My first visit to this location was wonderful, I came to get my hair done and now I come for all the other amazing services they offer. Very pleasant atmosphere, especially considering the difficult times we are all facing with the current pandemic.The salon is kept clean and organized. Everyone who works there is super friendly and accommodating to all of their customers. Even when it’s super busy they take their time. I am always greeted very warmly upon my entrance and seated almost immediately. If you want to have a pleasant experience, and receive quality services, I highly recommend coming to this salon, all the staff are professionals, they know what they are doing, and they are great at their job!

This salon is literally the best!I loved everything, from the moment I entered until I left.I did the TIGI hair treatment, haircut, blow dry as well as manicure and pedicure. Everything was perfect 😍The way they welcomed me and the way they took care of me is truly amazing. Sima did my hair and she’s very sweet. She explained every single step of what she was going to do to my hair. I will definitely recommend this salon to everyone and I’ll be coming back very soon!

Really had very very very bad experienceI have been their client for 5 years and the last time ive been there , they have brought me another technician to do my manicure her name ( Mary ) she was very harsh although i told her that i would get dizzy and vomit if i see blood, yet she didnt care and started giving attitude, I really vomited & got dizzy from seeing blood , then after resting for 15 min , they asked her to come back and put the color , she was rudely saying and i could hear her ( no i dont want to do this client i will do the next client and i dont want to deal with this client as she is exaggerating))!!!!! They kept begging her to complete her job but she refused ( apparently no management) , she was very rude and didn’t even bother herself to say am sorry for what happened, she just go out and started singing and acting as if there is nothing !!Of course i left the saloon immediately.Apparently no serious action is taken from management as they never taken any comment in consideration.One of the weirdest experiences ive ever had and would never visit them again not recommend them .Hence : they dont even wear gloves while working .Picture attached for credibility.

Be ready to wait 40 min!! even you book your appointment 4 days in advance . no one cares.Gel polish seems to be expired or a technique used was not correct, because after 3 days it just easily peeled off . The hairstylist was discussing the clients with another customers , which is unacceptable. Overall some staff were really kind and welcomed.I love the interior design and all small decoration details.

I really really regret going to this salon... i just saw the nice hair colors on their instagram page and i decided to pay them a visit.first of all- they are overpriced. i paid 1050 aed for balyage (they tell you it depends on your hair length, but i noticed the client after me who has shorter hair was also charged the same thing)they use really really strong concentration of bleach which dries out the hair and makes it break easily.. im used to bleaching my hair 2-3 times a year and my hair has NEVER EVER been like this after bleaching.. now it is impossible to comb and it is so damaged because of the bleach.the color turned out okay-ish right after - i stayed for 5 hours in the salon and i was in a rush to leave.. when i washed my hair i noticed that the color really really faded and it is mostly just WHITE hair (much lighter than what i wanted and looks so fake).. so i gave the salon a call explaining my situation (i thought they will be professional like any other place and offer to make it darker for free) the lady told me if i was to come and make it darker they would charge me another 250 aed - (because i left the salon already without mentioning that my hair color is a bit too light for my taste)I will not even mention the trim which also was a disasterI saved myself the trouble and headed to my usual PROFESSIONAL hairstylist which tried to do as much damage control as possibleDONT BE FOOLED BY THE NICE PICTURES THEY POST ON INSTAGRAM - THE HAIR WILL BECOME LIKE A LOOFAH AFTER YOUR VISIT TO THIS PLACE

It was a busy day because they had an Eid hair offer so extra waiting was expected, Sybel did my hair and she did a great job, what I liked is that she didnt just do what I say but she gave me her professional opinion in what color suits me and what might not look so good on me, she didnt leave me unlike some hairdressers, she stayed with me until she rinsed the color and thats great because some hairdressers leave you and forget about you which lets your hair stay soaked in the dye longer and cause unnecessary damage to your hair or unwanted color.. I loved the end result which is a two shades lighter balyage to give my hair dimension and my hair remained healthy

Ive been to this salon several times, but only for my nails (manicure/ pedicure) and the ladies that did them were very nice and my nails were nicely done. However, the last time I went there, I decided to get a haircut, and it was terrible. I told the hairdresser that I wanted 1-2cm cut off my hair and that I wanted a very very slight U-shaped cut. The lady cut my hair in literally 2 minutes, in a harsh V-shape (that gave me side bangs), and half of my hair was cut off.All in all, I would recommend this salon for nail related things, but absolutely not for hair.

This salon very very bad and they dont know even how to do small things. I come from London for my cousin wedding, before the weeding in one day I went to the salon to do hair colouring, haircut eyebrows, and beauty care mancare...1st my haircut, I told her I wanted to cut it straight cut only and dont take much from it only 2 or 3cm. I told her that in Arabic and English, she was okay okay dont worry than she asked me to stand up she cut it within less 1min and when I looked to my hair I was 😱😱😱 half of my hair was on the floor and she make it short till shoulders.2nd the hair colouring, my hair was blond and I asked her to do it brown colour as I wanted to be normal and stop colouring. What she did she make it dark black colour and she left it around 1 hour instead of 30min and I was keep telling her its the time to wash she was okay okay as she was busy with someone else.3rd my eyebrows I told her just clean them as I wanted them thick, also I was saying that in Arabic and English and she said okay okay.. after she finished I looked in the mirror I was really upset and angry just wanted to cry because she making them very very thin as a line only I was really pissed off .4th beauty care mancare- for my hands they hurts me and they didnt do it well and my feet less than 7 min and they didnt clean it or removed the dead skin.........!My mum did highlight was so rubbish and ugly like a kid learning on my mum head. The highlights was so so thick and looks horrible and they charge for that 800 dirhams which I will never pay 1p for that. They damaged her hair and my mum has blonde hair already...I will never recommend this salon. All the ladies whom worked in this salon are rubbish and they dont know anything. Only the good thing they good at is the makeup and its not that nice any girl could do better makeup and they charge 500 dirham for makeup only.Even in London they dont have this expensive prices and if I go to expensive salons they like professional ones.👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 to this salon
