sort it and give the best service to the customers. SHEIN website says iMile as delivery partner. But this Fastline guys contacted me to deliver it. They said they cant deliver to my place. To do a favour I said ok deliver to my home. He said ok and I sent him location map and he said he is on the way. Didnt show up for next 2 hours, when I called, phone switched off.Next day called up same delivery guy multiple times, no answer. Opened their website to track, it shown Recipient requested for location change !. Called their landlines, no answer.Finally another guy called far later on and he got an uncomfortable attitude.Reporting to SHEIN to look into this.

My package from Abu Dhabi was meant to be delivered today however the employee messed up my location details (not the sender). The delivery man is so unprofessional. Due to the mistake of his colleague he got frustrated at me even though it is not my mistake nor the senders mistake. They don’t answer their phone and they promised to deliver in 1 to 2 hours after I expressed how frustrated I am as of now it has been 3 hours now and no one has called or updated me. I just wanted to complain one of your delivery guys. I was waiting for a package from Shein. I received a message that my order is on the way and theres a number mentioned to call for delivery.I called the number given but unfortunately, the person received my call was very rude and doesnt want to deliver my order to my workplace. He told me that he has a lot of things to deliver, that he cannot deliver it at my work place since its inside the mall. I have to collect it somewhere. Which is very improper. I always order from Shein but this is the first time I encounter this kind of issue especially in delivery. He even hanged up at me. Then he called back and asked for the address then he said, he will come in 30 minutes. Its been 3 hours and until now I did not receive any. This is very unlikely behavior of a delivery guy. I have been patiently waiting for my order but unfortunately, I am not satisfied with your service.

I had an order from shein, the delivery guy messaged on saturday, when i will not be at office I had told him to deliver on sunday. On sunday i sent him the location and many whatsapp messages to enquire about my order, till now no response. I This is highly unprofesional.

I had a package delivered by Fast Line Express to Al Ain. An Egyptian guy who I think is called Ahmad preceded to give me the wrong package and when I realised that I called him to come and take it. He didn’t want to come back and screwed me over with a wrong package and left me without my money. I told him to send me the warehouse location in Al Ain so I can come with my own car and give it back but all he did was ignore and not answer my calls leaving me on hold. He told me to speak with the company I ordered from even though the problem is from the delivery. I later spoke to his manager who was just as useless, saying he would send location and then also ignored my all WhatsApp messages. People with this attitude shouldn’t be be working in this sector. Never again.

It took me a week topersonally follow up on my delivery from #Cartlow. Whenever I would follow up I would be told to hold on and someone would never call again for days. Alot is lacking regards customer service.

They are criminal fake fraud. They work with some facebook dress selling fraudsters. They deliver fake old used dress for low price deals and get the COD money and run away. Then they close the facebook selling page. You cannot contact them for refund. Fortunately I have opened my parcel on spot and caught him. He gave my money back and went when i scare him that Ill report to police.

He ask me where is my address and then i told him the address, and then he bursted that there is no place like that in my area because he boasted that he is been working 20 years and he know the area and talking like he dont believe the address i told to him. Pretty poor experience - ordered some items through another website and that company uses Fast Line as their UAE service provider, so I had no choice in the matter. The driver was rude on the phone, did not know the routes and kept promising hed show up in 30 minutes, but was nowhere to be seen 3 hours later. Extremely unprofessional.

Delivery guy in Abu Dhabi area is very RUDE! I got a text Message last THURSDAY that the driver is on my way to received my order but until now i didn’t received. He called me around 4pm His asking something but i didn’t understand what his talking about. I asked if He already outside or still on my way. He’s Talking arabic and i know it was not good! He call me back 2hrs after and asked my place but until 7pm i didnt received anything. ONE OF THE WORST COURIER COMPANIES I HAVE COME ACROSS!!!!! The only two english words the driver speaks is send location. Imagine a person who does not speak Arabic; how should he/she get the message through??? One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had and its sad to say so. I have been waiting for my order for a week now where I was promised it was to be delivered the next day. Every day I am calling to ask about where my order is and I get no response and when they do respond, they give me a different answer every single day. Up until today I have not received my order (according to them, they do work sometimes on fridays and sometimes not so its a maybe, but was promised yesterday it will be delivered today). They were so unprofessional with me and I was asked by the driver to go pick up my delivery from Mussaffah at 1 AM. When I spoke to the company many times, they were literally laughing over the phone because I have been constantly calling regarding my order and not giving me a definite answer

I have got a package from Mhlatk and a courier man was really rude, the moment I answered his call, he told me that why I have been calling him more than 13 times ...!! When I have not even called him .. I received a msg and gave him call twice and it was busy that’s it ..I think this people need a proper training how to deal with customers ..

One of the worst companies in the UAE. I have a problem. The order came out of me within 5 days. It did not reach the customer and was lost to them.
