I had my wedding dress custom designed at Nour Sabi for my destination wedding last August; and I highly recommend this place. I loved a dress they already had but wanted to change the fabric and kind of mix two dresses in one while adding new touches and completely designing my own veil. I was on a tight schedule yet the 2.5 meter dress was made amazingly and beautifully in less than a month! The price was absolutely amazing compared to what I got and the dress could easily pass for three times that much. The service was always friendly and pleasant and they packed the dress very safely in a box for the airplane while making sure I had cleaning wipes and extra wire.

I received the best of the best service here and I highly recommend them! The manager, Nour is more than ready to go above and beyond to make sure you get the dress you want and that you feel beautiful and comfortable on your big day. during the ordering process the staff were very easy to work with as I had to have my dress sent to another country!!!!!! thank u nour sabi team for making me the best wedding dress during this pandemic

Honestly this store is definitely recommended to anyone whos looking for tasteful quality gowns with negotiable, reasonable prices. I purchased my wedding gown from Nour Sabi boutique and absolutely loved the experience!! It was my first boutique I came across during the gown hunt and loved it at the first go. The staffs are super friendly and so helpful Alex and the designer Elmer does a fantastic job as I had many alterations to be done, he was super patient at every trial and made sure I was satisfied. Highly recommend, worth it.

Very bad experience and unprofessional staff. After I went to pay, they canceled the deal without any reason. If the owner didn’t change the staff, definitely he will close very soon.

They knock the room on us and take it at dawn and tell me that they always do such a thing with the customers.She changed her bad style to the phones. She asked me to change the date of the wedding after we paid for the dressWhen I told them, I would complain about consumer protection, I would complain, and we would not give you a dressSboulna tense and distressed before the weddingThis was my experience, and the conditions you are not bound by, except that they are suspicious of the customer as if we are going to steal the dress. They asked for the hotel contract to make sure that it isThere is a party! And they asked for a passport and a home locationI never recommend themAnd when we wrote our experience on Instagram, they erased it because there is no credibilityAmendment to the comment so that I have the right to reply, knowing that I cannot write a reply to youThe review that I wrote is what happenedWhen I approached my wedding date only two days, the employee changed her mind. You did not have any reservations for the dress according to what they told me, and I told them from 14 days before the wedding, and they agreed, knowing that I would receive it the next day and I was in agreement with her. After of course the agreement andThe day before the delivery, you asked me to change my wedding date, of course I refused, but notHelpful thing from you, I am motivated by the right of the dress, I don’t ask you for free, and the big wedding is being removed because of Corona, knowing that it is written in the clauses. You asked for my passport, but I refused it because that is too muchThe second thing your employee told me that she was going to receive from me and that they did a lot before and I waited for them in the lobby to finish the wedding.The third thing I received was recorded after my wedding, a threat within 24 hours. I did not delete the comment. You will do a problem with me, I do not make a mistake and I understand the law and I have been told that you registered my call without my knowledge and without my consent.Knowing that you asked me to contact your manager, and when we talked to her, she shouted at us, and the line was secretly in our face.
