The rating is given for the sales person Mr. Avtar who was extremely patient and helpful in showing us varieties of dresses, though we unfortunately didnt get the type we were looking for we highly appreciate his service and efforts. There was a sales man next to him who was attending another customer, but getting annoyed and told him to take us upstairs because he was getting clothes for us and, I think that was really very rude of him, he was feeling his place getting blocked and told him to put the clothes back while he was then taking us upstairs . Dont know his name but he should learn work ethics. Nice dresses for bridal wear and pricey too..

Great place. Alot of collection to choose from. They have multiple stores in the same lane. Well organised and the staff is very courteous and will give useful tips. Rates are reasonable too.

They were opened by around 2.30pm on a Friday. Where no other shops opened. They have good stuff. But overpriced on their tags. So if given on discounted rate its fine.

Worst customer service ever!The guy who was showing me the outfits got so annoyed cuz I was not liking them. Already their prices are really high, so why would I buy something I dont like??? Nic shop to shopping wedding materials

Had very bad experience with Dimple. They will please you like anything until you buy and give to them for stitching and they will wash of their hands.I had bought all my wedding ceremony outfits from them. They had promised to polish and stich all them and give me as per my requirement in 2 weeks. But when I went to collect the stitched items non were stitched to my size and pattern i had asked them to.My mehendi lehenga blouse wouldnt even fit me.They requested for one week time to rectify their mistakes done on stitching. After a week i went back to collect the items. They havent even touched my clothes to repair. Its really disappointing when a family and bride purchases expensive clothes for the BIG DAY andpeople like them belittle it and play with us. The Manager came apologized to us for the inconvenience as we live in Dubai and we had to drive all the way for the nothing. Manager promised us and pleaded for one more day to repair all of them. We agreed and left as we had invested so much money on those clothes.We left after one hour they call us and say they had done all repairs i can go back to collect. We happily went back as we were still nearby and found only one of the lehenga was altered,the stitching person is blindly telling me madam only one dress we receive for alteration . As if we were such fools to purchase 3 wedding dresses from them and give to them to play with it. We got super upset, as they were just simply humiliating us. I had 2 lehengas and 1 gown purchased from them. We waited until late night for them to rectify all 3 of them. As i told them you have humiliated us more than enough if they are not able to give me same time they will have to refund my money i dont need their product otherwise im calling authorities. I would never ever recommend to anyone as i dont wish what happened to me happen to any brides out there. Thank you Dimple for ruining it for me.But i still have to say that they have very good collection of wedding dresses and outfits, if at all you buy please dont give them to stich. Stitching cost is super expensive and basically Rob you by giving very poor after sale services . They will ruin the outfit. As my dresses had to go through lot of alterations it dint look as expected.

Worst experience of my life in retail shopping so far. They have no customer management . Orders are being misplaced. Visited 3 different days to get an alteration done only , that too on the time they gave me, and still not done. Then they said we will pick it from you, yet no one called .This is soooooo frustrating, salesman is blaming stores, store is blaming tailor, tailor is blaming master, master puts it back to delivery !!!!!!!!

Perfect place to get Indian outfits for men & women

Outdated styles with mindless pricing

They used to sell good quality Indian apparels for good price. Prices has gone up recently and they are selling simple with very high price. During my recent visit, the collections was less and they quoted close to AED 1000 which you can easily get for 150-200 from any other stores. People do quote initial price high so that they have some slot for bargaining. However, quoting 1000 for a simple item is not just acceptable. We simply walked out.

This is a great Indian fashion boutique, with countless varieties of fabric and designs, more prominent aspect is that of the service and the way they make you feel at home and dedicate to listening to your requirements and wishes, a must check-in.

If I could give minus 5 that is what I would rate them! If you are looking for good quality customer service please look elsewhere. Dimple fashion only care about the money and nothing else. Their company policy is to sell sell and sell. Whether the customer leaves with satisfaction they don’t care! Let me start from beginning and walk you through step by step what went wrong. I ordered all my wedding clothes from Dimple as they dealt with us in an excellent manner and we were pleased with their service. However once payment was made their attitudes starting to change! Many of the clothes had to be altered again and again and again. One suit was altered in such a horrible way that it was wasted! As per normal businesses to keep customer satisfaction you would expect refunds or new items. However there’s no such existing policy at Dimple because they obviously don’t have business etiquettes. Secondly we ordered grooms shoes which we chose and told the sales man to keep aside and give with the clothes, only to find out he ended up selling them to someone else! They told us they would order new ones, bear in mind this was 2 weeks before we had to pick up. When we went to collect they were hadn’t been delivered. We ended up choosing a new pair and again money was wasted but obviously they don’t care! Another issue was with one of the dresses we ordered which came with a totally different colored trousers! We were told they would dye and make new ones. This was three weeks before, when we went to collect as expected nothing was made!! They did not listen to anything and nothing was done about mistakes they made!!If anything we went to pick up the grooms clothes to only find out the was a massive rip on the dupatta. If I hadn’t looked they would have never told us!!Dimple fashion you have absolutely no knowledge of after customer service! Fix up your business etiquettes and get some lessons on how to deal with customers because at this rate your business will go nowhere!
