Peaceful place for a family to stay for long periods. Lovely sea view room.Very nice staffs.Awesome house amenities.Private beach to enjoy...Great roof top pool... Especially view from the pool everyone will love it....Still they can improvise few things in their island like restaurant in best prices or plan to bring KFC and McDonald will be great...

A beautiful view of ocean. Marjan island is still being developed, but it very relaxing and there are restaurants , bars, shisha, coffee shops and a local superette that has everything you need, so you do not have to bring much or go off island to get essentials.

Serene atmosphere, cozy rooms. Only you have to get your food to cook by yourself or microwave. Learnt the restaurant is in the making.

Location is magnificent. I booked 2 nights and it was good stay. If you are looking for peace of mind and escape from the city rush then its a correct place. Dont expect a fancy room or luxury furniture. Its a budget friendly studio flats. The staff were helpful. You need to call them to guide you to the office for check in before you reach. The rooms need some maintenance. Bathroom needs shower room door to stop water from splashing all over the place. Should put more towels as its small and at least 2 of shampoo and soap. But if you call or watsup then theyll get it to you.Again its not a hotel setup but you can get mony value and mind clearing stay if you compromise the luxury.We like:LocationSwimming poolThe walking cornicheWe dislike:Small bathroomThe furniture is old

This building has approximately 9 floor and 30 rooms each floor. 3 lift per floor at the rear end of the buildingThe tennis court floor isnt fun to playSauna and steam isnt open at the moment (covid issue)The gym is pretty decent.The room we rented has incomplete facilities.No pans for cooking, no enough bath towel. No clothes hanger or rack for drying.Over all experience is okay but not keen to go back and will not recommend either.Its a good experience

Very clean and neat apartments, some with a stunning view on the water. Great service by all staff. Warm reception and care. The place is quiet and suitable for both families or group of friends for a nice weekend out of town

The room quality is not that good but the services are 10/10

The rooms are very good but there is no interphone.If you want to order food it has to be feom outside. There are one restaurant and a juice shop at the back of the building. I tried the restaurant and do not recommend. They had a lot of online orders and delayed my request for almost one hour.

Very bad experience. Rooms carpet was very dirty, washroom flush wasnt working, even bedsheets were dirty . Never been in such a bad living place before .

Olive Tree Residence is one of the best place stay if you want to relax and unwind. The pool and the beach is perfect. The Amenities are complete. Easy to book with. Was very quiet. Away from food places. Beautiful pools, sauna, steam room above building. Bathroom floors gets full of water when u shower. Stays wet. Cramped toilet space. What we liked was the fridge, stove, microwave and balconey..

Proximity to the beach. Friendly staff and beautiful view. The property is equipped with all the basic needs

Not bad if you like to listen to life guards reckless chatting/ shouting from roof top to rooftop at 7 in the morning and during the day. Even on weekend! Location, private beach really amazing.

A very pleasant and practical stage! Comfortable studio. Nice restaurant & bar. Convenient mini-market. Reasonable price.

Really nice! a quiet place with not far from restaurants, cinema etc ... We stayed in a very complete studio and very clean too, impeccable bedding! Bathroom with towels and bath shower, shampoo ... When in the kitchen ... microwave, coffee maker, fridge ... and a little extra ... 2 bottles of water + tea bags. We will return on occasion for sure.
