I have a few ongoing issues with DWC HISBS but the primary one is that the air conditioning won’t go below 23 degrees. I know it’s a hot country and it’s late summer but why have the AC scale that goes all the way down to 18 when the system can’t achieve that. Also, the food is good enough but they’re is zero consistency in terms of preparation, presentation and even with ingredients. You’ll never get the same meal twice even if you literally order the same meal two days in a row. Also, the pasta was atrocious. I’m not sure how a “chef” can get pasta wrong but they really seriously did. The food at the aloft across the road is far superior. And they have a bar

My stay at Staybridge suites was for the very first time and boy did I like it. :)Peggy at our check in was so warm and welcoming, she had a smile throughout and also answered all our queries with confidence. We were even upgraded to a 1BHK suite and boy was it fantastic! The furnishings, light scheme, color pallet was just fantastic. It gave us a feel of home away from home. The ambiance in the hotel was cool and calm which is so relaxing. Will check in early next time to try out the roof top pool as well. Do not forget to miss the oh-so-wholesome breakfast. The meal options and fresh fruits, the dish of the day salted caramel waffle was so comforting to my sweet tooth!and so decadent too!!! :).Service during covid times has been trying but with the safety precautions in place it gives me being into the hospitality field and into Safety and Hygiene a sense of satisfaction that Staybridge and IHG are promoting a quiet place with close proximity to the airport with the IHG Way of Clean Promise. Overall my stay at Staybridge Suites Al Maktoum Airport was amazing!P.S. Please do open up some restaurant outlets too!

Clean and tidy hotelThe cleaning staff was extra ordinary good-by Name it was Mr.Sanuraj who did an excellent job by cleaning the room at its best.Also other staff is very polite.I (still) enjoy being a guest here.

I work nearby in Emaar South, I was very busy after working hours so decided to sleepover near the job to wake up refreshed. My only disappointment was waking up to go to work. Sleep quality was awesome and wokeup wanting to stay in bed all day. Drove 2.5 minutes to work, came back at lunch, did a quick workout, then checked out. Great stay and hotel.

We ended up booking a last minute hotel and chose the Staybridge because of its low price. I was expecting more of a budget hotel but was pleasantly surprised. The hotel was clean, nice, had incredible staff and exceeded my expectations. We loved the breakfast, there were many options. The omelets were delicious. I would recommend this hotel. Sabash (spelling might be wrong) helped us with check in, gave us some local help with sites and helped after checking out when we forgot our passports in the safe! All of the staff we interacted with her top notch!

Feel relaxed and staff were very accommodating. Its great to have staycation.... My kids were enjoying their fun games in the lobby.

We chose this location because it helped cut down the commute times to Dubai and Abu Dhabi depending on the itinerary. It is a quiet place, likely for the air crews and the warehouse workers nearby.More importantly, it was a safe place to keep our stuff while we enjoyed the two cities.

Had an opportunity to stay for period of 3 months in studio furnished room which was excellent. Interiors was quite stunning and had a brand new look.Breakfast was serverd with lots of options combinations of International one, nevertheless it had delicious Indian dishes as well. For thier Services i will give them full marks. Chef was very cooperative.Outside food is allowed and can be ordered from various food ventures online. One can easily cook their own meal in rooms, they have plenty of utensils required for cooking.They have Inroom dining menu as well. They are taking care of necessary sanitization and face mask 😷 is strictly follwed which is safe for everyone around these days.Parking lot is bigger no issues of parking.One thing which i missed to note is the kids play area, may its closed or not opened in these days.

I overall enjoyed everything at the hotel, comfortable bed, the Cleanness, the stuff were so nice. But mostly I enjoyed the chocolate cake which was served with fruits.

The mini van requested to pick up me and my crew from the airport never arrived. Instead they called me the next day that the mini van was waiting us but I had already checked out and I was in a different country... also in my room was a periodical water pump noise running all night and was interrupted my sleep. The personnel was excellent and the breakfast fair with room for improvement.

I feel I was well taken care of. I was in a post COVID Pneumonia recovery. The staff made frequent enquiries as to my well being. it was always pleasant to interact with all members of the staff. I enjoyed the Breakfast Buffet. The variety available was more than sufficient.

I recently moved to Dubai,Li, I was planning on a short five day stay at The Staybridge Suites. I have now booked for six weeks almost and looking at possibly extending this for considerably longer. It is close to my office; offers luxury and comfort in one price. Staff are very friendly and professional. If it wasn’t this good I would of moved out....

The hotel is cozy, clean and the staff are polite and welcoming. This is all what matters for me.

The hotel was fairly new....but the services were poor in comparison to other Staybridge or IHG hotels - even during COV19 restrictions! Simple requests never got resolved.The food quality and range was so poor, that we ended up not using the facilities.I had visitors turned away due to local requirements, that I have never witnessed in Dubai or the wider Emirates...very embarrassing. This was partially resolved by the Guest Manager.

It is 25 minutes drive to Motiongate and Last Exit AUH bound. The hotel amenities are clean and tidy, and the infinity pool on the top is a must visit!

Super nice manager on duty when I arrived. Incompetent receptionist and room service when it comes to asking them kindly to attend at a problem in the room. The problem was the dirty surfaces of the room and full of small pieces of hair bathroom floor.I left at 8:00 AM to come back at 10:00 PM with the room untouched in those dirty areas. Hopeless case if you end up coming back to the room from a long day out and you’re hungry. You will be limited with the extremely limited non edible food of the hotel next door.

We had an amazing stay at the hotel. The Staff was exceptionally friendly and sweet. The rooms were clean and organized. Had no trouble at all. Would recommend 10/10.

The uploaded pictures of the rooms are very deceiving. The suit is very cramped up and small, there is barony space to move.Location is so isolated no nearby facilities i.e. supermarket, mall or restaurant.Staff are rude and inconsiderate of costumers needs.

Really nice suites, excellent breakfast and service. A little far from the city (about 45 minutes by taxi), but conveniently close to Al-Maktoum International Airport. Would recommend!

Ive been staying in Staybridge for almost five months and i would like to confess that it has been a great experience starting from first day. I made good friends; The staff behind the scenes made it happen everyday so we enjoy delicious cuisine in a tidy ambience, few names to mention are Mr. Amrith, Ms. Asmaa/Vasela, the Chef Mr. Sameer, Afrim and Fahad.Cleaning guys knocks our door to ensure that hygiene standards remains intact. I had few embarrassing moments when i had to send them back due to some distractions but next hour they made sure to perform their duties with full responsibility. I would like to pass on my thanks to Mr. Hassan alongside with his team Mr. Zunair, Aqib, Shakeel, Rajwal, Kamal, Arindham for cleaning our living spaces.It would be unfair not to mention about our front desk team and security guys, they welcome every single morning with a smile even after having hectic night duties. Few names to mention are Ms. Peggy, Aby, Mr. Subhash, Nevil & from Security Mr. Bikash, Ismail, Ms. Mcdelina & Florence. The credit goes to the leaders who are managing their teams well and keep them motivated, thumbs up to Mr. Shady, Ms. Krithika & Mr. Ali.While i was writing this note my room AC got disengaged and in a minutes call we got engineering team at site so big thanks to Mr. Khushnawaz and Mr. Amir Khan for making our room chilled out...
