They have very nice and various dresses, but the service is bad for the following reasons:First, after picking the dress and taking my sizes, I was told that I can come to try the dress a month before my wedding, then i was told 10 days before the wedding day, and nobody called me to confirm the appointment with me, and I kept calling them about it and each one of the girls working there would say something totally different from the other one, then eventually they told me that i had to come try the dress before 4 weeks of the wedding day and that i was late (I had 3 weeks left that time and no one was calling or anything), they have a lot of miscommunication between each other and their clients.Secondly, I was told that once I book the dress, no one can book it and they remove it from the showroom, but when i came few times after booking it, i found it in the showroom and apparently they had also booked it for someone else a day after my wedding, which is not enough time to return after the wedding and not enough te to clean and fix size as they told me itd take at least 20 days.third, many of their accessories are old, rusty and broken, they told me they will fix them and make them look like new but it wasnt much of a difference to be honest, and when i came to pick up the dress and the accessories, they gave me the wrong ones, thankfully i noticed and told them and they gave me the correct ones eventually.Another issue that I faced was that the hoop skirt waist was so big, everytime I tried it with the wedding dress I told them, theyd say that they didnt secure it properly at the moment but on the wedding day it should be fine, unfortunately it was not fine and the waist was so big, the skirt would slip down and I had to find a way to fix it so it fits me better.

They have great prices and dresses you should try it

Amazing Service And Quality

Dont fall for their scams, its a Green garden before you pay then its red hell fire after you pay. Theyll scam you out of the deals and not honor the contract. Bad service and the employees dont even sync with each other.

Their service is horrible, they get insulted when you dont like one of their dresses. Their dresses are yellow instead of white from being overused and untaken care of. When asking for a price of a dress they ask for my budget first, seems like they are trying to rip people off. Ive been to 10+ stores and was actually treated like a bride.

Horrible service ! Lady on the phone is super stobern ! She wont share any information about the dress or the price. Very unprofessional. I have asked several times to share information about dress ( since I live in Dubai I need to know does it worth it to come to Sharjah ). They did not respond to any of it. She keep saying she cannot. Do not recommend this is to any bride. Plus the dresses they are selling are rented dresses previously ! Do not trust them. I dont think they can justify them selves after thisAnswer you gave below still doesnt justify anything. there are tons of nice bridal showrooms in dubai and sharjah. you need to develop the business approach in a way that you are the best. Sposa is a good name, but your service sucks ! you need to live up to the name...... your colleague ( arabic speaker ) she told me most of the dresses are rental! So watch out ladies you might be buying a second hand dress ! Client is always right ..... the way you have treated me on the phone clearly says whar kind of service you have in the salon. Choosing a dress needs to be fun and stress free and most importantly memorable. best of luck to you. Future brides please use someone else or even if you end up going there make sure its not used dress......... take care ! FYI : just to be clear i asked for approximate prices for the particular dress from the website you have !However lady didnt even know what i was talking about , she did told me it was a rental she was keep asking for approximate pricing, again i repeat i live in dubai. i wouldnt travel if the dress was above my budget. but knowing that most of them were rental i wouldnt travel even for free.
