Before buying they make all sorts of promises but once you pay them, their finishing their customer service the quality of their clothes everything is absolutely rubbish.They messed up the brides wedding outfit and we had to take it to another tailor in Meena bazaar to get it fixed the week of the wedding.Do not visit this store and do not buy anything from them, we do not recommend them at all !!

Today we had a worst customer service experience at Vinay Fashions. We ordered for a bridal gown a week before and they promised for the delivery date today, and the day before we called and they confirmed regarding the collection. When we went to the shop to collect it, to our surprise the gown wasnt ready and they told they need more time. We waited for 2 more hours as they told, and when we received the gown we were shocked to see that they havent done the design and alterations works as promised by them.Unacceptable customer service and false promises of delivery date. Their after sales service is so bad, they promise without hesitation but the final prodict what they give is not upto the expectation.The Manager is so rude and he doesnt have any respect for the customers. He doesnt accept the fault and instead blame us. He doesnt have the courtesy to atleast say sorry for the delay and for not doing the design works as promised and doesnt know how to talk to customers.False promises and no after sales service. Wouldnt recommend to anyone.
