Very poor service. Did not accept electronic application form to print visa. Insisted to get application printed. Went for print and came back after 5 minutes and was informed office is closed. Should have been informed of timing as online shows timing up-to 8pm and was closed around 5:45pm

Very very poor service. The staff have a very horrible attitude and male staff don’t even know how to behave to a lady. I don’t even understand why there is such an office there. No one there does any work. They don’t want to listen what we have to say. This office definitely will downgrade the image of Dubai.

On the website, closing time is 8 pm, but they close at 6 pm.

Worst government experience in the emirate of dubai, i have experienced in this office. Very rude attitude of an employee at counter 3. Being on an investor visa, and not being helpful. Terrible service. Tawar Center helped me and solved my issues.

Bin Sougat Centre has a External GDRFA office(immigration) where I received my family visa (urgent) stamping sticker on passport in few mins and also it has a Tasheel office for GDRFA service..
